Watch out for these people. They only send part of your order and claim they send the whole thing! When you inquire they give you the run around 'can't find your emails', 'weight shows it was shipped'. And since they did ship a small part of your order they use the tracking number to fight you when you complain with your credit card company. In fact, that is the only thing they will work on: keeping your money without giving you your stuff!

I ordered a laser printer cartridge replacement. They sent me two in a row that were defective. They did not answer email promptly,. They did provide a refund, but took over a week to process my refund. Not a good experience!

This company is so easy to work with on line...great products at one third the cost of major stores. I purchased two cartridges of TN660 plus shipping costs are still less than purchasing one at a nearby Stables. I order a cartridge every year and have never had a problem in the past five years I have been dealing with them. Specific instructions come with the cartridge and they always work well. Can't say enough good things about this company but you should all give it a try.

Ordered 4 replacement cartridges for my Samsung laser printer. They were not compatible so I had to ship them back for a refund. The compatibility issue was specifically that the crappy cartridges were not recognized by the printer. Supplies outlet (Melissa and Ally) ran me through several steps to return the useless cartridges, including asking me to confirm manufacturer warranty codes that were not on the cartridges. When I finally got through this they would only refund my costs for 1 cartridge, claiming that the "warehouse" weighed them and the others were empty. Poor company, poor customer service, and useless cartridges.

I ordered a toner cartridge on 3/14/2011. It was good for about or approximately 50 pages and all of a sudden it printed out so dirty. Ink smudge all over the page. I am waiting for their response to my warranty claim and will keep you all informed how they will handle the warranty.

Our Company had been experiencing company Credit Card compromises so we suspended all translations with unverified companies and over the past couple of years we have one by one re-introduced the suppliers back into the loop. When we re-introduced this one back in the loop we got compromised again, and the compromise happen in the same city they are based out of. I do not have concrete evidence but we are 90% sure we found the culprit of the compromise. Be AWARE of this site.

For years, I've used another supplier for Xerox-compatible ink sticks for our Phaser 8560MFP unit, and have had a good relationship. Supplies Outlet caught my eye because their prices for a 4-color 12-stick set were far below my existing supplier's.

To find out why, I asked who the backing manufacturer was, and they would not tell me, but said their ink was "authorized". The reps don't know much, so I had to talk to the customer service manager, who did in fact know something about ink manufacturers (for which she deserves some credit).

When I asked my current supplier to speculate why Supplies Outlet would be priced much lower, they had no idea. So, with the intent of ordering, I called back Supplies Outlet with one last question: what happens if the ink I buy damages my printer? (Some years ago, my current ink supplier paid for a tech to come fix it at no small cost.) The customer service manager became cagey and accused me of being some other company doing market research (insane considering the details I provided), then finally admitted that they only would replace the product with more of the same, i.e. if it damages your printer, they'll only give you more to damage your other printers with, I guess.

I'm sticking with my current ink supplier, and have put SuppliesOutlet.com on my list to NEVER purchase from.

I ordered a HP 951 xl inkjet bundle from Supplies Outlet.
The cartridges produced fainter print, especially the colors,
which also tended to be streaky. Occasionally the HP 950
would give error messages, and not want to work, but you
could push 'OK" and restart the printer. Finally nothing worked. I put HP cartridges into the printer, and all is
good. A month passed, and I decided to call Supplies Outlet. When I called to complain, the customer service rep promised to send a mailer, and refund my purchases. Two weeks passed, and I called again. I was told they had sent an email to fix the problem. They did not. I was told they did not give refunds. Even if the product is defective? NO. The second customer rep did not offer to resend the email with the "correcting code".
So bogus!
The cartridges are 60% full. Both Staples and Microcenter will
recycle the cartridges, but will not give the $2-4 per cartridge
refund. At one store the clerk just rolled his eyes when I told him where I had purchased this 951 bundle.
Buy from these people if you have money to burn.
Better yet give the money to charity.

I seriously wish I would have read these reviews first! I placed my order and read these reviews MAYBE 5 minutes later, called to cancel my order and they told me I could not because I already placed it and since it is "same-day shipping" it is already being pulled. A bunch of bs if you ask me. This should have been CLEARLY stated before submitting my order. If these toners are defective I will not be buying from them again. You cant help but be skeptical when I company wont let you cancel an order you literally just placed minutes before.

Been dealing with them for years, and now that my Rep left the company, its been a mess since, multiple products dont work, error codes ,No one knows who my new Rep is, I have been dealing with warranty issues on my end alot more now than ever before.
I will be searching for a new vender, I do about 700-1000 a month it toner sales so this will not be a good thing for them to loose.
I dont get companys that dont care about their businesses, If i sold poducts like this to my customers, i would not have a business any more.
Wake up Supplies Outlet you are on your way out the door...

I ordered four cartridges which I installed into a brand new printer (these were the first cartridges that the printer ever had installed into it). ALL FOUR of the cartridges bled all over my pages and all through my machine. When I called for customer service they told me I had to send back all the cartridges before they would refund them. When I got upset; they hung up on me.

When I called back I was spoken to by a "Supervisor" who was belligerent. She started to tell me that being a business... So I interrupted her and said "means I should have had a back up?" She didn't say anything sounding dumbfounded. I told her that I had read reviews online and that this was clearly one of her immediate go-tos. She got very upset about that and told me that she didn't have to put up with abuse and swearing - I told her I hadn't sworn to her. She said "oh, you didn't, that's right". Now, this should tell you about what type of service that they provide when they immediately assume you will be swearing at them.

Long story short:

BAD BAD BAD BAD PRODUCT.

