I ordered tickets a few months ago for a football game. I ordered through ticketzoom because they had the best seats at the best price. Then I read some of the negative reviews, so I became a little concerned. 2 weeks before the game, I called and the phone was answered immediately, I asked if they had a record of the tickets and that it would be great if I could get them a bit early (so that I wouldn't worry!). They said they would contact the seller, I got a notice about 48 hours later and the tickets arrived 2 days after that. So, perfect experience for me.

I was looking for last minute baseball tickets for 7 of us. They had a good selection and were $150 cheaper than the other options for the same tickets! Yay Ticket Zoom!

I had wanted tickets to see eli young band, and my boyfriend decided to surprise me with tickets for my birthday, the box offices have these tickets priced at only $20 each- yet he paid $120.50 for TWO TICKETS and didn't know it until after his payment info had been submitted, there was no review and no warning of service fees. We unfortunately made the mistake of waiting to read reviews after purchasing. They absolutely will not refund your money no matter what your situation is- they claim to have 5 star ratings and 100% satisfaction guarantees- what a joke lol

I was charged basically the cost of another ticket after the $53 dollar service charge. Use a company that doesn't charge service fees.

I purchased football tickets the night before the event on my phone, NOWHERE did it give a breakdown of costs until the purchase was final. When I hit delivery method and submit it processed my card and charged me $30 in fees!!!!!!!! My $26 tickets for a shitty game ended up costing me $41 each!!! I called and did live chat and they refuse to give me my money back or reduce any of the fees since it was my first purchase with them!! They state that the fees were listed on the left side of the screen and THEY WERE NOT THERE OR I WOULD HAVE NEVER CLICKED SUBMIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so mad! They don't even deserve one star!!

Spoke with a very cool young manager named SHANNON who took the time to listen to a small issue I had with TICKET ZOOM, he was polite professional and courteous and as I said he LISTENED to me and understood my complaint and resolved the matter for me, exceeding my expectations and going above and beyond what they had to do as a company.
I will use them again because I know they stand behind their service with integrity and a sense of fair play that is so often lacking in e-COMMERCE thanks guys

I went to purchase 1 ticket online. After inputting my credit card information, I was told that 7 tickets were purchased in my name and I was charged over $800. They will not answer my calls and their website says no refunds anyways. I will never use this site again.
