I placed an order with Zega Apparel just a few weeks ago. I wasn't sure if they could provide the quality that I expected for my clothing brand at first, but thanks to Cody, they always gave me feedback on the production of my tees and hooded sweatshirts. When I received my order, I was extremely happy because everything was exactly as I had wished. I'm delighted to have discovered Zega apparel for my clothing brand.

Zega Apparel has provided my company with quality hoodies and t-shirts since we began our clothing business. They do exceptional work that I can rely on. Screen printing on their t-shirts is bright, clear, and proven to hold up perfectly under tough working conditions with weekly machine washes. Zip up hoodies and screen printed hoodies is made our expectations. They did a great job also our customers are satisfied with us. Thanks to Zega Apparel. I've also tried other screen printers and custom hoodies maker in the past, but from my experiences, Zega Apparel does incredible work.

So yesterday I received my custom made t shirts, So I decided to give a short review about them. The quality of the t shirts are good and the customization which I had to make on them are accurate. Really satisfied.

Literally, the best custom clothing manufacturers with which I have worked. In the past, I have been getting my clothes from many different manufacturers but none of them satisfied me. But when I contacted Zega Apparel and told all my problems, then they convince me that how they have satisfied hundreds of customers in the past. I found Zega Apparel from alibaba.com as I am mostly active there. I was searching for a good clothing manufacturer for my clothing brand that can complete all my needs. I visit Zega Apparel and talked with one of their sales representative Mr.Ahmer. After talking with him I got really convinced to place my order with Zega Apparel. They first shipped me a single sample piece and then when I approved that sample, they move towards the bulk production. I am really satisfied with their process. They were a little bit slow with my order but they were perfect.

Never seen such bad service from a service provider. They took 1 year to ship my INCOMPLETE ORDER. the tops were not completed with no hem on them. I am now stuck with 3 boxes of incomplete products. No one even got back to me to check how my experience was. I called them millions of times and tried to talk about my issues with the customer service rep and the service. They have really low grade service and wasted thousands of dollars on this order .. I CANT EVEN SELL THE ITEMS ARE THEY ARE INCOMPLETE !!! VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE AND PRODUCTS ...

Doing business with this company is the worse financial and business decision of my life.Typically, I don't write reviews on companies but I felt morally obligated to spare people from wasting their hard earned money on Zega Apparel and their associated services. DO NOT BUSINESS WITH ZEGA APPAREL OR ANY OTHER SERVICE THEY PROVIDE. I started working with Zega Apparel late 2018 - early 2019 to build custom designs for a brand that was launching that same year ( which took over a year to deliver). While I did do my research and found a few negative reviews, it wasn't enough to deterred me from doing business with these people. Our initial interaction was very positive, great dialogue, they provided input etc. Anyway, we went back and fourth on the designs construction, fabric ( which was expected) and I was seeing positive action. So as a result, I placed a second order with them and also had them build my website - worse decision!!!! At the time I stressed to the consultant that I couldn't wait a year like the first order, this had to be delivered on time - This individual assured it would be delivered on time ( still haven't receive it) . By now we were well into a year of waiting for my first order, now I was starting to noticed that they were struggling to develop the designs, construction was getting poorer and fabric quality wasn't great. Eventually, we got to a place we were I was giving up and just wanted it to be over- when I eventually got the first order the sizes, were all screwed up - a 3x looked like a small- I was literally in tears because I realized they screwed me out of my last dollar. Also,items that were suppose to fixed weren't fixed etc. On top of that I was dealing with the issues with the construction of the website, the client back end was outdated and very limited ( WIX is actually way better). They couldn't get the website correct or running as needed, so that was another delay on top of the order that I now had to figure out how salvage ( still can't sell it) By this time the relationship was sour and I wanted out - it felt like I was in an abusive relationship. I even express my concerns and unhappiness with the result of the order, the lack of response and no one offered solution. So with my second order, which I still have not received that was placed since last August 2019 - COVID -19 happened and was an excuse ( which understood).I have been trying to reach all the people i worked with to see the status when they will resume or get a refund, so I can get out of this business relationship and none have been responding. I have loss 20k+ with this company and I didn't write half of the mess with this company, so I urge you DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.Don't be fooled by the few positive reviews and how charming these people are. They will rob you blind because they are not skilled or equip to deliver high quality goods. I will be looking into what legal rights/actions, because they have my last order and have not refund or delivered.

I received your t-shirts, cap and printed t-shirt for Skyway Cafe. The printing is excellent!.Thanks for doing such a good job for me! I was very impressed with your mock up and artwork forms showing every detail of my t-shirt order including precise dimensions of not only the shirt but every artwork position. It was great to see it and you even sent it earlier than you said you would. This all puts my mind at ease because you have made everything very clear and easy to understand. So far everything has been done very Professionally so I really appreciate all you are doing!

I received the sweatshirts and the quality is undeniable. You guys did an excellent job. I, as well as my customers are highly impressed! We will definitely be doing more business in the future. Thank you all so much!

Being in contact with Zega Apparel since the last 2 years feels like they are a part of my own company. I have never faced any delays in their work, no errors and on the top of everything, highly affordable rates since my first order. No matter if I order T-Shirts, hoodies, trousers, denim or anything I need considering my clothing store, they have never let me down. Thanks you their services, I never have to think about creating a warehouse because whenever I need my units, they deliver them right on time.

5 days ago, I talked to them for the first time when I found them on Google. 3 days ago we finalized the design, dimensions, fabric and colors of my Company’s T Shirt designs and today I have just received my first sample of 10 shirts. I would really appreciate the quick response by Zega Apparel as well as their coordination. Considering my needs of launching my brand in less than a month, they have literally made it possible for me to make sure that the launch is not delayed. Well, I have just made 3 orders so far of 500 T-Shirts each and I must say that there was not even a single error in my requirements. I really appreciate the professionalism and the customer support I have received. The orders I made were delivered timely as committed and as per the quality. Highly recommended for businesses with large orders as well!

Initially, I ordered a sample of 10 hoodies with my own customization and when I received them, I was surprised at the quality I got.
