I created a report of Overdue and Due Today tasks, this is basically my To Do list for the day. Also the option to add dependencies is great, but just updating a date, I can inform the stakeholders of new End Date and even run scenarios. I also like Mass Edits and be able to share one task in different projects and save time. I would like to see an option to duplicate several tasks at the same time, not going one by one. Also, not sure why, but the dependencies not always give me the same options of Finish to Start, etc., only like Finish to Finish or Start to Start which doesn't help. And yes, I keep recommending Wrike to all my colleagues, I've actually trained several of them and they are using it and loving it.

Our Marketing team has been using Wrike for about 9 months. We find it easy to learn and navigate. We have full visibility into our project. Wrike allows full transparency across our supporting teams and to upper management. We especially like the REPORTING feature - we love our reports. I've been using Wrike since 2014 when I ran my own business. Since then I've brought it to 3 companies who have now adopted it. I can't imagine how we would manage our day to day tasks without it. For the past two years I have been building a new program from the ground up within my company, as well as executing a large majority of the tasks and initiatives that get defined. Within a week of beginning this journey I quickly realized that I would never be able to manage everything using Excel, yet I didn't want to depart from the familiar and trusted way it helped me organize and manage my workload. After researching and trying well over 25 solutions I discovered Wrike and knew almost instantly that it was the solution I was looking for. It's overall ease of use, flexible organization, reminders, anywhere accessibility, collaboration tools filled in all of the spaces that were missing in Excel, yet still offered a similar table structure as one of the core editing and viewing options... absolutely perfect! As dramatic as it might sound, I cannot image what my work world without Wrike would be, I will be a user for the rest of my life!

First of all, I started receiving way less emails every day because the communication and task flow of all the projects goes so naturally within the Wrike App, so that made me super happy. Also, having everything in a dashboard and visibly there for me to work on is a huge help. Lastly how user friendly and fast the app is, having worked with in-house PM tools and MS Project before, once you use Wrike it's hard to go back.

I discovered Wrike in 2012 when I first transitioned into project management and it has been a tool I have brought with me throughout my career. As a creative professional leveraging agile, particularly SCRUM, project management, it is vitally important to me to have a tool that allows us to execute on the principles of agile. What Wrike allows me to do for my department is already (after only five weeks here) something my C-Level executives are looking to expand across the entire enterprise because it simply is the best PM tool that provides solutions for any department, team or company - no matter the industry. And last but not least, Wrike runs on Wrike and it is evident in their incredible capacity to provide stellar customer service throughout the entire customer journey. I have been a user/administrator of Wrike for about 5 years and have been very pleased with the program. This program has all the functionalities you need for project management and then some. Wrike is always continuing to improve their product by listening to their clients. I have submitted several request for improved functionality that would help me work more efficiently and have seen these requests implemented. I would definitely recommend Wrike to anyone that needs a PM software package to keep multi-project on track.

I have been using Wrike for more than 3 years now. It's a great tool we use for Task and Project tracking. Wrike enables us to track time spent on tasks and create reports around it. Our company has used Wrike for three years. It is used by our I.T. department for tracking our project work as well as our I.T. service tasks. Wrike is highly flexible. It allows you to structure your projects and tasks in a way that help keep your team (and you) moving. Wrike is a powerful project management system. Their support team is fabulous, they provide a clear set of getting started videos, a full library of brief videos for learning the features in more detail and they also have a support team that as always gone above and beyond, not only answering your questions but offering suggestions and best practices that allow you to get the full benefit from Wrike. I also have (and allow my employees) to keep a separate folder where they can organize all their life's tasks. I personally use a GTD (Getting Things Done) philosophy and Wrike matches well allowing me to organize and keep on top of my heavy task load. Wrike provides a good set of social tools to enhance your teams ability to work together and it integrates well with Google Apps and also provides tools for working with MS Office documents. In addition Wrike works well in your browser but also has Android and IOS app to make it easy to use on any device. These tools allow you to use Wrike throughout the day in a fluid and easy manner to keep you on top of your tasks. I highly recommend Wrike as a project management (and personal organizational) tool.

Before I found Wrike I struggled and wasted numerous hours on Microsoft Project. Moving to Wrike has been a freeing experience. I dare you to just give it a try for two or three projects from start to finish. Then compare the time you spent preparing and managing to before Wrike. I also challenge you to use Wrike in a custom way and test the Wrike engineers. They are awesome!
