I was looking to re-order some tags and that day I received an e-mail with a photo of the tag and a "One Button" to place the order. 2 days later I was able to get the order placed. great idea, but one button didn't work. When I went into my account, it didn't show I had past orders. Had to call to get quote and reorder.

The shipping calculator on your site said I would get a discounted 3 day shipping rate because my order qualified for free shipping. But when I checked out this discounted rate did not appear. I was typing info on your chat site when it closed the session because it had been idle too long! Only supposed to type for 2 seconds, I guess, never mind typing whole sentences. Not a good experience.

Only problem was when I tried to add two more tags to my existing 15 tag order, your system showed it as two separate orders in my shopping card, which caused a small increase in price,.

I am a landlord, so I deal with a lot of keys. I need good tags to keep them sorted out. The paper ones wear out fast. The plastic ones you can't write on, it wears off. The ones with the enclosed slip of paper to write on, I can't figure out how to get that little piece of paper out with destroying it. These pre-printed tags are perfect.

I wanted nice tags for Christmas stockings. These are perfect! Order process was a little cumbersome but manageable.

I looked all over for your website after I ordered tags from you several years ago. I'm glad I found you, because your product and easy ordering format made it simple to get some additional tags for family members. I still have the original tags I ordered from you and they are are still working great for my farm equipement.
