Due to my busy schedule, I was looking for a company that can provide comprehensive solutions for my web designing, logo designing, and online marketing needs. At first, I was not sure that Web Marketing Guru will deliver my project on time and as per my specifications. But these guys amazed me! They did fantastic work for my new website, logo as well as a digital marketing plan. I feel bad to have underestimated them. Looks like honest and transparent business practices are still in fashion!

I received Terrible service from Web Marketing Guru, do your research on this company first before paying them. I ordered a logo and website design in total paying $880. I started with the logo design and the 5 designs they provided were so far off brief it was ridiculous! After many many re designs I decided that the way it was going was not what I envisioned so decided to go for a logo with an icon instead. They advised that would require a specific designer to do and therefore I had to pay a further $180. What I received back I can only say looked like a 5 year old had done! It really was SO bad!!! After many many many more back and forth on the annoying message site the design was just still so bad that I ended up going else where for my logo. The website design was pretty similar in that the demo provided was very basic. Again looked like something I could have done myself a million times better! There is no way it was professionals doing it as there was the most basic of errors! They struggle to understand instruction. Up sell on as much as they can! They tried to tell me half way through the design that I had to pay a further $350 just to make the website secure. They also tried to up sell on site optimization and told me that if I wanted any types of dashboards to manage the site I would need to pay further! Thank god I never agreed to ANY of them! They call from a number that looks like Melbourne however are definitely not based there! They are impossible to get hold of and have literally taken MONTHS to get to a point where I have no logo from them and no website! Today I logged on to check my demo and found that my whole thing has been cancelled with no communication what so ever! Im guessing I will never see the $880 again! Everyone knows running a business without a website is risky in the present time. I had a website but it looked dull and did nothing good for my business. I'm just a small plumber and decided I needed a website for my business so I searched online and found Web Marketing Guru. Their price was nice and cheap and fit my budget so I had contacted them. At the start they seemed all nice and helpful but when they sent the 1st round design I told them it was not what I had asked for in the brief. They sent through another design which was not close. 7 rounds later they were still sending through designs that look like a copy and paste of a template. When I requested a refund that it has taken 2 weeks and no design approved yet this is when they started to get nasty. They stopped by business email from working even though this was a separate payment. They then threatened to blacklist my business and write bad reviews online so I reported them to the police. I tried to visit their office but it appears it is not a real office so I could not face them face to face, most likely overseas. Please don't ever use this company. Big rip off !!!! They can leave your website high and dry. I have wasted my time and money. They get there job done in Gujarat India and false claim to be doing things local in Melbourne. The sales guy will comes along with his Boss to do the big talks. When they have your money they are gone and you are at his mercy. Try contacting boss many times via phone and WhatsApp for help ?? later found the boss had blocked me!!! No one knows who is doing what !!! today you talk to one person... next day he or she has quit and you will end up with someone else and this story goes on !! When you sign up with them for a website, they will do everything to slow your website as much as possible so that you stay with them for SEO related job with no choice. I an now on the stage of seeking refund or going legal.

I Started designing with web marketing guru about a year ago, till this day they still refuse to give me a refund and that they insist on me paying more money for the website to "fill in contents" which cost me $495. They mentioned they custom design their websites but they actually use a template as the design is exactly the same as many of their other websites on their website which is misleading. Web marketing guru claim to be located in Australia but when I try and visit their office it does not exist. I am worried now as they have my credit card details. I would stay well clear away from webmarketingguru.com.au
