I have been a customer of tonerrefillkits.com for about ten years and I am very satisfied both with the products and with the service.

For several years now, Toner Refill Kits has been providing me high quality toner at very low cost. I'm very happy with the resulting print quality from my two HP and two Canon printers. Toner Refill Kits has saved me almost $2,000 thus far! It's EZ, fast and very neat now that I use an empty paper grocery bag to collect the un-used toner emptied from the cartridge waste bin. I also form a tiny melted plastic blob that's used as a retainer for the reset chip. Their inexpensive tool kit has everything I've ever needed. I'm 100% satisfied.

I am not a "review writer," but this was easiest review to write. One expects the products to work and be priced competitively. For me, the "gold standard" is the customer service and responsiveness. If there was a "10 stars out of 5" rating, that's what they deserve. Will continue to shop with them for that reason alone.

Hello I purchased this order on 3rd October but I still have not received it - usually US mail is quick to reach Australia (only a few days) so I feel it is worth following up as I still am unable to use my printer all this time,

Toner has not arrived but based on past experience it has been tied up by Canada Customs but will arrive long before I need it as good as new ones (I got lazy and ordered 2 complete cartridges)

I received refills two years ago, then my Samsung printer died. Samsung refused to honour their warranty, so I bought an HP. TonerRefillKits.com exchanged my old, unusable toner for the toner required, no questions asked. Few companies have this quality of service and I am doing my best to run my company to the same high standard. I get all my Ink and Toner from TonerRefillKits and any issues I have ever had (two tiny ones) have been dealt with with speed and urgency. If someone told me "You are just like TonerRefillKits", I would be so proud of my crew, my office, and all of their efforts. I have ordered from TonerRefillkits twice now and both times received excellant service. I made an error on my second order and by cross referencing it with my first order, they caught it, contacted me and corrected it. I still received the shipment on the 3rd day!
The kits with instructions make it fool proof to refill my Brother Laser printer. It takes me about 5 minutes to complete. The copies I get are perfect - every bit as good as the first one printed.
As long as I own a laser printer, I'll be customer.
