Easy to order online. Was able to watch my desk as it traveled from California to Rhode Island on a little tracking map. It was at my house in less than a week after ordering. It arrived well packaged and was easy to put together. I did it by myself, but would have been a little easier with another helper. With that said I am really pleased with the desk. It's a pretty color and is the perfect height for me (I'm 5'10").

Overall, I am pleased. The desk arrived via UPS very quickly, in less than a week, which was faster than I expected. However, when I opened the box, I discovered that the bag of hardware - with all of the screws, bolts, and washers - had broken open during shipping. All of the items were strewn throughout the box, and I had to remove all of the desk parts and packing material to find all of the tiny little items. Luckily, I was able to find everything, which was a miracle, considering that the box had been damaged enough that some of the screws could easily have fallen out. Maybe you could revisit the way those items are packed. Everything else seemed to be packaged appropriately and was undamaged.

I really like my new desk. It was easy to put together and has made working from home much better. While I had a home office, it was set up to be cute-not a space from which to work all day. This desk is great-checks all the boxes and the price can’t be beat! I highly recommend the product.

The desk organizer I received is amazing! It is well made and very sturdy. It organizes all my desk items, clamps onto ledge firmly, and swivels to easily have items where I want or stowed away under desk. I highly recommend if you have a small desk or space for added storage and organization.

Great products at reasonable prices. I purchased a sit/stand desk a few months ago, a couple days after receiving, I asked them if they had casters for the desk...they didn't, but now they do. Shows they listen to their customers and innovate.

Shopping on the website was easy. Delivery was pretty quick, just make sure to leave plenty of contact info including a phone number so the shipping company can contact you to schedule delivery, as these desks can be pretty large and heavy (specially if ordering multiples). Mine arrive by freight and I didn't leave a number so when tracking the shipment I discovered the shipping company were unable to get a hold of me to schedule the delivery. I was able to call Stand Ready's customer support and explain everything and they immediately contacted the shipping co. and got everything straightened out the same day.

The website noted delays due to the current pandemic situation, yet my new sit/stand podium desk was here in less than a week! I love the smooth operation of it. It is perfect for both teaching and doing my administrative work. It lets me raise my computer up high enough to teach directly into the camera, the wheels move easily around my carpeted floor, and it is easy to lower when it is time for chair exercises. Would highly recommend both this company AND the item itself!

I was using Internet Explorer when placing the order, all was fine until I went to change the billing address, the browser would not show and left side of the screen and there was no scroll bar at the bottom of the screen, I tried to minimize the screen but it look like your site is not responsive, it error three time when trying to process my credit card, it finely went through, each time it would pop up a field that was out of view in red to let me enter the info to process the card. I can not respond to the balance of the questions as it has not shipped yet.

I am very satisfied with the monitor stand I bought last year, and am looking forward to the adjustable desks. I do find it odd that products are listed on the website as unavailable. It would make more sense to me if they were either no longer listed or listed as backorder

Received the shelf withing two days after ordering it. There was a problem with on of the clamps, and I called their customer service. I just wanted a replacement clamp, but they6 sent me an entirely new unit, which was flawless. That arrived two days after I spoke to customer service. Excellent service and very helpful.

The Stand Steady product: X-Elite Pro Stand Steady Desk atop Converter, and the Flex Pro model 31 are truly outstanding. Perhaps the distributer of these products are experiencing growing pains, but due to several shipment and order mistakes, my orders had been delayed. Nonetheless, the Company has quckly taken appropriate responsibility in an attempt to resolve any shipment problems. At the same time, I highly recommend purchase of their of there superb products. The Stand Steady desk has made a major difference in relieving my back and leg pain from sitting too long while using my computer.

shipping was prompt...i like the standing desk, but, if you could take the time to put white (or some other color) stickers on the 'up' and 'down' buttons as black on black is hard to see. Also, i thought that the image online showed a groove in the front of the top shelf to allow me to put my tablet into. However, this does not have that groove in it....is that correct ? i really liked the idea of that tablet holder ...

Other than a bit of a challenge to get it put together with one person doing it I've been using the desk for a week and love it. I highly recommend anybody who spend a great deal of their day si tting behind a desk to get this product.
