I have been a loyal customer of Willoughby for over 17 years. The team is always welcoming, very honest and extremely knowledgeable! I find all genuine camera stock under one roof so peace of mind on that one! After sale always matters and they have always been committed to that. Buy and learn the ropes with absolute confidence!

I got my order today. They were very professional to me throughout the process. The product was also nice as stated. The candies sent with the order and the gentle message are very subtle.The parcel was well wrapped arrived very promptly the camera lens and winder all were in fine condition and complete with battery’s and a UV lens filter. Thanks for everything guys!

I had a problem with an internet order placed via Amazon, where the wrong size of photo paper was sent. I found Willoughby shopping experience extremely smooth and abandoned my Amazon cart. A quick phone call to Willoughby staff and the correct size was sent for next day delivery, plus a discount on an additional paper order.

Willoughby is a homegrown US independent photographic retailer with years of skin in the game. They stock a huge range of camera and video equipment, whether you're looking for digital cameras, tripods, camera lenses, bags and cases. Since I started my photography career, I've always pinned my confidence on their cameras, or accessories as they emanate from all the biggest brands and names in the industry.

Knowledgeable staff and very helpful, bought a Nikon camera and they tried out my older Nikon lenses to make sure all worked well. Very pleased with my purchase and at a competitive price. Ten out of ten, would definitely go back and recommend.

As an amateur wanna-be hobby photographer, Willoughby's is near and dear to my heart. The staff is more than willing to help and they are never annoyed by my stupid questions. They have been honest and have helped me make wise decisions when purchasing gear. In several situations, they have not had certain items that I was searching for in stock which was frustrating. However, if it was an item they couldn't get and felt that I needed it, they graciously told me where to get it, despite not being from them. As I continue to hone my photography skills, I'm glad that I have Willoughby's in my backyard as a trusted resource.

Symbolic of small startups with the American DNA born in the wake of the Industrial Revolution in the US. It's a small store, yet they have always had what I was looking for in stock. One time the assistant spent 20 minutes on the phone to sony go check some cash back promotion for me. He was very dedicated to customer service

I recently got back from my trip and printed the photos. WOW. This camera was a great purchase and does not compare to phone camera. SO glad I switched over.

When I visited NYC last month I visited their storefront (having heard it's one of the oldest and most iconic camera stores). Since I'm a photographer I am always looking for new products or accessories. They told me about their website since I didn't want to travel back with too much luggage. I called the number on the site and spoke to someone that was very helpful. I am very pleased with my experience here and the prices I paid. Definitely some of the most competitive in the business. I will be back

I have shopped at Willoughby over 25 years and have always had excellent service. Their people always go above and beyond with personal service and competitive prices. They went the extra mile to render me with equipment that matched up to my demands. All employees have been friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming and excellent customer service. I didn't catch his name, but the guy who handled my order was super helpful. I needed a gift but I'd a nodding acquaintance of the camera world He walked me through accessories and told me what was what. He also helped me stay in budget. Good service all around.

I usually don't provide feedback but this time, I really had an incredible experience with Willoughby. Not first time customer. They are really responding fast, patient, and help me on tracking my parcel. Very honest on prices and promotions. Really think from customer perspective. I am very glad that I bought my camera here and will continue to do so in future. Highlight recommended.

I'd a pre-owned Nikon that they factory restored to its original standards and now it works like modern supercomputer w/fast-processing and sharp imagery. Kudos Willoughby!
