I ordered some goggle liners from them for an old out-of-production model, since they were the only site that I could find that listed them as in-stock. After placing the order, the only email I got about the order was from Paypal, and not even their website. I contacted them, and after nearly a week went by without response, I opened a dispute on Paypal. Hopefully I get my money back, or better yet, the item, since my goggles are useless without the liners, and no other website had them. Of course, Stanios probably doesn't have it, either, and just doesn't update their site.
Beyond that, the amount charged for shipping was extremely high, considering how lightweight the item that I ordered was.

I ordered a plumbing coupling that the Stanios website said was "in stock, usually ships within 2-3 days." I ordered the item, my credit card was charged that day and waited a week. Checked my account and it said my order was "processing." Called, couldn't leave a message because a recording said the mailbox was full. After calling several times, I got through and was told that they did not have the part but should get the shipment from the manufacturer "this Wednesday" and it will be shipped by Thursday. Waited until Friday...website still said order was processing. Called several times again and got the same person telling me that their shipment from the manufacturer was delayed, but that he would put in a pick ticket so that it would be shipped to me right away on the Monday when they get it. Called back the next Wednesday several times and ended up getting the same person. He said, "Oh, I see we received the shipment on Monday, I'll get shipping on it immediately and you should get a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours." Several days later, my order on the website was still listed as processing. I ended up buying the part somewhere else because I couldn't wait anymore. Called back and asked for a refund...got the same person who said that it would be shipped right away. I told him that I already got the part somewhere else and insisted that I just wanted a refund and to have the order cancelled. He told me that my order would be cancelled and my refund would be processed immediately. Well, that was several days ago. You guessed it, on their website my order is still "processing." I have filed a dispute with Visa to get my money back.

I ordered foaming sanitizer refills and my credit card was charged the same day. Was supposed to ship in 24 for 48 hours but never received anything from them except the initial purchase invoice. I attempted to email several times and no response. Called 4 or 5 times and got a recording saying the inbox was full and you can't leave a message. I finally talked to someone once and he put me on hold and transferred me back to the recording. Last week I filed a dispute with my credit card company and today filed a complaint with the FTC as it has been over 30 days and within 2 hours received a refund confirmation.

After 1 week of not shipping the item I called and asked for refund they said the item was not in stock they was waiting for a shipment to come in. they said I would get a refund but after 1 week no refund. Had to go to PayPal to get refund.
