spygear is a bad app, it's a dubious company.!! They will just take your money from you... I had to go with reviews and recommendations I got from my friends around about Ethicspy firm so I contacted them and told them what I really wanted from my Spouse phone like messages and all so now I see all what is going on his device so best believed to him I don't know about anything, but thanks to this firm for the help rendered. I see his messages, calls he take, her location e.t.c I'll speak well of them..... ETHICSPY.COM

I have left multiple messages for the sales department for questions related to the product I am buying. I had one reply but not when I was available. I believe someone should have gotten back to me. I am trying this product anyway because it looks like what I want, but if it is defective or not what I think it is I will be very unhappy to have to pay the shipping to return it.

Like your site, good information on products. Need to add sensitivity information about cameras - at what distance are cameras activated by motion? Up to how many feet? Instructions that came with it were outdated. After repeated attempts to get the camera working, I found a manual within the app that had correct instructions. I have not been able to make the 'pan' functions work; and instead of taking video I'm only getting snapshots (working in motion detection mode). This is my first 'spy' camera with app, so may be a learning curve, but I have found this to be a tedious setup.

Haven’t received the product as I just ordered it (and from your site for the first time), but I hope it lives up to how it sounds. Website had all the specs I needed, except how long the lead time is when you select the Free Shipping option...which I did. Hopefully it doesn’t take too long to reach me, I really need it sooner than later.

A complete inconvenience to arrange to be at the billing address instead of being able to ship to a different address. The credit card is already authenticated with a CCV number for verification purposes. This situation poses the scenario of whether I will ever order from "spygeargadgets" ever again. Furthermore, the "customer service" contact number seems to be only for decoration for the website--long, long, before any covid-19 situation was in the picture. I will also have to waste a day off in order to take off from work--just to provide a signature for a shipment which is already confirmed with the CCV number from the back of my credit card.

Sorry but products are not ready to use and are not easy to understand, and the spy cam bug detector is pretty useless with all the cell phones and wifi gadgets that exist in our home. I have tried to contact the company for help and they were busy, I left my phone number and still have not received a call. Items are too expensive to be this difficult to use.

My overall experience from the time I place my order until I received it what's great haven't had a chance can you set it up yet not sure of the app it seems to drain my battery on my phone quickly other than that it seems to be a good product

The product itself is not user friendly and I cannot get the device to recognize the WiFi connection. Worked ok at home but I am currently on vacation and can't make it work plus I have yet to find a phone number or customer service site to address these issues. Not at all happy with this product and would like to RETURN IT.

Received camera in Jan 2019. It worked for several months and then suddenly was unable to connect to the camera remotely, (still worked when I was on the same wifi). Open a case with support and they said no problem, it was a known issue; they just need to flash it and send it back to me. They sent me an RMA number and I sent it to them on Dec.6th 2019. I emailed on Dec 26 for a status, and they respond on Jan. 6th, 2020 stating they have it ready and just need to confirm the shipping address. I confirmed the shipping address the same day. And then nothing. I have emailed, attempted the chat, called, just voicemail. It is now Feb. 11th and they still have not responded to my requests for status. If you buy from them, you better hope you never need it serviced.

I purchase hiding camera and didn't work at all, try to get in touch with customer service, no luck. After three weeks making calls and sending emails finally quit. Do not buy here!! I waste my money, bad company and really bad customer service

Not sure how good the customer service is because Ive tried to call many times with only the option of email or VM. This rating is too quick to tell exactly how good or poor the company is. Unfortunately, I will not recommend businesses to friends and family until I am certain they not only have a good product and exceptional customer service. If you know this company is good, then don't read my review. It's not wise to ask for a review until after product has been used.
