Spoke to a representative who helped us by giving honest opinion about the mattress that comes with the sleeper sofa. The only thing that needs improvement is the hold time. I was pleased once the rep came to the phone but the hold time was at least 15 min. Excited to receive out order since we have a little one on the way!

We were thrilled with our experience and highly recommend 1stopbedrooms! We ordered our sectional sofa after much thought into it, and we are not disappointed! 1stopbedrooms exceeded our expectations and delivery was even the evening before it was scheduled, they called in advance and asked if we would accept delivery early, of course we obliged and felt very lucky. The installer/set up team was professional, courteous and kind. Our experience has been nothing short of wonderful! Thank you! We love our new sofa!!

The call rep I had during the verification process was really great. I made a mistake with my billing and shipping addresses. So instead of it going to my ex wife's house who kept all the previous furniture and the house, its going to my house thats empty. Tha k you very much.

The site was super easy to navigate. Very straight forward pricing on merchandise and shipping. Daniel helped me with the shipping. He was very pleasant and polite. Great overall experience. Would highly recommend.

Agent was very helpful and polite and explained the insurance that was better for the recliner that I had purchased. I've been totally satisfied with everything so far. Can only be happier when I'm relaxing in my new chair.

At first glance, 1StopBedrooms was great. Order process was smooth and easy and notifications were pretty good.

But my experience went south fast when something was wrong. For one, both items arrived with tons of damage to the packaging, which I can't blame 1Stop for, but I immediately contact their support email with pictures for the first shipment, and never heard back. Second shipment arrived in same condition except worse. There were large holes in the box and the package of hardware was missing.

Again, while I can't blame 1Stop for the missing hardware, getting a hold of anyone for purchase support was as joke. I waited on hold more than once for at least 30 minutes, then, when using their call back feature, it often took 2+ hours to get a call back. If you're like me, and you have to bouncy between work calls a lot, there's no way I can hang up on someone when 1Stop calls me back 3 hours later. And BTW, when their IVR says you won't lose your place in line for a call back, that can't possibly be true. You can't tell me you have customers that wait on hold for 3+ hours. Seems like you need more folks in your call center.

Then, trying to get a hold of them via email was also a joke, it could take 2+ days to hear back, if I did at all. Their supplier finally sent me a package of hardware after an additional 2 weeks, but they screwed up again, and sent me hardware for one chair when the purchase was for pairs. So then, I have to run to my local Ace and spend $15 on hardware because 1Stop won't respond to my email and I don't want to wait 2 more weeks.

Sucks, seems like others have way better experiences. But most of those reviews are about the purchase process, not the support process.

Super helpful customer service! Saved a ton of money too. I bought two genuine leather sofas for just a fraction of what the name brand would have sold to me. 1Stop Bedrooms will definitely be my go to for all of my future furniture shopping!

I was trying to order my product on line but was finding it difficult, so I called customer service and the person I spoke to, ( Daniel) was very professional, went beyond to help me to get what I wanted. At one point, I was going to opt out because I didn't want the free delivery option, the time factor. But he was able to worked with me and gave me other delivery alternatives with some discount to close up the purchase. I am very highly satisfied with the service I received from this person.

The voice was easily followed and a super tonal range.
I will definitely tell my friends about this site, we are excited as we redid an old orchard home and have an antique dresser that is over 200 years old. Thank you again.

I love my sofa, the quality is great, and I felt the delivery time was reasonable considering the low price! However, I did not enjoy be charged for shipping because I’m “out of area”, when I live in one of largest cities in Texas, and it said free white glove service when I purchased the sofa. Although they ended up waving the white glove fee, it should of been said that I was not in range of free shipping before taking the money out of my bank account for the sofa. I also did not enjoy being hung up on by customer service because I (politely) wanted to cancel my order. When I tried canceling the man in customer service said “fine we will eat that cost up too” in the rudest tone and then hung up on me. My mind is blown that I was hung up on when I wanted to cancel because of the $150 extra fees. I’m giving this company 3 stars because I absolutely love my couch and without the shipping fee it was worth the price... but it would of been 5 if not for customer service and hidden fees. I’m hoping customer service improves and the shipping fees become accurate on the website because it felt like a scam. I almost disputed it with my bank... However, the product ended up being delivered in good condition.

had some problems getting the shipping process completed, but worked it out in the end. they tried their best to be accommodating. the problem was with the manufacturer, and not them. have not seen the chair yet, but all is good with me and 1 stop.

The service from 1 stop bedrooms has been pretty great. I love the detailed notification process. Although I was not expecting the surcharge for delivery since the website showed free delivery but it’s still cheaper than ordering off the Ashley website.

Very good customer service. Wish they would have stated all of the extra charges for the bed support system and no free delivery to our area on the website under the product information. It would have been helpful when making my purchase decisions. But Charlie was very helpful when he contacted us to verify the order.
