I've always been very happy with the attention to detail xpressed when it comes to supplying top quality products. There have been quite a few moments recently where the products have not been in stock or easy cut looks available but then the page doesn't work. The same goes for Paint. Have you discontined this stock? If so, probs to take them off the list. Xpres got me excited about this industry and i will alwsy be indebted to you

I have used XPres for a number of years due to the quality of their products. They are not always the cheapest but you really do get what you pay for. If you require a reliable product, Garment Flex in this case, that works first time and produced excellent results then I would HIGHLY recommend Xpres.

Products - very happy with quality Delivery time - Excellent Customer Service - Not so good (in fact I considered going elsewhere but decided against it for the first two reasons) At the Printwear & Promotion Event at the start of 2018 I raised a technical query regarding printing. One of your staff took my email address and telephone number and said someone would be in touch - nobody did. Last month I raised a support request regarding blurring on printed mugs, provided a comprehensive description and photos - got a ticket number and a message to say support staff would contact me in due course - again nobody did. I appreciate that I am probably not considered a key customer and still finding my feet in terms of technical ability, however I do spend with you and am left more than a little disappointed in this lack of respect/consideration.

Ordered a 220ml SS21 White cartridge for our CJV150 which should have a 6 Month shalf life but was sent one with a short 3 month expiry date of 18 Jan 19. After numerous phone calls back and forth we were informed that Hybrid the supplier said this was ok and that all their White inks had a 3 month shelf life. This is totally incorrect given that i have today sourced a full set of SS21 inks from another supplier and their White Inks have a full 6 Months shelf life as they should be. This is the second similar occurrence from Xpres, the first occasion they sent me a White that was actually out of date on arrival although it's replacement also had a short shelf life. Unacceptable Xpres !!!

We've been using Xpres for many years for a constant supply of our sublimation products, with an account manager supplied making sure that everything is supplied in a professional manner. Xpres have been fantastic, and really makes us as a company feel better ordering from a company that we 100% trust. Order sometimes by 5pm, and it is with us at our business the very next morning. Keep up the great work Xpres.
