Very easy to book,however entrance not well signposted and walk to terminal building not really explained on the website (approx 10 min walk from blue car park).

Easy to book on the internet, although I was given the option to add on cancellation waiver to cancel up to 24 hours prior to stay when it was stated that it was free to do this. A quick phone call confirmed it was free but I don't think that option should be shown when it's not relevant.

Have booked meet and greet for few years have always found very to book and service good once you have parked .l have never had any problems and l have peace of mind that my car will be safe.

was very easy - bit concerned that we only have 2 fast track passes but there are three of us? however I couldn't see anywhere to change it

very easy but entering the times caused frustration until I realised hours and minute choices were separate. I think the choices grid isn't distinct or clear enough

I checked the cost on the website earlier and found the cost to be £100. When I saw the advert saying 60% off I expected a lower cost, but still £100! I have booked anyway.

My first time I've booked at Stanstead due to being a Thomas Cook customer flying from Gatwick and found it nice and simple for a 59 year old. GREAT.
