Order was not delivered, but when I called they were apologetic and did everything to make it right including sending a little something extra. Mistakes happen and they did excellent at resolving the issue. I will use the again in the future

Nice site with good selections. Talked with owner...very helpful. This Christmas arrangement was sent as a gift to a relative. Judging by the way she sounded over the phone after receiving it, she was very surprised and pleased. We had tried at first to go with one of the large floral delivery services but the price was outrageous. So we looked at local florists in the same delivery area as our relative. The arrangement was delivered as requested and obviously made a big hit. We'll definitely be using The Village Greenery from now on.

I called to check the availability for delivery during mother's day weekend. One of the owners I spoke with was very kind and accommodating. He made an already stressful situation due to being quarantined unable to visit my mom for mother's day much easier. Thank you for all that you do... You are soooo appreciated!!

Ordering was easy and the recipient said that the flowers were nice. Of course, I didn't see them for myself, so I don't know what they looked like. And I received no delivery confirmation. It was a week later before I talked to the recipient and found out they had arrived. I think that the Village Greenery should provide a delivery confirmation so customers aren't left wondering. (I deal with a florist in another state that even sends a picture of the arrangement with the delivery confirmation. Now that's customer service!)

I live in Colorado and ordered online to have a delivery to my Sister in Florida for Mother's Day. The plant arrived better looking than the pictures and It was delivered right on time! Great job people!

Village Greenery has never disappointed us! We live out of state and have always depended on Village Greenery for our fresh floral arrangements for our mom in Florida. They always do beautiful work and have always been helpful, kind and accommodating! Thank you for your continued beautiful work!
