I ordered a set of 30's off them. I paid $255 for a pair of 30's due to the pandemic but only place I could find them. One weights arrived completely destroyed. It looked like it was dropped off a roof. I emailed them pictures and said I wanted a replacement. Following that Jason Toussaint went dark on me and never responded. Terrible customer service. If you price gauge during a pandemic at least offer better service.

Order came in two days early.

As for the Grill......not only does it look mean, it fit perfect on the Vengeance. A little heavier, but we bought it early enough so my son was used to it by football season.

I have to say that I was a bit sceptical about ordering online from the US again as I had been burned with extra brokerage fees many times in the past. I am happy to say that the price I paid included all delivery charges, ie, taxes, duties and shipping. There were no extra charges...and the parcel arrived in record time!!!

The correspondence from Sports Unlimited was prompt, courteous and appropriate. The whole transaction restored my faith in cross-border online shopping. Not all stores are created equal...but I would not hesitate to order from Sports Unlimited again, or recommend their store to others.

My son was thrilled with his catchers gear...and thoroughly surprised that it was delivered in only 2 days!!! He was able to use it in his first game. I don't think he stopped smiling the whole game! He even wanted to wear it to school!! Thanks to Sports Unlimited for such a positive shopping experience. You will be hearing from me again!!!

Shipping was on time when they said it would be, but it did take about 9 days. The lacross sticks were good for the little kids but not as solid as I hoped for but should work for younger kids.

I ordered a little pendant the other day to put some crystals on it. I wasn't happy about the shipping time, but Aaron expedited my order! Then, the next day, I realized there was a larger version of the pendant, and I asked Aaron to change my order. He has been very patient and responsive even though I asked for two conflicting things!

3-5 day delivery on order and still do not have it in my hands??
it is now 2-20-2013 at 11:45 am my time!!! Quick response was appreciated and receipt of merchandise at stated date and time occurred as stated. all could have been resolved with notification of stock error and let the customer know new delivery dates and tracking carrier. I appreciated the free delvery to resolve my concerns. Thanks.

I had purchased a field hockey bag from Sports Unlimited for my daughter late last year. She had only had it for a few months when it began to rip in several places. I called SU to inquire about getting a replacement. The representative, Michele, asked me to send pictures of the bag, which I did. Unfortunately, the manufacturer no longer carried the bag, so I was offered a store credit towards the purchase of another bag along with 5% off of the new bag. Michele was extremely helpful and quick in resolving the issue. My daughter has her new bag in hand and really likes it.

I needed a volleyball set quick and wanted one of better quality than what was available off the shelf in town. I found Sports Unlimited online and placed my order. It shipped the very next day and arrived one day earlier than the UPS estimate said. The price was reasonable too!

The shipping was fast...the only problem is I ordered 3 items and only received one. I placed the order on 11/26 and it was delivered on 12/3. By 12/9 I had sent an email inquiring about the other two pieces of my order as one was for my son's birthday on 12/13. I received an email 12/4 stating they would look into it when I called them on 12/5 they told me one of the pieces was out of stock (but I had never received a refund and still have not and when I called today it wasn't even showing that they started the refund process)and they were looking for the 3rd piece??? I called again today as my son's birthday has now come and gone and I didn't have the one thing he asked for and they still can't find it. I asked why they didn't just ship me out a new one and they said that was the last one. Customer service was nice but not very helpful or empathetic. All things considered if this is the worst thing I have to deal with all day not so bad but it's so frustrating when a company has a lack of follow through or accountability. Makes me wonder if I would have ever gotten the refund if I didn't bring it to their attention. I will definitely NOT be shopping with them again!!!

I had a very odd first experience which was unsatisfactory, but was contacted afterwards by a representative who was very attentive and went to great lengths to correct the problem and see that the desired product was delivered. I ordered a puzzle for my son for Easter. The status keeps saying ship date of April 8th but I haven’t received it yet on April 15th. I requested several updates and have not gotten a response to any of them. At minimum, I’d like a refund of my order.

My grandson ordered a helmet which I paid for using my paypal account and when the helmet arrived it did not have a face mask being 11 he didn't see the little attachment that said $10.99 for face mask with helmet purchase, so we went on the site to get the face mask and quoted the order number just 7 days from when we purchased the helmet and it said $24.99 so I ordered the mask the site took the order and I get a call back from someone at customer service saying we must pay the full $24.99. This is an 11 year old child who saved a year to get this helmet, his father was killed by a drunk driver and we are raising him, what a terrible example your company has set and it is not the the money I will not miss the extra money it is about misleading a young person and not coming through to make the situation right. Pitiful business practice and I know you have done this to others. Your company should be ashamed of themselves, I run a business and would have done the right thing and your company did the wrong thing.
