If there was a ‘0’ star it would get it. This is the worst company and customer service I’ve ever encountered. Ordered the sofa because it was ex-display and advertised 2 week delivery time. 5 week delay on the 2 week promise - so far!! 3 no-show deliveries. Paid money in full. They damaged the sofa in their warehouse so it didn’t make it onto the delivery van. No contact from them. It was the delivery driver that called and said he had my paperwork but no sofa on his van. Was about to ask for money back but they miraculously found me another one and arranged for it to be delivered the next week. No show again, no contact. Third delivery date has been and gone today. Each time I’ve had an email with a specific time slot but I honestly believe they have no idea where my sofa is or when they will deliver it to me. Called over 8 times. Each time with an hour’s wait on the phone. Been to store 3 times. They are not empowered to help you at all! So stressful and absolute shambolic system they have. Would never recommend to anyone.

Hi We bought an ex display sėt that We were told will be checked over and come to us as new, when it came the foot stool was broken hinges falling off and gas struts bent , told them and they said as it’s ex display you can’t have a replacement just £50 quid back or a repair , as I am a joiner it’s not repairable so looking further at the quality decided to ask for refund , so no probe they took it back , but as we don’t look at our front door very much or use it the delivery drivers smashed the shapeless foil of my white pvc doors , so watched the next chaps who came to collect and they were fine , we excepted £150 for the damage just to say bye bye , then 3 weeks later the first payment of finance has come out , so now chasing for a refund for furniture returned, looking back at our experience with the actual store when we bought it should have warned us away , as the sales person agreed a cost with us then when we got to the till to pay the cost went up over £200 , so we ended up walking out and buying it direct on line instead and got it for the cheaper price, I would say stay away as the quality does not look good ,

DO NOT USE – Dishonest, Predatory Business Practices, Coercive, False Advertising Made purchase Sept 3rd -order 9176497. Order was for powered recliner loveseats and single recliners. Site indicated based on zip code delivery would take place 1-2 weeks. After placing order and company taking funds, I received a call where was notified none of my powered furniture could use power features without an additional $800 purchase. I paid this and moved on. It took several weeks to get est delivery date which at one point was a month out. Once could schedule actual delivery was set for 2 months after purchase. Main issue is predatory business practices in fact they claim a est delivery time but informed of real delivery time well past the 24 hour mark. You only have 24 hours to cancel a order for full refund. If done after that the fee is 15% +$1.75/lb which makes it so expensive you can’t and are locked in. They do not advertise that delivery can take 4x or more time they give you at time of purchase. They also don't list real price which is to make sure goods can be used for intended purpose. They then intentionally miss inform you so you can’t cancel in the 24 hour window to get full refund (i.e. knowing realistic delivery window or total cost to ensure goods work as indented). The company uses false advertisement, coercive business practices

Awful. I was so excited as I had ordered their highly advertised bamboo blend sheets. Last weekend (4/10) I ordered them and got an email confirmation right away! Next day, they alerted me via email and text that my order had shipped. Super! NOT. 5 days later I get an email saying the item I had ALREADY BOUGHT, PAID FOR, and said was shipped--was out of stock? I tried multiple platforms to get a straight answer, but the story just keeps changing up to the moment I write this review. Would stay away from this company!

I had some old 20x28 frames that i’ve been hoarding. a friend convinced me to hang them and buy art to fill them. MBM made it so easy to pull together the new prints in the frames. They fit well and were shipped perfectly and are clean and the cuts are sharp. No overcuts or problems - precise. the online ordering was so easy i did it from my phone. the advice to increase the opening size was spot on. i made a mistake on my second mat and was easily able to correct it even after i’d submitted the order. i will buy here again!!

I ordered a v pillow and pillow case, via their Amazon shop, only to later realise that their website (that I previously never knew existed) was selling the same products for significantly less. When I complained, customer support fobbed me off by claiming that Amazon sold the products to me and not them! Ermmm... and your Amazon seller account, which has exactly the same business name, address and phone number? After contesting, I was then informed that they "refuse to be held responsible" and proceeded to ignore any further contact from me. Taking into account that their website was offering generous discounts, on most of their products, I was confounded as to why this company refused to 'make things right'. While I wasn't expecting a part-refund, it would have been nice to have been sent a complimentary pillow case as a goodwill gesture. After posting my ordeal at Trustpilot, Homescapes reported it and the review was immediately pulled. Their claim was that I'd never done business with them and the review was for the wrong company! The absolute gall... After supplying all the relevant information (i.e. invoices, screen captures, cached web links, etc.), to prove that the transaction actually occurred, my review was made publicly visible again. However, since then, Homescapes has reported (and pulled) my review twice more. Yes, my honest review was reported three times! Without a doubt, Homescapes is a shady, disrespectful and very unprofessional company. Both their dubious business practices and after-sales service are utterly appalling. I certainly won't be doing business with this company ever again. Avoid!!!

I ordered the full size bed, dresser / mirror, and night stand. THis style of furniture was perfect for my 1900's Victorian home. The furniture arrived quickly and without damage. The boxes had some minor damage but this had no effect on the furniture as it was well packaged. The collection is absolutely beautiful! Very well built. I am very pleased with the furniture. I know my daughter will love it once she sees it.

