Worldwide Timeshare Hypermarket

Back in May we listed our timeshare points we have with Diamond International with Worldwide Timeshare as a Premium Listing.

From that day we have not heard anything from them. The only contact we have had with them is when we have chased them for an update to the progress of the sale. To which we get the same reply every time. 'People have been looking, an enquiry has been made, but there has been no follow - up'

It appears that if you are buying there is constant contact, but if you are selling, once they have your money they are not interested. Am very disappointed with the level of service.

I would 100 percent recommend worldwide timeshare. They sold our Timeshare in no time at all and Richard kept me updated every step of the way.
I can't thank them enough for selling our Timeshare and we were only on there database as we didn't want to pay out any more money on advertising it as it was already for sale with another timeshare company who we'd paid quite a lot of money too and we didn't even get any offers from them. Worldwide timeshare customer service is brilliant. Keep up the good work. Thanks again Richard for all your hard work.

Service was easy to use and representatives were helpful, however our timeshare took 2 years to sell and the price we finally agreed on was very low. We agreed to the price as we wanted to sell and it had taken so long. With the Worldwide time share fees and the annual fees paid for our timeshare we had very little left from the sale. Could have been better.

Have been using WorldWide Timeshare for the past 11 years , never had any problems what so ever , they have never tried to force a sale on to me & have been completely professional through out .
Would recommend this company to anybody , especially Tom or Sean.
I bought my latest timeshare at the Royal Savoy Madeira just last month & it all went through smoothly.

We dealt with Nathan Perry who has been fantastic throughout our year long search to find the right product. He made himself available whenever we had questions or concerns. After finding what I thought was a good deal elsewhere, Nathan managed to beat it making us very happy customers.

We had previously owned with Marriott at Cypress harbour, Florida since 1991, so were well aware of the very high standards they offered.We sold those a couple of years ago because travelling to the states was becoming expensive, trading was becoming more difficult and the kids had long since grown up and flown the nest. We had, on a number of occasions traded for marriott, Spain and especially liked Marbella (we'd been lucky enough to own a house there in the 1980's. having sold we were a tad disappointed not to be part of the marriott family but purchasing two weeks directly from them was very expensive. Without being really serious about it, my wife went on line to look at timeshare resales, being interest in nothing except Marriott, Eurpoe. Low and behold Gold weeks at Marbella were amongst the first to be shown and at reasonable prices. I did a Company House search to establish WTH were legit (you do hear horror stories) and then telephoned them. The agent I dealt with over the next week or so was extremely polite, prompt with responses and very thorough; he took time to explain things thoroughly and if in doubt, spoke to his MD and can back to us, very quickly.. After some negotiation we went ahead, buying two weeks. The transactions, both with WTH and Marriott themselves were much quicker than anticipated and everything was concluded, smoothly and efficiently, in early April. Our first occupancy as owners in Marbella is in September, although we are there for 16 days in June, using the last of our USA weeks and cash. So, that's two weeks holiday per year settled from now onwards for us. I would have no hesitation in recommending WTH to any potential purchasers and would, if we could ever afford it, buy addiotional weeks, like a shot!

communication on progress of sale the first offer was poor as they did not notify of collapseof sale, but once we spoke about disposing back to time share company a new sale was agreed within 24 hrs and concluded successfully.

They worked hard to secure me a sale of my Marriott timeshare week at a realistic price, the kept in touch regularly, and handled the admin without any hassle.

The first point of contact was Tom Wallington who was very courteous and professional. This was carried through right up to, and including, when the purchase was completed which went through very smoothly and without a hitch and was well within the time limit given. We would have no qualms in recommending Worldwide Timeshare Hypermarket to our family and friends.

I can only commend the service at every stage from my first enquiry to the payment arriving quicker than expected. The sales staff knew the environment and their advice was well founded and managed my expectations. The particular sales man was in regular touch with me having identified a potential customer.

Initial dealings with the WTH sales team left me with the impression that I was being ripped off, having initially been advised that I would be unlikely to get anything for my 2 weeks timeshare and unltimately agreeing on nearly £3K. Overall impression was that I was dealing with timeshare sales staff, which in reality I suppose I was.

Once the offer was agreed things appeared to go smoothly, although there was minimal contact from WTH, between the contract had been sent off and the cheque being received 90 days later. It would have been nice to have received confirmation that everything was progressing on schedule, but overall the contracts team dealt with the sale in a very professional manner.

I dealt with Mr Minton throughout the whole process. I always found any questions I had where dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Never at any time was I ever pressurised with the sale, unlike the team at the Marriott Resort Spain who behaved with very little compassion or finesse when dealing with potential buyers, and inflated prices......does any one buy from these people?

Very disappointed after having my timeshare for sale with you for over two years I had no offers, even though I reduced it to a rock bottom price. In the end I gave it away to you out of there frustration.

Tom has always done his best to find us the exact apartment in the right week to fulfil our requirements. The purchases haves always ran smoothly and without delay. We went back to Worldwide for a 2nd purchase after a few years because we were so happy with our original deal.

Persistence from Paul pardy/ messaging and phone calls resulting in our purchase of 2 weeks at four seasons Quinta do Lago .
He identified a good location based on the information we provided him with.
Paperwork initially swift, however the final

issuing of certificates took longer than expected

We purchased a week at the Royal savoy in Madeira, initially we were going to purchase two weeks but circumstances forced us to cancel & as withing the 14 days we received a full refund, we then contacted Nathan who was helping us and asked if he could find us one week on a high floor he was excellent and found a unit on the fifth floor at a good price, Zoe in contracts kept us informed of progress throughout. I would have no hessitation inusing this company again, they are totally trustworthy and very efficient.

After the first sale fell through very late in the day, the second sale was dealt with efficiently. I was surprised how quickly the transaction was completed.
