We ordered the speakers on Sunday 7/18/10 and they were shipped on 7/19/10. We received our package on 7/22/10 in perfect condition. We would definitely order from Teptronics again.

Purchased two 4" speakers on February 5th and received instant confirmation e-mail with a link to follow my order status. Order status page shows no indication my items have been mailed. I opened a support ticket on their website on February 17th inquiring as to the the order status and never heard any reply. Furthermore, on March 20th, I form-submitted a request for a status update and on March 23rd I called and left a voice mail asking the same questions. Over a month and a half have passed and aside from an initial automated e-mail, I have received ZERO communication from Teptronics.com. They accepted payment, haven't delivered anything, and aren't returning calls/emails/support tickets. Avoid them at all costs, or you'll be sorry too.

I ordered speaker stands and one was broken, clips were missing and 2 bags were missing. I filled out an online form on TepTronics website and caled them a couple of days later after I didn't get a response. I was told I would get a call back right away and never did. Needless to say, I am not happy with TepTronics at the present.

I ordered a karaoke machine from them, and the delivery was supposed to be on the 20th. That never happened, and I sent a message to customer service three days ago. I still haven't heard back from them. My credit card account shows no purchase at this time, so maybe the purchase didn't go through, though I received a receipt at time of purchase.

I placed my order on 12/15 and paid extra for 3 day dely so it would get here on Christmas. It is now 7 days and I can't get a live body to talk to, so I sent 2 e-mails an hour and a half ago telling them I need to know today what is happening because I might have to go out and search for this item in the stores. And when the item actually gets delivered I will return it and I will never deal with them again. My daughter says even if I get the item I should requst a refund on the additional money I spent to expedite it. I am so frustrated.

.........I finally did get a response from them about 4 hrs later. They apologized but informed me that "they were waiting on a shipment of the items ordered from the manufacturer...nothing had been charged to my card". This would have been acceptable if after the three days in which I should have received it someone had let me know it was still not shipped. Therefore, I cancelled my order. I will not be re-ordering through them, they are not reliable.

I was trying to order Speaker Cable and mistakenly ordered Power Cable from them on Christmas Eve.
I immediately sent an e-mail to them to Cancel the order. I received no response.

On 01/04/08 I received an e-mail indicating my order had been shipped!! In the Interim I sent at least 6 e-mails to all of their contact adresses -(Info@Teptronics/Paypal@.../Support@...) and received not a single response!!

Obviously it was my mistake, but they never had the common courtesy to, at least, respond! Instead, to their benefit, they just shipped!

I've tried to contact them in order to return the item, but again - No response.

These people are the stereotype fulfilled of the NY Sleaze Ball business. They obviously receive communications placing orders, but anything else and they don't bother!!

Today, March 12, 2010 makes TWO WEEKS since my order was placed. My account was debited almost immediately for the 12" woofer I ordered which included $10.35 for shipping. If this was medication or something crucial, I would be a goner by now! WTF! Customer service is basically just answering the phone and supposedly sending a message forward to the company. I've left three messages and an e-mail too. Thinking about forwarding a letter to the attorney general or something. They were on Facebook, and as of today, there is no way to find them there at all.
Did these guys go to jail and set the place on autopilot or something. We need answers!!!!

I ordered from here about a month ago, and was very pleased to receive my product in as little as 2 days. I just ordered 2 more subs, and plan on ordering 2 more after that, to complete my 2010 db drag mustang. thanks!

Very Disappointed, please be carefull when ordering from this website, the item I ordered was not in stock, it was on a 60 day back order, the website does not inform you of this like other web sites. Also if you try to call them good luck I could never get them to answer the phone, and there voicemail is normally always full so you can't even leave a message, so if you happen to ever have a problem with your order, you will never get a return call.
I finally got someone to answer my e-mail, and I really hope they cancelled my order, Good luck to anyone ordering from them, I had a horrible experience.

My order was place on may 21 and it is July 6 and I did not receive my order or any status updates so I cancelled the order. Will not do business with teptronics agai

I placed my order on 6/5/2012 and i saw a charge from bank account for it. Two weeks passed and no sign of my oder. I sent a message to Teptronics on 6/16/2012 asking about my order and i noticed the charge to my account was no longer there. I did not here back from them. on 6/30/2012 I sent yet another email it is

I just want to commend yo on your speedy processing amnd delivery.Let's not forget about the great communications you have with your customers.I sent a email on June 16th, as you can see below. I am assuming my order was finally processed on 6/21. Atleast that is when I see a charge from my bank account to teptronics. Can someone from your wonderful company let me know what is going on with my order?

Thank you for your order. It appears this order did get sent o the warehouse, but its shipping status has not been updated. I will look into this matter for you in the morning, in the meantime I have begun a reversal of the charges to your account for this order. I am very sorry for this inconvenience.

I guess this means i still am not going to recieve his order?

I ordered a remote started for my 2004 Chrysler Crossfire on Feb. 6, 2010. Today is now March 2, 2010 and still no package received!!! I've made attemps to sent 3 emails to the company and called them 5 times nobody can give me an answer! I told them I wanted a refund and they said they would SEND THEM THE MESSAGE!!! Don't buy from this company!
