Sticky9 is great - I've used them when they were under the name stickygram and again after they renamed to sticky9. I bought magnets each time - the first time I used them everything was fine. The second time they accidentally sent me the wrong magnets. I wanted to use them in some Christmas gifts so I couldn't wait for them to send new ones since by the time they'd arrive it would be too late. They still sent me new ones but they gave me a refund for the error. They ship pretty quickly, the magnets are good quality and they are super cute - they're a great idea for stocking stuffers since you can make multiple pictures and give them out individually.

I ordered a set of classical magnet, which was supposed to be a part of a weddig gift for my friends. It didn't arrive, so I e-mailed the customer support and they reordered it for me (free of charge), which meant 2 more weeks to wait, so of course I couldn't give it to my friends on the wedding, but anyway. Then this second order did not arrive either, so I asked for a refund, which they completed immediately. They said it must have been lost by the post (and offered to mail it to some other address), but I doubt that the same thing can get lost twice in a row, and nothing I ordered before has been lost until now. I must admit, that customer support is very helpful and replies very quickly, but besides this I don't find them very reliable.

I placed an order and waited for at least two weeks. Nothing has arrived. I emailed them (well the customer service was great and helpful. They checked the shipment status and it was apparently shipped out from the factory. They offered to resend me for free.) However, after over 2 weeks of wait, I haven't yet received it. It was a birthday present for my friend now I have to think of something else for her. Very disappointed.

It has been 3 weeks and I still have not received my order! I have emailed several times and still nothing! They claimed to resend the package but I have not received it. I finally asked for them to cancel my order and refund the money and I have not had a response back. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!!

Ordered and they arived on time sure but all magnets had uneven margins ans photos were cropped. They looked like. 2 year old cut them. Sent them an email and they sent me another set of pics with the exact same problem. ReOrdered! and they STILL came defective!!! Terrible.

Hi Ive placed an order for father's day one month ago and still did not came. I contact CS every week and they say that they don't have a way to track the package and that will come.... How disappointing can be to buy a present for a date and will never arrive....and the company does not have any information about it... How a company being on online business has a terrible customer service No worth to spend the money to not have security or certainty you will receive the PRODUCT Don't use ...Im so frustrated now and disappointed

I am so sad Sticky9 has closed down I love these fridge magnets - look awesome on our fridge - good quality - speedy delivery. So sad as I need more fridge magnets and really don't want to go anywhere else

Well, I've sent two emails and received no respons efrom their customer service team. The iPAd cover they sent me had a weak desaturated image on it that wasn't anywhere near the quality of the original file I sent them. They clearly have no colour management protocols in their system and when I reported this, twice by now 5 days after receipt, I have been deafened by the silence. I will never buy from this business again. Their service and quality of goods was below par.

Sticky9 promote a satisfaction guaranteed and this is an empty promise. My magnets have had heads cropped out so I have some bodies with no heads. Feel ripped off and they don't respond. There was no mention anywhere about the margins &/or cropping of images. Avoid.

Placed order and paid. Waited weeks. Got email with new date. On that date they emailed saying couldnt do order and just told me to reorder and gave me a code. No offer of refund. No number to call. These were gifts I needed and not happy or willing to reorder. I want a refund and no way of doing that , so disappointed.

Ordered magnets on 12/4. On 12/21 customer service said they "may have been lost in the mail due to holidays" and they would re-send. Today is 1/8 and still nothing... Sent another email so we will see. Very disappointing! UPDATE: As of 2/15, still never received order after they said they would send it 3 times and kept blaming the US postal system. I have requested a refund and they agreed to it, but we will see if I ever receive the money. :( Stay away from this company.

In Dec 2015 i gave my order and paid. And, after that NEVER received anything so far. Those pics were supposed to be my Xmas present for my family and I was let down by their service. That is a shame!

I have not received my order! They have "reprocessed my order" two times. They have responded to my emails but my last email was for refund request. I will be reporting them to the BBB if I do not get one. Wish I had seen these other reviews!

Ordered an iPad case with a personal picture on it, was a little slow in the post, but this was probably because of Christmas post! Other than that, the case is good quality and I definitely recommend! I emailed the company when I read these reviews about their products not turning up (as I hadn't received mine) and they emailed back within a couple of days, really friendly and even offered a free print!

I've order the large magnets a number of times, for myself, for friends, my parents and for my grandma. The quality has always been great. They ship super fast. I've never had an issue. I am shocked by all the people saying they never got their product etc. I have never once had an issue and have order at least 7 or 8 times.

Have ordered from these guys on at least 15 occasions over the years, and the product is always delivered super quickly and is exactly as ordered. So sad that they are closing down, and genuinely shocked to see all the negative reviews.
