I ordered their impression kit which they said us free and the website gives you an impression that you are liable for payment only if they start shopping aligners to to you. But, their impression kit will never fir and then lead to a reject from their doctors. And then you have already paid everything so they won't return your money. They are not replying to my emails, if anyone else is having same issue, let's connect to sue them for our money.

I went through the process and submitted the impressions, was told the first set of impressions were no good so I had to submit a second set, no problem. I was told they were accepted and would have a treatment preview in 3-4 weeks. It has been 5 weeks, emails have gone unanswered and requested for a refund have been ignored as well. Stay away from this scam.

I have been paying for my treatment since 9/19 and I have still of received aligners. I have called, emailed, social media messaged, contacted the BBB and Affirm and still no response! Don't believe me? Check social media! They posted that they were finically in trouble months before COViD but do not have a solution to fulfill orders or issue refunds. Pay more to a LEGIT company! I will be out $1300, along with hundreds (maybe thousands) of other consumers.

I ordered my aligners and paid in full back in March. Received impression kit and mailed it back. Haven't received aligners or got a response from the company since after multiple attempts. Filed BBB complaint and they have an F rating. They are still taking orders from customers even though they are out of business. Please do not purchase from this company.

I purchases aligners in December of last year. Everyone was super responsive when getting the impressions done, however since then they have completely stopped responding to me and I am only finding out now that they are still taking orders while no longer saying they will ship any product. I purchased the aligners in full on my HSA card which will not refund me as it has been over 90 days since the purchase. This is just plain fraud. I filed a complaint at the BBB and I am also planning on filing in small claims court hoping to redeem some of my lost funds.

I would be EXTREMELY cautious in choosing SmileLove as your provider. I started this process in Aug of 2019. To this day I have not received my aligners. They lost our first impression kit and after sending in the second one I still have nothing. I requested to cancel and a refund. After this request customer service has stopped responding surprise surprise. Per their own words they are currently experiencing internal problems .

Honestly. I am waiting for my preview. I've been waiting for almost 2 months. I've asked for my money back, no response. I've called. I've emailed. No response. Even their finance company says that they don't respond. They are full of hardship, I'm sure. Yet not too full of hardship to stop charging. Worst company I've ever worked with. I've emailed over 9 times. They don't care.

Not working out as planned. And although they seem helpful at first, the "refund" of $1500 was not being sent back to me and I haven't heard from anyone in weeks about it. Can't get in touch with anyone, and no number seems to be working. So now I have no alignments, and short $1500. Would never in a million years recommend.

I paid to have corrective trays made for me through SMILELOVE nearly 6 months ago. Each time I tried to submit my impressions so they could produce the trays - -they were unacceptable. I tried 5 times; I even consulted with a dentist. No product was provided to me. So -- I asked for a full refund based on their refund policy. I emailed them 3 x's, chatted with their 'customer care' reps online and called them. They have failed to acknowledge my refund request. Black hole. They have full payment for something they never provided to the consumer.

The company seems legit until you need help with a retainer that simply snaps in your hand. It was amazing how quickly I was told "this doesn't happen" and pay the $99 for a replacement. I felt bad after, so yes, I ordered a new one and the payment came out immediately from my account but it's been 20 days since and I haven't heard anything back about when my retainer will ship. To me, this is crap business management because now my teeth have been shifting back and no one seems to care now that the payment has gone through. This company seems to leave you in the dust after payment and is not there to assist you properly when you need a replacement product, which can happen very easily. I would recommend any other company that doesn't leave your side when their product fails. Shameful business and I regret it.

I am not sure what is going on with Smile Love But suspect they are out of business. I've been paying since September 2019 and have nothing to show for it. I have not received the dental aligners I am paying for, and in February, a customer service rep told me they would credit my account $145.00 to make up for the delays and lack of communication, but that has happened either. I stopped paying my loan with Affirm in April 2020 since SmileLove did not fulfill their end of the transaction, and now Affirm is making threats and dinging my credit record. The whole thing has been awful.

I keep trying to get a refund and still no contact from anyone. I never received the product because the molding kit (that i payed for in advance) does not fit my teeth but yet continue to take out money from my bank account that is called stealing.

Ordered aligner system in October, great price! but now it's been almost three months since they approved my impression and still no aligners. Customer service is giving me the runaround. I'm getting really frustrated, will ask cc company to create refund if I don't get them soon. Buyer beware, seems like you get what you pay for!

This company lost all money in January, and completely stopped contacting customers. In April they announced they were out of business. They've sent no refunds and will not respond to the BBB and Attorney General in Utah. Hundreds of complaints have poured in. They need to issue all the refunds they owe! I contact daily for my refund but they will not reply to emails, calls or messages on social media. I never received my braces and I want my refund!

I completed my treatment and ordered a retainer for $99. I waited several months to receive the retainer and.....it didn't even fit my teeth! It barely fit my mouth! SO, I have been emailing, calling, and using their customer service website to get a refund and no response. I have filed a case with the BBB. I'm not sure what our options are besides pray the Better Business Buteau will resolve some of these cases and get us our money back.

I have been paying $88 dollars every month since December 2019. I don't have any services for the money I paid. Because I don't want my credit score to be ruined. I must pay the remaining month through a company called affirm. I feel an environment and stop payments for them. But they are I can't give, saying that they should cancel, and in smilelove smilelove is not giving any answers in my email. I will fight them.

This company operates on a scam. My treatment plan created gaps in my upper teeth, which obviously I chose not to proceed. Along with dozens others as found on Better Business Bureau, I have asked for a refund, which is totally within their refund plan as I have not even received the aligners. However, Smilelove cuts off ALL communication with you, including email, text, and phone calls. Literally stole $1500 from me and blocked me. And again, this is not just me, there has been dozens of reports like this on BBB. I have contacted my bank account, but this company deserves to be sued.

I've been waiting for MONTHS for my aligners (the actual devices, which straighten your teeth). This company is in shambles. They're not even responding to my inquires about when (or if) I'll receive my aligners. I've completely lost faith in this company. I spent $1500 in December 2019. Here I am in April 2020 and I'm still waiting. Don't walk, run from this company. It's a complete and total joke. Its customers are the butt of that joke. It's an absolute disgrace.

I spent $1500 on this service and when it came time to make the molds of my teeth so that the company could make my braces, I couldn't get anyone to respond to the photos of the molds I sent to them via text or contact anyone via the chat feature on their website. I sent the photo 45 minutes ago and still waiting for any kind of feedback. Yet another company too cheap to pay its employees enough to retain existing employees or recruit new ones. I'd pay more to get decent service. Sadly that seems to be something of the past. This company doesn't respect its customers.

I paid up front $1400. Process started well and company was very responsive through text. Once I received my preview and could not approve because it was clearly not based on my impressions, everything changed. Two months of trying to get my concerns addressed or a refund they would not respond to any of my communication (text, email, online contact, and phone calls). They do not honor their policy, they just ignore you. I have no aligners and they have my $1400.
