I have been doing business with Unique for years. They are a "true" photo shop.
People there still respect the Craft, and Skill of actual film photography.

I paid extra for next day delivery. Not only it took a few days for them to actually process my order (already bad enough), the package was sent with the necessity of having a signature for delivery, with no prior information about it.

I work on business hours, and I live alone, so there’s no one to sign. This caused the delivery to be further delayed, which caused the fact that I couldn’t give it as a gift to my father on his birthday.

Very disappointing. I still don’t have the lens, btw...

I needed a battery to replace illegal mercury battery used in older cameras. Unique had the Wein MRB625 1.35V Zinc-Air that was recommended for my Leicaflex SL.

It arrived today, Monday February 12th 2018. It arrived in tact and I immediately put especially old photographs inside the pockets so that they will be protected for a long time. Some of theses photos date back to the late 1800s and early 1900s. I want to keep them nice for posterity. I will definitely be ordering some more as I go along in collecting old photos. Thank you so much!

I recently bought a brand new Nikon Nikkor 35mm ZS F/1.8 lens from Unique Photo from one of their Ebay listings. The sent me my new lens in a box with no cushioning to protect my purchase. When I left negative feedback on their Ebay seller rating, they violated Ebay rules and tried to leave me negative feedback as a buyer. This is how this company treats it's customers. Do business with these folks at your own peril because they trade in revenge.

I had preordered the Nikon D850 with a 4-6 week wait elsewhere. After some research, Unique Photo was one of the only places with the D850 in stock. They overnighted it the next day! Excellent customer service.

I ordered a used 35mm Nikon prime lens in "good" condition and was expecting something slightly beat up but functional.
What I got was a lens in almost new condition. Made a few test shots in low light and am generally pleased. Have not tested autofocus accuracy yet...

Item came well packed. Double boxed with lens in many layers of bubble wrap to keep it from shifting inside the inner box. Not quite as nice as OEM packaging, but more than sufficient to protect the lens from shipping damage.

This won't be my last order from Unique Photo!

I ordered and paid for ten rolls of 120 film, recieved seven with no explanation as to why only seven rolls. I sent a message asking for help (send three more rolls or refund the difference) but haven't gotten a response after nearly 3 full days.
This isn't the first time I've had issues with Unique. They cancelled a $500.00 order of film, then raised the price by $200.00, refusing to fulfill the order unless I paid the new price.

12 days after placing the order, I called to ask why the two items had not shipped, I was told they were out of stock and it would be two more weeks, maybe, before I might get them delivered. I cancelled the order but now 12 hours later they have not yet reimbursed the money they so readily charged me. Anywhere else would have listed the items as OUT OF STOCK or at least sent an email to indicate why the order was not being filled. The online experience here needs some serious improvement