BAD BAD BAD BAD SERVICE.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

The product I received in past orders has always been great for Brother TN450 toner, but I had a bad experience with placing my order last week. I ordered 2 items and was charged 5 times for one order. Initially, I placed my order online on 12/14 and received a message in the checkout portion after entering all of my info saying that there was a problem with my order or their server and to try again later. I tried several times and got the same message, but noticed that it was charging my credit card for each time even though it said it wasn't. I immediately called customer service and they told me the charges would be reversed and their system was showing them as such, but they were never reversed. I then called the following day and they told me the same thing. 4 days later, I go to the grocery store and I was told I had insufficient funds for about $50 worth or groceries because the $267 in erroneous charges were never reversed. The erroneous charges actually showed up as cleared and posted on my account. Today is the 5th day and when I called they said their data processing dept was working on it and I felt like I was getting the same B.S. and was not willing to wait another week for them to get their $hit together so I filed a dispute on the charges with my bank to get immediate credit and expedite the process. Be careful about any error messages you receive after entering your card information and do not try again. Check your online banking and do not re-try as you will likely get charged for each time you re-try. I have never had a problem with them before, but this makes me very uncomfortable. I know as an accountant, that it is a very simple process to refund erroneous charges on the same day as they are charged via your merchant account and I really felt like there was something amiss here and I don't think I will order again from them for that reason.Customer service told me they were doing inventory and that was the reason for the delay. Sorry folks, customer service should be first and the fact that you didn't make it a priority after 2 calls translates to stinky customer service. Nobody was rude, but their inaction was very disappointing. My confidence level for them has therefore plummeted after calling for the third time today with no more results and I would be an idiot to do any further business with these people.
Sequel: Package was supposed to be delivered on 12/16 and never received it. Found out it was returned to them, most likely at their request so I filed another dispute on 12/23 for not receiving the item I paid for. I tried calling customer service twice on 12/23 and after waiting for a few minutes got a recording that the person I am trying to reach is unavailable. This was a Friday around 3 pm which is business hours. Even less impressed at this point. Feel totally scammed.

I ordered a 4 color bundle of toner cartridges for my HP Laserjet printer. One of the replacement cartridges actually broke my printer. I returned them to SuppliesOutlet with a prior authorization expecting a full refund. Today I received an email from them stating that the returned cartridges were empty and they will not give me a refund. The cartridges were not used because my printer was broken. BUYER BEWARE!!

absolute waste of money, we got toners for our brother printer, and found out each toner last about 1/8 of original toner from brother, I don't know where they get there toners from but it is real knock-off and money wasted, I guess you get what you pay for.

Received my cartridges a month ago, never opened them till today. Appeared new, sealed in new box and sealed plastic packaging inside the box. I opened the packages to find that all they actually sent me was the plastic laser cartridge covers. The ink drum insert was missing from both drum covers. I spent over $100.00 on two plastic drum/roller covers. After reading other reviews I find this company must be a scam operation...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will contact them Monday, but if they live up to previous customer reviews, they will just give me the runaround also.

I made an order on Monday, December 12, order number 182009. I made the order at about 7 p.m.

But I double checked and quickly realized that part of my order was incorrect.

By about 12:30 a.m. of Tuesday, December 13, before the order could ship, I e-mailed to say not to ship part of the order. I also tried to call, but could reach no one.

I then called first thing in the morning to follow up. They said that the order had already shipped. I asked for a return shipping label because I had cancelled the order before it shipped. They refused.

This is not right. I cancelled the order before it shipped and I should not be charged shipping and handling to return the order that shipped after I cancelled it.

I bought toner for my fax machine and when I got it the box it came in was obviously homemade and falling apart then I opened one box of toner and it literally fell apart In my hands. I called customer service and they did refund for the broken item but the quality was so terrible that I wanted to return the rest of the unopened items. I was given an RMA number but I have to pay for shipping to send their junk back. The customer service is terrible as well. I called to ask for shipping to be paid since im pretty sure the rest of the items would have fallen apart like the first one. I guess me being an honest person was a bad thing because I shouls have just said they were all damaged and got a full refund right away but I am honest and hoped they'd do the right thing. Nope! Also I'm pretty sure the product comes from Hong Kong and resold in the US because as I said before the quality is terrible!! The only reason I ordered from them was because reliable office supplies doesn't sell that particular cartridge anymore :( for everything else I use RELIABLE OFFICE SUPPLIES. They are great and customer service is great!!

I have been ordering from this company for years.
Two months ago I ordered four drums from your company when I received them they were the wrong one.I called customer service and they told me to send them back they ll refund me or I exchange those drums for me. I returned all 3 drums since last month. Since then I have been calling customer service for 3 weeks they told me they couldn't find the package I give them my tracking # yesterday and finally I received an email from Katilyn the supervisor whom told she couldn't refund for the drums because they were open I explained to her, I had to open them to see if they fit the printers.I called customer service to returned them but she told me she could only refund me $13.00. I told her I needed at least an exchange she replied it's the company policy that she was unable to do an exchange but only give me back $13.00. I spent $68.00 dollars plus tax on those drums what I'm going to do with $13.00 dollars I told to keep money.
I am very disappointed with the company policy and feel I was taking advantage of. Beware never do business with them. Very disappointing..

AT first I had a horrible experience and all 4 toners were not compatible. When I left a negative review customer service reached out to me and sent my 4 new ones. Much better experience. They said if it did not work they would give me a full refund. Not sure I like using non-genuine ink but they did what they said they would do.

Buyer BEWARE, There laser ink RUINED my New HP color laser jet CM1312nfi MFP, They stand behind NOTHING they sell, The laser toner is the cheapest toner they can get there hands on, My printer cost over 500.00 expensive lesson for CHEAP TONER!!!
