I ordered from you last week and received my delivery in a timely manner which was good. My only 2 issues is that I had paid for my deck to be professionally grip tape which cost me $3.00US and it came back it with air pockets all over the deck which pissed me off so bad that I ripped it off the deck and went to my local skate shop and had to re-grip it myself. Also my order did not come in full. Whomever packed it up forgot my risers!!!! I also had to go to my local skate shop and pick those up too! Would I order from you guys again?? Depends on how you guys fix this problem.

came very soon good quality im using the hardware on my 8 ply madrid nessie topount with caliber 50s they look sweet I thought I was gunna need some 1 1/8" hardware but 1 in is perfect. most other skate shops don't sell colored hardware like muirskate or daddies.

I don’t write many reviews, however I felt it was necessary for me to write this one. We hear a lot about bad customer service, poor products, disappointments overall.

Not with Warehouse Skateboards.

I sat down with my 9 year old. He wanted a custom skateboard for his 9th birthday. Now being a skater myself back in the mid 80’s I know a few things and have had some quite expensive boards. Having been out of the skateboard world for many decades, I researched and came across Warehouse Skateboards. After some quick reviews of them and a few others…. my gut told me to go with them. My son and I sat down and we used the online tools to help find the right board size and type for his skill sets and had them build the exact custom skateboard he wanted. Great website and tools, easy to navigate, easy to order. The skateboard arrived within a few days and it was exactly as we ordered and well boxed to make sure no damage during shipping. My son has been on it every day for hours at a time.

On 7-16-15, my son came in and told me his board was not rolling correctly. Upon examination I found that the bearings had failed. Now this does happen. No biggy. I called up on 7-16-15, I spoke with a rep about my current situation. The rep, pulled up my order and immediately offered a replacement set of bearings. He apologized and did explain this can occur. Again, I know that. Now I was originally just asking for help to buy a replacement set or bearings. Well, before I could say anything, the rep offered to send out a replacement set at no costs. Not only did they step up to help me, but he upgraded the bearings and put a rush on getting us the replacement parts. Oh, not to mention, they did it at their expense!

I work with a ton of Fortune clients and customer service is key to supporting my clients. Warehouse Skateboards has Great Customer Service, great products at very competitive price points. I don’t endorse many companies, but when I do, I feel it’s necessary to spread the word. I would highly recommend Warehouse Skateboards to anyone. They have earned us as a customer for life!

I picked 1-6 day shipping, its been 8 days my order is still not here. They don't care about there customers. I will never be ordering from here again.

At first, I only gave 3 stars because I’m local and was annoyed I had to pay shipping with no option to pick it up for free. I received a call shortly after and he apologized and wanted to assure me that it could be picked up and he’d refund the shipping. After some laughs and great conversation, I left there happier than I’ve been all day...with my new board in tow:) thanks so much Brad! Wish I could give you guys 100 stars!!!!

I ordered my board and it was here within a week. Excellent delivery time.

I ordered a couple of weeks back. A few days later, they emailed me that my order was cancelled, due to inaccurate information entered. I tried to contact them via email, but all I got for my past 3-4 emails were automated reply emails from their customer service, saying that a representative will get back to me in the next 24 hours.

The skateboard I ordered was a birthday present for my brother who turned 50. He said it was the best present anyone could have bought him!

I ordered a custom board and they had it shipped here to Texas within 4 days. High Quality Set Up for a very reasonable price. I will definitely use this place in the future.

I ordered some items for my son's school project on 3rd Sept.
Received an order confirmation dated 6th Sept, which I received on 7th Sept. Contacted Warehouse Skateboards on 17th Sept to check on status of order; no reply at all.
Contacted WS again on 26th Sept; again, no response or reply.
Fill out the "Contact Us" on their website at the beginning of this week, and (no surprise) they didn't acknowledge or reply to my query.
Poor
I've now contacted HSBC to investigate and they'll be contacting Warehouse Skateboards.
Upset child. He spent USD45 of his own pocket money on this USD75 purchase.
Won't ever be ordering from this website again. Ever.
