The inserts are just awful, increased my foot pain to the point I took them out and put back in my $20 Amazon inserts.

These really work! The first time I used them for a run didn’t really notice if they helped. The next morning is when I knew they were legit. Usually, I would have pain throughout my lower joints, knees, hips, ankles & feet. That pain was gone... awesome product!!

Customer service is very good and the insoles themselves seem to be very well made and of good-quality materials. Unfortunately, these insoles created a new foot problem and pain for me, so I have had to stop using them. I was hoping that these insoles would help to protect my first toe joint (arthritis), which they seem to do, but at the expense of some significant pain and issues elsewhere. Unfortunately, these insoles do not seem to work for me personally - an expensive bummer.

Due to the Covid 19 my son has not been able to try them out in competition or practices. He play's Goalkeeper for his Premier League Soccer team as well as his High School team. The spring season is on hold. When they arrived, he made a video outside of his vertical leap to touch the roof. He did it without them, and then with them in his soccer cleats. There was about an inch difference. He came in with a smile on his face.

VKTRY gave instructions on how break in but, however they insoles never truly broke in and cause pain in both my knees and hips.

I just received my second pair of VKTRY performance insoles. I consider them my “secret weapon,” in my weekend warrior sport of platform tennis! With them, I get explosive reactions from the baseline to the net, and I don’t tire as fast. Outstanding product, great e-commerce site, and terrific customer service! Keep it up!

I have plantar fasciitis , and my heels hurt if I don't wear my orthodics, but now Team VKTRY has even a better product, and my heels feel better than ever, and I enjoy the feel very much ;)

I have mild bursitis in both heels of my feet. I bought VK's not for athletic performance but because they give me great arch support and enough heel cushioning that I don't notice any pain when I'm wearing them. They do add a "spring" to my steps, too, so I can see how an avid jogger or anyone that uses them in athletic activities will benefit.

My son received the insoles for basketball and after wearing for a few practices, he wore in two games and they were so chewed up he didn't want to wear them again because they started to hurt his feet.
