Over the past year I've purchased a number of drives from YobiTech. They are kind and professional and they have the equipment needed at a very fair price. Order fulfillment is fast and accurate. I've never had to send anything back or correct any order. Two BIG thumbs up!!

Always satisfied in the past. I needed to replace a dead drive ASAP. Even though I placed my order past the next day shipping cut-off time, they still got it out and I received it next day. Couldn't be happier.

Prices are good, but the site layout could use some work. Specifically it it leaves the "login/register" link when you log in. That should be replaced with something like "account information"

I ORDERED A 3.5 INCH HARD DRIVE AND WHAT I RECEIVED WAS A 2.5 IN A 3.5 CAGE. IF I HAD WANTED THAT I WOULD HAVE ORDERED THE SMALLER DRIVE TO BEGIN WITH. NOW I AM CONCERNED IT IS NOT THE ONE I NEED FOR THE POWER EDGE SERVER I HAVE .... I WILL NEED TO CONTACT SOMEONE THERE TO VERIFY !!

Placing this order was painful. First it did not like my Shipping address; then it was painful to back-up and update it; then my credit card info disappeared; had to keep refreshing to get that form to fill in. Very tedious and erratic.

I've been with Yob for at least 8 years. Great help, great products, honorable vendor - they accepted an exchange for a rogue HD 2 years after the purchase as their warranty covers 3 years. Great help in the past 8 years as the lady respond to my emails almost immediately. Something wrong with this time though but again it's the first time and I figured out the answer. When I need a server hard drive, I need the right one, and I need to know that it will get here when promised. I've purchased several from Yobitech, and they have always had the *exact* drive I need, and they've never let me down on the next-day air delivery that is so critical. Although pricing is not the most important aspect of my decision, it's of course important. I find YobiTech to be right about the middle of the pack. So, reasonable prices, the huge selection of in-stock drives, and reliability keep this vendor at the top of my list.

It's been 3 days since i ordered and I have heard NOTHING! They took the money from my account immediately and I have already received a survey asking about my experience yet i have nothing to say as i have never spoken to anyone. Furthermore, everything i read leads me to believe that i will receive "highly used" hard drives in place of the new ones that i expect after spending over $600.00. Now that i want to cancel my order I'm not even allowed to do that as it is still stuck on "Processing" Very disconserting

very easy to use and reset my password worked quickly. The only thing I do not like it does not mention that other charges will be required to pay when the item is delivered in our side. I had to pay CAD 40 for clearance. That is too much.

Liked the simplistic web page that gave you what info you need and thats all no fluff and and actually gave compatibility! SO follow up, I have received the drive and it was new and worked flawlessly. I will be no longer getting any of my drives from Dell unless they are under warranty otherwise yobitech is getting all my orders which just yesterday I had another drive overnighted which is now in another server and I could not be happier!!

I've used yobitech many times, they have always done an amazing job. I always get the right thing, that is fully compatible with my Dell servers at a fraction of the cost of a brand new drive from Dell!

Yobitech is a straightforward company. I onyl wish it were easier to distinguish the details when several possible hard drive models are available for my Dell server and they all look nearly identical.

I have been using Yobitech for years at this point and am extremely satisfied with their service. They always have the parts I need in stock (primarily replacement hard drives for servers), always ship same day, and I always get the part next day via UPS Ground (from NY to the Greater Phila area). Prices are excellent and the customer service is top notch.

I ordered 5 new 146GB drives and was sent drives with 25K power on hours each.

There are several drive vendors selling drives as new but in fact are used. A tech can test the drives by reading the drive's internal register called S.M.A.R.T.

Yobitech has several drives listed as NEW drives. I called Yobitech to confirm they are indeed testing the drives and are sending new. They confirmed and asked me to put in a note to the tech to re-confirm this - I did.

I received the drives and found 25000+ power on hours each.
I called Yobitech to advise. They initially asked me to email tech support to start the RMA. Time restrained, I asked to get the RMA started over the phone. I also requested NEW replacement drives, tested for 0 or low power on hours - they agreed. They did pay for the return shipping. However I was never sent replacement drives. They simply quietly refunded the money via PayPal - they never notified me.
So my difficulty with this are: 12 days from start to finish, their misrepresentation of the drives' condition and lack of customer service's knowledge of their tech support practices (I was asked to give their tech support a note on how to do their job??!).

Despite Yobitech's good reputation, I saw no efforts on their behalf to earn it.

I have been dealing with a dedicated Yobitech account manager and her team for the past few years.


Support is great.



My request for formal quotations are usually completed same day or even often within the hour.



Wish they had separate GSA pricing on their site, but RFQ pricing is very competitive.



Definitely would recommend because they help streamline the process compared to other vendors


Most recently, we chose 3 Day shipping going to San Diego, but didn't realize it was already after business hours for them in the East Coast.


Yobitech did the courtesy of shipping our order 2 Day service at no extra cost so that we would receive our product in time. Thank you

Excellent seller... I have had two urgent orders in the past from this seller. I spoke with them over the phone both times to confirm that shipping would be done same day. Both times I received exactly the products I was expecting promptly the next morning. Great customer service and very reasonable prices. Will continue to go to them for all of my server hardware needs.

We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
