They charge by the hour and dont vet their people to see how competent they are. I had someone come and hang curtain rods which took him 3 hours to do!!! Im so upset and there is no one to contact at task rabbit!

Horrible. Had a bunch of furniture from Ikea assembled. A wooden dowel was lying around afterwards. The "rabbit" said there were always extras. I also found 5 washers that were never installed. Plus my dining room table was dented. Now, 3 months later, the bookcase has fallen apart due to the missing dowel. Taskrabbit will not compensate me because of legalese, meaning dishonesty-ese.

I wish I could give them a negative rating. Purchased Ikea furniture higher task rabbit to come and assemble, guy names Scott J. Had no idea how to assemble yet he still put together in the worst way charged me for 5 hours, furniture fell apart when I moved it and TaskRabbit has not responded nor refund my money. Worst company I have ever dealt with and now I'm out 390.00 plus another 400.00 cost to replace furniture.

I've tried to use Taskrabbit 3 times and 3 times they have failed to deliver. The first tasker that arrived was in no way a professional drywaller. He ruined my walls with poorly patched drywall compound. It has cost me more money to repair this job. Another tasker was a cleaning service that was a no show 2 times. The third was also a no show. I've run my limit with this company and will never call them again. Be smart and do the same. DO NOT USE TASKRABBIT.

This was my first time using TaskRabbit. I needed help moving a large television, and I was able to schedule a tasker through the app for the same day. He arrived on time and we got the task done. Highly recommended.

After waiting all day and cancelling all my plans, my tasker didn't show. It was very difficult to communicate with my tasker, however, he guaranteed he would be able to come. My tasker decided only after the window period to cancel and he did not provide a reason to do so. We are unable to get a hold of him as well. This is such as lousy service and am severely disappointed in their employees.

Was directed to Task Rabbit by IKEA.. had an appointment scheduled and they didn't even show up... the worker was Eugene C. I would recommend you don;t waste your time and just deal with a more reliable company.. however maybe another worker would show up??? would give zero or negative amount if an option...

App needs serious improvement. I scheduled a task that never happened and got charged for it. Disputing the charge with my credit card company. Was able to rebook but the first error should have never occurred.

The handyman they sent to my home, Tareq S from Frankfurt am Main, Germany, worked for an hour in my apartment, did a lousy job which he left incomplete, and Task Rabbit charged my credit card for two hours.

We arranged for a chesst freezer delivery very last minute. Tommy was available and he was excellent. Great communicator, timely, got the job done, polite, and wore a mask like he was supposed to. Just a great experience, and we would recommend both Tommy and TaskRabbit because of it.

I have used task rabbit on multiple occasions for all different tasks. Painting, TV mounting, fixing broke furniture, office work, courier services etc. Never disappointing in the price or the people.
