i felt like the outline questions to be answered that i received via email did not fulfill the web class i viewed. Plus i paid 6.95 for the pre-recoreded class, got a message could have gotten the information for a dollar after i signed up Mostly why i signed up was for a free voice evaluation..here is the truth...i get that everyone is looking to make money of their expertise and experience and i am wiling to pay for that valuable service and loved the energy of the instructor but i am 52 years old unemployed by an industry that is becoming obsolete i just want honesty and the evaluation promised...God bless an appreciate the inspiration i got with Evan today!

Could not find the link to get on board on Saturday the 23rd of Nov. I went through my emails and the link was not there. A little frustrated. Then I did a search for suchavoice and one person describe the pricing that was introduced after the webinar. Close to 5,000 leaves me out. Good luck to your company.

I really like that you offer an introductory video class at an affordable price. There are so many resources out there that I'm looking forward to learning's more about your training before making a significant commitment.

So far, it has been just to schedule the introductory webinar. Scheduling was east, and the GoTo video had no issues. Honestly though, since this is (or appears to be) a pre-recorded video, I see no reason to have to schedule a time for it. I took a day off of work just to make sure I had a quiet time set aside for it. Instead, it could have been a link to a YouTube or Vimeo to watch at the user's leisure. If I'm wrong, and Will Kamp was live, I apologize.

Hi Ray, I hope you read this! I mixed up my days when I signed up-I was thinking today is Fri 2/8. And technology always loves to challenge me any way it can! lol. I went to go back into the link to reschedule but it only asks me if I want to cancel-and I don't want to do that! Just reschedule... I sent you a separate email already...

I found the site very welcoming with clear directions on how to get more information. I did not feel pressured to buy anything. The whole focus is on educating you on what they have to offer so you can make an educated choice.

I didn't contact them for any issues but I did send an email with a few questions. I got a reply right away and several since then checking in. I really appreciate the customer service I've been given. I am also in customer service and product support so it's not easy for me to give a five star review. There are some good people here and they seem to really care about the customers they're helping. That's a win win in my book!

After completing my payment and registering for a webinar time slot, I didn't receive any further immediate information as to how to log in to said webinar. An e-mail arrived shortly thereafter, however, and I'm ready to go!

Mr. Thon was personable, gave pertinent insight and was engaging. The video kept coming in and out (dark/light). Toward the end, the tracking/audio got messed up and kept stuttering, making the last 15-20 minutes hard to follow.

I enjoyed the webinar very much. Brian Thon was a very enthusiastic host who clearly is very knowledgeable about the industry. He was very forthcoming with the information and concluded with a few achievable 'next steps' for those who want to move forward with a career in VO.

I participated in a pre-recorded session with Brian Thon, after which I scheduled my voice evaluation. My next step is to commit the finances to take advantage of SAV and its staff. I did research the company for reviews, and was pleased to NOT find any negative reviews.
