bom, poderia melhorar ainda mais, mais opções pra compras, formas de pagamentos e principalmente para as formas de envios de produtos, na minha opinião demora muito, alguns produtos saem até do próprio brasil. mas o aplicativo é bom.

Wish è un sito di ecommerce molto simile ad amazon, ma la cui peculiarità è vendere prodotti - ovviamente quasi tutti cinesi - a prezzi molto convenienti. Almeno sulla carta. Facendo l'esempio della telefonia, non è difficile imbattersi in telefoni "Hauwei, Sansung, Xiaoni, ecc.", che ovviamente altro non sono che copie (ma con specifiche hardware molto inferiori) di telefoni Huawei, Samsung, Xiaomi e via dicendo. Addirittura vi sono pure telefoni con fotocamera "Leika" anzichè Leica! Quindi bisogna stare molto attenti a non farsi trarre in inganno, anche perchè una volta acquistato un telefono di questo genere, è ovvio che vi siano problemi gravi di garanzia, poichè semplicemente non esistono centri assistenza Sansung, Xiaoni, Hauwei, ecc.! Quindi in fin dei conti non si è assolutamente tutelati sotto questo punto di vista. Ma cosa ancor più grave, poichè riguarda la salute, è che sui telefoni in catalogo non è assolutamente specificato il SAR, dunque è impossibile poter sapere quante radiazioni emetta un dato telefono. Insomma, probabilmente wish va bene fintanto che si voglia acquistare qualche smartphone da usare come telefono di riserva, sempre sperando che non si verifichino problemi come quelli sopra descritti. Ah, un'ultima cosa: anche se il prezzo dei telefoni è molto basso, le spese di spedizione, dalla Cina, sono invece assai salate.

I purchased a coffee tent that after taxes and delivery was nearly $100. I made the mistake of waiting over 30 days to install it and when I did the product was one complete piece of junk. (Imagine the seconds department from a Chinese vendor who has been smoking too much opium) They have failed to refund my money or exchange the item because it is outside their 30 day window. The product lasted exactly two days after installation before it destroyed itself with water that would not drain off. No wind, properly installed/tied down. The cheap bolts flew apart under the stress of 1/4" of rain.

I thought it would be a good idea to have my items delivered to local store. What a MISTAKE! Apparently when Wish came up with pick up time frame they didn't take Covid into mind. Items arrived went to pick up after 14 day quarantine just to find out items were returned and I got a partial credit so they said. This was in January, Monday will be March 1st and still no refund. Never trust low prices because you wind up paying somehow!

Normally I would not shop on Wish as the advertised price is generally incorrect spin doctoring is normal, I finally found some super special item I would really enjoy the $1.00 special style, Wow I thought. So I Ordered 3 different items only to receive refund emails the following day. First they take the money confirm the purchase then oh no we don't have any... then they take the money in 5 minutes but 14 days for a refund. This site is just Dodgey. My recommendation is shop elsewhere

Wish is the worst company ever with zero customer service. There's no way they can compete with Amazon. I bought something in May which was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks later. They kept changing the delivery window and now the delivery date is sometimes in September. Who waits 4 to 5 months for a delivery? If I knew their items are coming from China and takes ridiculously this long, I would have never shopped there.

Is shocking some of the people in Customer service are very rude and should be sacked also I purchased quite a bit off wish but two combined should have been here on the 13th December but I don't think it left China at all but Wish are too lazy to look into this it is not the first time their attitude sucks you wonder who runs this Wish Company because too many complaints

I ordered a water filter on Wish and they quickly gave me a tracking number - I could not tell what delivery company it was - It turned out that they took my money and their customer service is run by a bunch of untrained, dead men, and women. Worse company doing business in the USA. Money spent on WiSH should be seen as money lost, but if you receive a product - Go to your church and give a testimony. It's a fraudulent site. I give it a zero star

I ordered 10 plant holders for my balcony. The order confirmation states 10 pieces but they sent me 1 tiny pot which I paid £9 for. I have contacted customer service & they say this is what I ordered however my order confirms 10. You can't go back into previous orders & they will only refund if I pay for the return postage. Misleading, over priced, shocking customer service... avoid!

Be very careful about the item you see, it could be just the picture of item instead of real item, the damage or return item under "part" category which just crap. Shipping cost is another trap that cost you to pay more than what you think. No room to redirect the shipping or cancel, once order place don't expect you got help. Lots of items are shipped by poor package protection, delayed, and not qualified per use specifications. The company just crazy about make value sales to go public without care of consumers.

This app will lure you into free gifts when opening account, then freeze your account forcing you to provide confidential ID informations and then wait until free gift countdown is over, and then open your account to buy the very same item you chose, in full price! The customer support guys couldn't care less as they've got other sources of income from apps like GEEK, MAMA, HOME etc. Do not fall for their false advertisements!

Im tired of these people. I have ordered about 10 things from them. 3 have arrived no problem. 2 arrived vastly different than the description. 1 was broken. And the last has sat in "wishpost order generated" since april 17th. Two full months. They continue to change the delivery date and refuse to cancel or refund. They only send scripted replies. Don't waste your time or your money.

These people first mention before placing orders that they are delivering in your city. Then they will charge you delivery fee as much as the product itself. When the delivery date comes they will just change the delivery date without any notice and cherry on the top there is no way of contacting them. They are just a scam. Not ordering anything from now on and i suggest please don't waste your money.

I purchased a pair of boots that were advertised at $5 for the first customer. The listing said that if I wasn't the first customer, I would receive a full refund for my item. They charged me $64 plus $12 for shipping. I have contacted WISH support on at least 8 occasions, and they refuse to address my issue. They have sent me at least 8 insulting responses. I want my money refunded as promised in the listing. Be aware of this site. I rate it as a 2 star.

If you buys clothing or shoes makes sure its cheap enough to just donate, you will not get a refund if it doesn't fit. The ONLY way you will recoup your cost is if they send the completely wrong item or you don't receive it at all. I no longer shop there because every article of clothing doesn't fit and the description only loosely matches what you receive in the mail. You'll save money in the long run buying from somewhere else.

Do not recommend. Took ages to arrive. Terrible after sales support. I ordered a item in my normal size which didn't fit. They asked for photo evidence which was sent but they refused to do anything about it. Would offer a swap, a credit or refund - they just said "I understand this issue caused an inconvenience. The store has fulfilled your order correctly based on the variation you have chosen." Useless their customer as it doesn't fit! Don't be tempted to use them.

I order a mason shirt awhile back all together a paid $12 that's shipping included, I wanted also a month for my package I know sometimes it takes longer, so check the status and I say it was on his way in post arrive by certain date never did kept asking about it kept getting the same thing the runaround never did get my money back or nothing no one contact me no email or nothing I just got ripped off for $12 I wouldn't buy nothing else from wish.

I ordered a jump suit, being cautious I ordered 2 sizes bigger than what I am. Garment arrived -it was far too small. I got in touch with wish, explained everything to no avail. I have been emailing them for over 9 months (great customer service NOT. I ask them for full refund or Credit note or Exchange All to no avail. Now they send me round in circles. I still have a brand new garment that is useless. BEWARE Still no resolvement.
