One quick phone call, the new router arrived within a couple of days, practically plug-and-play and wireless performance seems more sprightly than the previous BT product I was using (and a great deal cheaper!)

Only one thing baffled me for a while: having changed the wireless access key on the router from the default, I couldn't work out how to reconfigure the password in Windows (8.1) connection - nothing in Control Panel allows you to do this, apparently. In the end I realised you have to tell Windows to "Forget" the existing connection. This sounds a bit drastic but just means you get prompted for the new password next time you try to connect. A note in the documentation would have saved me some time and frustration.

As the store manager from Bourton on the water i would like to say how fantastic the team are i phoned for broad band and was told it would be4 weeks to my amazement its coming next week so its only been a week
i have been telling all my team about the great service that you gave to me and the fantastic deals we can all get

I called for guidance on setting up an existing router and got through within a couple of minutes, the guidance was very helpful and it was straightforward. They were clear about when not over-promising when switchover would happen but it turned out to be very quick indeed.

Easy enough to order from thephone.coop website, E-mail confirmation could have been clearer, explaining that the SIM card arrives first, must be activated by calling in, then they wil dispatch your chosen mobile phone. I understand the two parts (sim & Phone) being sent separately, just don't understand why you must call for one part, before the other is sent.
Call centre staff polite and friendly, especially nice in this trying time of isolation.
I intend to update the review after a few months service.

i) The phone was purchased as a present but could not be delivered to the address of the person with the birthday. ii) rather than dispatching the phone to my address immediately, I am waiting 3 - 5 days for someone of your company to "progress" my purchase, which will only add more time to the already problematic purchase of this phone. It is not an impressive system and I won't be recommending it.

we are a small Charity working with homeless men in recovery ; e have 2 houses on the property and frequently have problems with internet but each time we have found patient people, too any to remember their names though they would need mentioning, the latest being Mick. what impressed me is the empathy they showed when I said I had a few desperate men who were missing the internet, and I was impressed by Nick, as with all the others, who phoned, not once, but frequently , to inquire if the internet was/is working. Thanks to all of you , to those who work behing the scenes, you are a great team, always have been so supportive, and I'm proud to be a member of the Phone Coop.

I was upgrading from a Fairphone 2 to Fairphone 3 and the option to upgrade wasn't clearly available on the Phone Coop website. It looked as if I would get a PAC code if I ticked certain options. Anyway, a couple of calls to the very helpful sales team sorted it out. I just wished that they had put this info on the website in the first place.

There was some wait for the service to connect, and the connection was not made until I complained at 4 p.m. on the day concerned (17/4/2020)

Good timing, I have today received our new Broadband Router and telephony connection bits and pieces.

I have received two emails since my purchase last letting me know roughly how long things would take to get moving, due to Coronavirus there was a very slight delay but Im not holding that against The Phone Coop.

The advisor who sold the products and services to me was very knowledgable and pleasent to speak with, a complete contrast to my experiences with my last provider. The sales process was fairly straight forward and when things didn't go according to plan (the systen went a bit slow) you know the advisor actually called me back as they said they would!

My confirmation letter arrived a couple of days later and I have my appointment for a new line install booked for the 26th March, now its up to BT to complete The Phone Coops good work so far.

Oh and I almost forgot, as a Midcounties Coop Member I am benefiting from a joining offer and rewards, I feel as though I can really trust The Phone Coop to do the right thing moving forward for me, for all their customers and as part of Midcounties Coop, for all communities up and down the land.

I would have given a 5 star but when I discover that I was unable to return my old Fair Phone to you. I then contacted Fair Phone direct to ask how I could return my old phone to them and emailed you not to send out my new phone until I had resolved the matter. Your original email concerning my order clearly stated that I had 5 days in which to cancel my order without obligation. However on the second day after I had ordered it and asked you delay sending it to me I received a message saying it was on it's way and would arrive within the next few days - it arrived the following day and I still haven't had a reply from you for my original email. Neither have I had a response from Fair Phonesaid. Very disappointed with the service from both you and them.

Once the problem of a faulty router was diagnosed a new high quality Technicolor router was despatched by Hermes Next Day Delivery. I 'phoned for help in setting this up and the technical adviser I was talking to was very helpful and patient until together we had everything working again - well done!

I’ve been with the Phone Co-op for several years. The service is very good, very efficient. I also like its cooperative values and recommend them to friends whenever they’re looking for a new provider.

I was in contact with the techie department on a number of occasions this week. They were very kind and attentive, and rang on a number of occasions to try to sort out my router problems. In the end they were unable to sort it, and I organised for a new router, but they answered the phone promptly every time, were extremely patient and polite with me, and did just about every test it was possible to do to try and locate the problem.I am very grateful for the effort they made.

Not started on day I needed it but that may be because I didn’t give enough notice so I’m without internet for two days.
Asked if router fitted through letterbox and was told yes but not toldbit needed a signature and I hadn’t moved in

I only rated 4 stars as I had to ring 3 days in a row to get it sorted☹, when we work from home it was hard , the last person we spoke to was very helpfull and got us a new router and tariff. Thank you.

Router packed up, spoke to an engineer and they ordered a new router, it arrived in 24 hours and now up and running again that's what I CALL SERVICE when we ARE IN LOCK DOWN
