I had ordered 5 premium alts and not only a week after of registering them to the server i play on, the link to the alts says "page expired" attempted to contact staff to fix it and they took a week to reply. Still no fix and havent been able to use the 5 alts i paid for in over a week. I was scammed, there was no say that it was only for a limited amount of time. It said permanent premium alt. Staff asked for a order number when i never got an order number in the email, only a link to the page of the details of my alts, which expired. I dont want new alts i want the same alts i was using and paid for that had the data of them saved to servers i was playing on with progress.

Reply back to the altening: as stated I did not get a order number with my purchase on the confirmation email nor the email with my link. I was not sent a order number. Which has been the issue this whole time and why staff closed my ticket without helping me last time. Also, no I was not instructed to save my information off the site, in both emails I got, none of those say I need to save my Alts information on the side. I’ve reviewed and checked them both.

Bought An account for my friend because he was banned on Hypixel. This worked perfectly, we were able to play just like normal. I bought 7 alts at the same time costed me 5,44 dollars I think. They all work! And are not banned on popular servers.

So, if you are anything like me when you first found this website it might have seemed a little sketchy or looked like a scam. I thought that way to. I came back to this website probably once every few days debating if I should purchase an alt or not. However, today I did. I just purchased an alt and I can happily say that this is 100% legit. You purchase the alt and boom you get given the acc info and you can log in. And this website is so awesome that when I logged onto Hypixel I had Vip Rank. For 14$! I got not only a minecraft java edition account but Vip rank on hypixel as well as 208k coins on Hypxel. I would 100% recommend buying an account from here. The staff are very nice people and the accounts are legit. Lmk if anyone has any questions

Bought NFA and SFA accounts before and they worked perfectly. Then I bought a MFA account but it doesn't have the game bought. I contacted the support and he gave me another account. The login details were correct at first,but after 3 days, I can't login anymore, it said wrong password for Minecraft and mail. So I suggest buying NFA and SFA ONLY, do not buy MFA or you might lose your money.

This time i bought an optifine cape account because my minecraft account got hacked. When i logged on, I had an optifine cape as promised.i decided to play hypixel and it wasnt banned. 10/10 I'm going to use this account untill i get my minecraft account back.

I'm pretty sure they hacked my main account; when I logged into the alt, I went back to my main account and I was locked out. I reset my password and tried again but it didn't work. If I could, I would give TheAltening negative infinity stars.

The thealtening.com Fraud Charges

Beware of making any purchases from thealtening.com. The thealtening.com will lock you into a subscription without any way to canceling or getting out of it.

I purchased a "one-day trial" from thealtening.com and the since then, they placed me in a "Premium" subscription plan without my knowledge or approval. There is no clear message or notification that I was being placed in a subscription after the “one-day trial” purchase. Thealtening.com has been charging my credit card for $12.00 per month since December 2020.

I have tried to contact them to cancel the subscription but none of the contact methods they provide work to cancel the subscription. I have emailed them and no one responds, I have called the phone number Stripe provided and it is not a working number. I followed the instructions on canceling the subscription through an automated system they have in the dashboard, and it says it will cancel but it never does. The subscription keeps renewing every month. There is no clear way of canceling the subscription.

The company address and phone number are not in the US.

Recently bought an account that has an optifine cape which efficiently came fast but as soon as I logged in the account to switch the optifine cape to my main account, it says the cape was changed 5 months from now which is not "checked for delivery" and "fresh account". I am very disappointed with the service.

I didn't know how to put the Minecraft account in my email so i lost the account after a few days the passwords didn't work but i bought another one there wasn't even a Mojang account on the email but the last one I put it on my email so it worked

You can say what you want about TheAltening but there's no denying that this is the safest and most trusted alt shop out there. I've bought many products here and they all came fast and any problems can be resolved by support easily. Many of my friends have also bought from here and haven't had any problems.

I bought 50 sfas and after the order expired. I have been sending multiple tickets. none of them reinstating the order. the staff just told me to refresh the page. and I still don't have my alts back.

edit: ok 125 alts for 25 usd sounds bad but i mean unlimited warranty is pretty nice

Only do this if you want to take a risk. I bought an email full access account, and followed the steps written down. I had tons of trouble along the way, and right as I was on the last step, the account got taken back. I spent hours waiting in the ticket system, and I couldn't even get a refund/new acc. If you're going to buy from here at all, get a USA acc or a hypixel semi full access or something that doesn't have so many problems

EDIT: Alright. I bought 13 semi-full access hypixel alts, and the one has worked well so far. My advice is to get the sfa accounts or a USA account, just not the email full access. Giving it 3 stars now

I've purchased one MFA account before, everything went smooth.

the second MFA account i've purchased is a different story, contacted support. the are only active for about 2 hours a day between 14:00 and 16:00.
After waiting a day, they gave me another login, which didnt have an account attached to it.

Next day same story, they gave me a login without an account attatched to the mail.

Please check the accounts beforehand.

I got IPvanish VPN doesn't even work! Then i cant even play anymore! I got 25 alts and the stupid vpn be buggin

My friend bought an e-mail full access account, but instead was given an account without email access and the account had security questions, and has sometimes waited over 24 hours for a response from support, has created support tickets that were closed mid-conversation by staff members after they tried helping, rather than supplying him with a new account or even offering to give a refund. He bought the account over 48 hours ago and has received less than three responses back from support. Absurd. Some of the worst customer service I think I will ever live to see. Finally, one support member 48 hours later has helped him through finding access to the email of the one account he purchased. Was one star until this one support member carried the entire support team and actually had consistent replies and helpful information to provide, kudos to DefaultName, the rest of you should look for another career for the sake of future customers.

This is a pretty broken operation that scams people daily. Let me list the huge faults with the site that warrant such a terrible one star review.

A. After a certain amount of time (less than 2 days) they lock you out of accounts you buy by changing the password, effectively scamming you out of your cash in order to recycle their accounts and scam other people.
B: Garbage customer service that completely ignores you
C. I bought two hypixel ranked alts. One didn't come with a rank, and the other was banned from hypixel. Its been a week and they havent got back to me yet.
D. Apparently you share the accounts with other people. With the few accounts they gave me that WORKED in their limited lifetime I contantly got disconnected from Hypixel because other people tried to log in with the same account.

In other words: Please just buy legit, it isn't worth the hassle.

I bought IPVanish (VPN) for 4USD and i cant fu*king login to that sh!t thing and now im hella mad that i got scammed on fu*king 4usd (not that much ik) and to fu*king log in u have to make another god damn where u put all ur card information and everything. And i wont fu*king do that cuz i just fu*king paid for that sh!t i think u should never buy IPVanish from this sh!t website.
