I ordered tires for my truck as they were the last four they had in stock. The company allowed me to select a different shipping address than my billing address, but four days after placing the order they cancelled it since they refuse to deliver it to a house that's different than the billing address. I just moved and haven't gotten everything switched over, but why does it matter to them if my billing address doesn't match? They are still getting paid and they aren't my bank. I'll never buy tires from them again.

On Jul 20. AFTER ordering, having zero mention of stock or anything, I get this email:
One or more of the items you ordered had to be ordered from the manufacturer. In most cases we will receive the items within 7-10 business days. For more information, please call us at 1-888 394-9292.

^^ seriously? thanks for mentioning that on the website. After waiting 10 days, I ordered from a competitor for $40 more and had them in 3 days. I figured I'd wait and keep these as spares, but after 11 MORE days and no word of them even shipping, I emailed and called to cancel.

Silver lining: cancelling was a no fuss, easy process. Ordering was easy, cancelling was easy, now if actually getting anything FROM them was easy, this would be a great place to get tires from.

I placed my first order with tiresdirect.net on 03/05/2012 at about 9:00 a.m. I had a set of Continental CrossContact LX20 tires for the girlfriend's 2010 Explorer (235/65/18) by the following afternoon (Greenwood, IN). Fantastic tires in every way. I was reluctant to replace the very nice factory Michelins with Continentals only because I had no prior experience with the brand. From extensive research, I felt the LX20 tires were currently offering the best techology/performance available. I have little doubt we made the right decision. We had a very pleasant experience. If she gets even 50k out of these tires--which should only take her about 24 months--there's little doubt we'll be back for another set of the same.

Order (4) Toyo tires online Monday for my truck, because local Les Schwab was too expensive. Next, I needed a place to install them, which Tires Direct.net dropped ship them right to local Aegean tire center, Free shipping and they arrived today, Thursday that was fast . Great experience with TiresDirect.net ,my online buying experience was painless and well worth not going back to Les Schwab.Looking for tires check them out.
