I received the wrong registration key at first, but Softwaremedia quickly sent me a new one. Had some issues getting through to customer service using their phone system, but they were very responsive by email and gave me another number to use while they repaired their phone system. Overall I would recommend using them - good products and services.

I worked with Janae for almost two hours and she did a fantastic job solving my problem and I give here an A+++++ for her work. Adam finished what Janae started. Both were fantastic and deserve a million dollar raise (or at least a "an atta boy/girl"), and NO CHARGE! Thanks so much. I will always use your company in the future.

I have purchased Outlook 2010 - Download twice. Both times the service was perfect. Received the download very fast. I was able to download with no errors.
When I did call customer service with questions, I was able to speak with a real person right away.

I have used SoftwareMedia many times over the past few years. In this business, the only way to compete is with great service and best prices. These guys win, hands-down, every time. They are one of the few companies I do not unsubscribe from -- their special offers are almost always interesting and worthwhile.

I purchased Microsoft Home & Student 2013 from SoftwareMedia. I was unable to get it to install using the instructions in the email. i emailed SoftwareMedia and they emailed back saying their download department would have to contact me. They never did. i called Microsoft and gave them my product code, they said it was an invalid code. i asked for my money back and have never heard from them. I will NEVER make another pruchase through SoftwareMedia.

I was satisfied until I spoke with Microsoft MSDN and found that they misquote the number of business days it takes to register.

Also instead of saying free shipping (I thought I was getting a package) they should just say it like it is and you will download your product. I guess it sounds better if you say free but that is falsely setting expectations.

Poor business decision.

The staff was very helpful, no issue there but it took 7 days to arrive on a priority 2 day mail. Also Corel had told me that I would receive a book with the upgrade version but their site was down and so I ordered thru Softwaremedia instead and received just a disk, no book and not even a box.

Your online description of Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Student is VERY poor. It does not mention if the product ships with the Microsoft DVDs or if it is just a key card.

It also does not mention at all how many licenses it comes with the product when the primary reason for buying this product is the 3 license family pack.

Both of these facts leave me wondering if your site is legitimately selling the DVD based 3 license product or not.

I am upset with Adobe for trying to put small business out of the loop when they require you to sign up THE CLOUD for $49 a month. I upgraded to the last version upgrade available "on disk" CS 6.0 and was charged $12 for shipping, and of course, I have to download all 9 programs....aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrgh! You were quick at giving my money back, but this needs to be fixed on your website Pronto!

i stumbled upon this site while looking for Windows 8.1 Pro, and was really impressed by the prices, and the ease of use of the site, especially the pre-population of fields. It was easy, intuitive and quick. There was some lag time on processing, but nothing that would break the deal.
