get these people on the phone it goes to voicemail I think it's overseas operation it's not in New York City that's in some front I can't get my items. to claim to get my money back cuz they take the money out without sending the product into sounds like a scam.

i place an order onlne on may18,2020 because item online looks like are on stock because it not specified and i buy should 5 to 7 bussines day. but 6 to 7 bussines days means for the company to get the item from another distribuitor. i wait more than 15 days an nothing i email them what is the status of my order because show processing since i place the order, they told me to wait 5 days more becuase its an special order i wait but nothing i send a email again because if you dont write to them they dont tell you nothing and you get stuck, and they told me we have to wait a week and half more becuase the item dint have it. i wait 23 days and still no item i cancel order, if placing an order are horrible to get refund are worse, they told me order was cancel when never they cancel order, and i was waiting since jun5 util now they cancel order to charge your card are very fast but to get your item or refund are the worse FIRST AND THE LAST TIME TRY TO BUY HERE PEOPLE OPEN YOUR EYES BEFORE BUY HERE MAKE SHORE ITEMS HTEY HAVE IT IN STOCK OTHER WISE I DONT TAKE THE RISK TO BUY HERE... I DONT RECOMMEND TO NO ONE BUY HERE

I have been using the camera system for a while now and can confidently recommend it. I also enjoyed buying from the website that I wouldn’t hesitate recommending it.

I was looking for a particular item that I saw Surveillance-Video happened to carry that no one else did. I ordered it online since they said it would ship out the next day which they indicate is usually a stocked item. Item didn't arrive for over a week because it was actually shipping from the manufacturer instead. I received the item and it wasn't exactly what I thought it would be but made it work anyway.

I ordered the part to be sent next day air...it arrived as planned. The problem was the paperwork that was sent by email was not correct and timely. I got the email confirming it was sent the day after it arrived.

I am very impressed with surveillance video, they seem to have the lowest prices not to mention the shipping was lightning fast.

After experiencing miss communication with an order (a lost returned camera), I was notified directly by the Vice President (Erion Kaplani) who informed me that they will address the manor directly with the sales staff (customer service). I did receive exceptionally fair compensation for the issue. And I will continue to remain a loyal customer.

Ordered because it was in stock, waited 8 days and no tracking info, contacted and was told it was shipping out the next day, didnt happen, then I said I wanted a refund unless they could get it shipped right away, and they then told me they were going to ship next day, but since I said i wanted it cancelled they went ahead and cancelled the order. What a waste of time. Avoid these guys at all costs. s

I purchased a product from Surveillance-Video ( Altronix, WPL, Enclosure, NEMA 4/IP65 Outdoor Rated) because their price was much lower than others. Once I placed the order, they called me and it turned out that it was really mis-advertised and the price was just for the lock to the box. And the box I wanted was same price as others. Assuming this was an honest mistake, I stayed with them and paid the full price. The box arrived some time later. It has the wrong dimensions. I'm trying to return it. I have called them (answering machine), I've sent them e-mails directly and through their web-site. NO RESPONSE in a week.

My Letter to them:
As a technical support manager of a Fortune 50 Company, I thought it would be kind to provide some constructive feedback on the support I received from your company today.

First off - I searched for the needed firmware from the product manufacturer, found the needed firmware on their webiste and found that KT&C refers the customers back to the VAR Reseller for support in these cases. I followed the instructions and contacted Surveillance-video.com(S-V.com) and requested the assistance based on the manufactures instructions.

Next, I am asked to satisfy that I am indeed a customer, and that I purchased the product from you - and I produced a copy of my Invoice.

Next, I am told that there is no support offered for the device - but the manufacturer states otherwise.

Next, I am told by you that the firmware is no longer available -

So I called one of my counterparts at work, He is a technical Lead in our In-Store Security support team and he supports thousands of our DVR's and hundredss of thousands of cameras in our stores across the nation. He got me in contact with the right contact at KT&C and within minutes of being told that there is no such firmware - I have it installed on my DVR.

I received my 8 piece camera system about 2 weeks ago and its been nothing but a good experience so far. I got my products on time and it great condition as a start. And then the set up was too easy it only took about 1 hour to get everything up and running. The footage is clear day and night and i can honestly say it was worth my money. I'm very pleased with my service and i definitely approve.

I had a problem with pay pal when ordering called the next day and found the people to be very helpful especially for new yorkers! sorry just a little Boston humor

I placed an order for a camera on May 8, 2013. It did take about 10 days to receive the shipment and when I received it, it was a lens rather than the camera that I had ordered. I called the 800 number and spoke to Anna in Customer Service. They were very helpful in getting a speedy resolution to the mistake. They contacted the manufacturer and had the correct item shipped to me second day air. They automatically issued a pickup order for the incorrect item, of course all at no charge to me. Mistakes happen, but it's all about the resolution that counts. The issue was resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. I would certainly order from this company, again.

I received a camera, but it's not the camera I have ordered, I know the camera I received is a better one that the one I ordered, ( I received color instead of B&W and 700 lines instead of 420) but I was looking for a higher sensitivity not resolution or color it was planed to be used on astronomy, contacted by the on-line chat they say will contact me back in 24 to 48 hours, and that was about 4 day ago.

I was completly satisified with my order especially because I ordered it and I had the items in my hands in 24 hours (Not kidding). Not many companies ship like that ! Thanks alot and keep up the great work,

I ordered total $241 on April 15,2020 with 3 day shipping and paid $40 for shipping to get my order fast but after one week I don't get any! I send an email to them but no response! So I called them and put a voice mail, but no one get back to me so I called them,the guy that I spoke as a customer service is so rude and told me that my order shipped to another one but when I asked about tracking number he said there is no tracking number as it's not been shipped yet!!!! And told me don't yell at me but I just asked about my order After that he hung up on me!!!!!! I tried to call again and a lady from customer service said they cancel my order today also said they send me an email for cancellation but it is not true as I never get any from them! So just stay away from this company! They deserve nothing but negative feedback with super rude customer service! Cheating Company!

Paid $41 for 2-day shipping and received the item 5 days later, then 2 weeks later received an email telling me the item had shipped. They probably operate out of a storage unit. What a joke.

Called on a Monday and ordered product because it was in stock and was told it would arrive to us by following Monday. Never received an email with confirmation or tracking info all week. 7 days later, called and they told me they would look into it as it should have shipped, still no order info or tracking info. 12 days later now, called on Friday and asked where my product was.....they could not give me any information as to if the product had even shipped. Called Monday (2 weeks later from initial order) and still could not get any tracking info and they said they would call me back. No call back. Called Tuesday and just asked for refund and confirmation of this refund. Called that following Monday (3 weeks later) and asked why I hadn't received an email of refund or the refund. They told me the package had actually shipped and they were waiting for it to return so they could process refund. Called that Friday and still no refund (2 weeks after I asked for refund and almost 4 weeks from initial order!!!) We told them we were going to report them as fraud and BBB if no refund by Monday. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! The worst customer service ever received.

10 out of 10 company that stays true to its customers! Great low prices and the fastest shipping around.

ok so this is like the third time buying from them so im leaving a review here... first off the website. its easy to use albeit a bit bland but that doesnt really matter because in the end you are just buying something. my orderes have always gone through fast and without a hitch and they ship pretty fast. they also pack everything well so i cant complain about there shipping. i've never had to return something so i cant tell you how that works, which is good because i hate when something arives in peices. its always worked out well for me so i plan on coming back, they're a great company.
