Their products are wide-ranging and the items are excellent quality. I have used Snapfish for precious photographs and items for years and have never experienced anything but courtesy and expertise at reasonable prices.

I ordered some prints for Father’s Day. They arrived quickly but they are of very poor quality. They look as though they were printed using an old basic desktop printer even though I used a DSLR camera to take the photographs. Luckily I have enough time to use a different company to reprint the photos.

Really low quality prints of originally high quality pictures. I ordered 26 prints and ended up paying for 44 because for some reason they added 18 6x4 prints of almost every picture without me noticing. All of the additional 6x4 prints were unusable as I had selected the correct size for the actual prints before snapfish decided to add £3 worth of useless pictures to my cart, all of which weren't even the 'best fit' so there was no reason for them to be in the order to begin with. Extremely frustrating as when used in the past the photos came out well. Would not recommend at all:(

1. After saving my project it would revert to an old version.
2. Their system quit taking orders/had a glitch during a 65% sale. It took them their customer service 4 days to respond and they told ME I missed the deal!

I ordered a canvas print for a graduation gift, and after completing the order it took me back to the notifications screen. I noticed that I had two orders being processed; the one I just did, and one I had done for Christmas gifts back in Dec. 2019. They had decided that I needed to reorder that one, also, at an addl. $125. They give you 60 min. to cancel after you order; so I canceled the one I really ordered, and STILL have not been able to get anyone to help me cancel the one I didn't order. the webpage provides no phone # for customer service; and the chat they provide is NO HELP. They just continue to tell you that you have to cancel within an hour; even if you did not have that option!! Also, the ph# I did try calling from the PayPal page under Snapfish was a 800-SEXTALK line. I was disappointed again this morning with the chat line; same results, different day. Do NOT use this company unless you just feel adventurous and have $$$ to blow!

Ordered prints on 13th September, get an email on the 15th September saying it is in its way. It is now the 23rd September, online chat customer service says now it will be another 10 days from the 21st September for it to arrive due to “COVID” absolute rubbish! It’s photo prints! How can it be so hard! Don’t blame everything on COVID! Other companies can deliver items when ordered in the same week!
Should of gone to Office Works!
Waste of time and money!

So disappointed in Snapfish. I ordered an A2 print of one of our wedding pictures and it arrived too short for the frame. When I complained I was told that the terms and conditions state that the size may vary. A2 is A2. They refused to reprint or refund. Disgraceful.

I've been happy with every photo order I've had with Snapfish, but their custom masks are absolutely useless. Aside from less than adequate coverage, they don't stretch or seal around the nose area at all. Since every other mask I've purchased elsewhere did a better job, I didn't realize this also allows your breath to escape mostly out the top & will fog any glasses/lenses you might be wearing. The one good thing- you'll never know if they're upside down- same issue either way.

Absolutely horrible customer service and company! I placed photo book orders, three times, and THREE TIMES it was canceled by this company. Each time they told me certain photos had low res and to fix them. Each time I did and each time it was canceled again and new photos needed fixed. I never uploaded low res photos, snapfish was just deleting the high res photos in my albums. Obviously, something they do not tell their customers they practice. Each time I complained I was not offered anything other than " make your book again" The books of my family memories that I spent hours making. I was expected to make them again, because they messed up my photos. I was never offered a discount, I was never offered expediated shipping, hell I was never even offered a "I'll personally see to it that these albums we have canceled three times actually get printed and shipped to you" NOPE. The WORST. I have been a loyal customer for 16 years. 16 years! If I can actually get my albums printed...I'll be done. I will never trust this company again.

I ordered a photo jigsaw puzzle and was extremely disappointed. It cost me $54 (postage included) and it was printed on very poor quality flimsy cardboard. It was not in a box and no picture of puzzle to follow, It was to be a present for a child making it near impossible to do when no picture to follow. The purchase was definitely very poor value for money.

I usually go to Walmart & CVS to print out pictures from my phone but decided to give snapfish a try because their pictures are significantly cheaper. Well you get what you pay for . They arrived and they are pretty bad quality & dull compared to the pictures from Walmart and Cvs that are bright and Hd quality. Id rather pay more for better quality.

AWFUL! AVOID!
Very expensive and the three books I ordered arrived, very thin, poorly printed, colour wasn’t good and just looked cheap. Contacted customer ‘service’ several times and got nowhere. They just say they can’t do anything, won’t even give a partial refund. Honestly avoid them!!!

Deeply dissatisfied with snapfish.
Customer service lacks customer service, they take no responsibility to even help a customer when something goes wrong they make the customer do all the leg work, and as for the product OMG I could have gone to kmart got it cheaper and way better quality for LESS. I shopped here because I had a great first experience this time around no way. I will never be using this again.

Received my order. My photo was printed crooked, framed was damaged and framed crooked and this is how it was sent to me. Requested a replacement. Customer Service Rep. Never sent out a replacement after he stated he did. Never would use this company again! Customer service rep was Siefred

Never again! Ver poor quality. Photos were shot on a DSLR and sent over in high resolution. It looks like a potato and the photos arrived bent. Sorry but Snapfish isn't it. Try another company.