The truck drivers called the day before and said they were in the area, so could deliver that afternoon if we wanted. I said yes, and they came on time. They unpacked the boxed in our driveway and brought the pieces into the family room and set them up. Quick, quiet, complete.

I purchased a bedroom set from Decor South on April 6th. According to the website, delivery would be about 15 days. I was told it shipped on April 16th - and payment was taken. I finaly recieved the furniture on May 23rd. I had contacted Decor South many times for updates on the delivery and they were very responsive. Jeff, from Decor South, responded to emails within hours and seemed to be genuinely sorry for the delays, he even gave me a discount due to the issue. On the other hand, I did have issues with the fact that I didn't recieve any updates unless I contact them. It was like the furniture shipped and they no longer provided updates unless asked. Wiseway, the in haul carrier, was awful and my furniture sat in NC and WI for weeks. Moral of the story - My furniture is amazing! I love it and it came in great condition but, I would advise that you stay on top of them for info and plan for LOTS of additional time for delivery.

I ordered a platform bed online and once received, only 2 out of the 4 drawers came with the bed. After trying to contact them for a week and no response, I resorted to writing a complaint to the BBB. The BBB could not even contact them. We both left messages. It has been two months since I ordered. They also did not give email shipping confirmations to let you know the item was shipped. I would not recommend this company to even Osama Bin Laden. Well, He lives in caves and sleeps on rocks like golem in Lord of the Rings, so I guess it doesnt really matter to him....

We ordered a set of sheets and doona cover set on the 24th Novemeber (today is 6 December). We have received a number of emails blaming COVID restrictions for the fact that they still haven't dispatched them. It is December 2021 what covid restrictions are left and why do they only seem to be affecting you? Since we ordered from Adairs (who still haven't even put the items in the post) we have ordered and received two shirts from The UK (that's right, England!). We have ordered, received, returned (due to a fault) and received the replacement large (very large) children's play mat from QLD. We have also ordered and received 6 extra large ceiling fans from VIC. So why Adairs, do you dare blame COVID for your incompetence when everyone else seems to be dealing with it just fine??? We're calling today to get out money back and just get something from Myer. Don't waste your time people!!

I could not find a store locally that carried the Reverie brand. I had tried one at Mattress Firm but it was a base model. Bed Planet had the model I wanted. We spoke on the phone to the sales rep, got it ordered and a week later it was here. The Reverie brand is the quietest adjustable base and most comfortable base I have ever tried. We shopped for 2 months every weekend but the Reverie was the best. The price was awesome everything was exactly as promised!!! If we buy more beds, we will buy from Bed Planet only!!! Hi Tanner, Just wanted to let you know that the Malouf bases were delivered yesterday. My wife and I got them in the house and set them up. Everything appears to be working fine. The bases fit perfectly into our bed frame. You'd never know that we replaced our box springs. The only issue we noticed when we were lifting them off a wooden pallet is that they used a broken pallet. The bottom box was actually sitting on exposed nails that went right into the box. My wife and I had our fingers crossed that the exposed nails didn't damage the adjustable bed. Once we got it in the house assembled the legs and turned it over, everything looked ok. Luckily the piece of foam that was in the box proceed the base from damage. II'm thinking that the Distribution Center in Ohio didn't use an appropriate wooden pallet or the pallet was broken during transit. I just wanted to bring it to your attention. Everything else worked out great. I'd like to than you and your colleagues for all your help in purchasing the Malouf S755. Be safe! Bob

Highly recommend these cabins. We stayed at the Wilderness Edge, it was very roomy for our family of 7 and had a outdoor living area, hot tub, and firepit that we used every night. Perfect for the times we are going through right now on social distancing. We all had plenty of room to roam and activities to do around the cabin. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Will definitely be back!

DON'T BUY FROM AMB FURNITURE - I ORDERED WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A SET OF TWO BARSTOOLS AND AFTER RECEIVING ONE - THEY ARE CLAIMING IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ONE ONLY - THE SEARCH ENGINE SHOWED A SET OF TWO AND WHEN I WAS DIRECTED TO THEIR WEBSITE IT WASN'T CLEAR SO I INCLUDED IN THE NOTES ON THE ORDER TO MAKE SURE IT WAS TWO - THEY FAILED TO READ THAT AND SHIPPED ANYWAY - NOW I HAVE ONE BARSTOOL THAT I COULD HAVE PURCHASED ELSEWHERE FOR 1/2 THE PRICE AND THEY REFUSE TO REFUND THE $27 SHIPPING CHARGES PLUS I WOULD HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING TO SEND IT BACK AND WHO KNOWS IF THEY WOULD EVEN COMPLETE THE REFUND - THE E-MAIL FROM THEM HAVE BEEN NASTY AND REACHING SOMEONE BY PHONE IS IMPOSSIBLE - ALWAYS GET THEIR VOICEMAIL - I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB WHERE THEY ALREADY HAVE AN F RATING. We bought a Gela Sofa and Snuggler. Lovely look but flimsy build standard - and not what I'm used to from Ercol. After a few weeks use it became evident that the Snuggler has no postural support at all, and I developed back pain. Ercol and the retailer have refused to take it back as I was outside their respective returns policy windows... I Strongly advise you to avoid this product range.

We bought an Ercol Novara Snuggler from Furniture Village and after a couple of months the seat and back cushions were sagging badly such that the Snuggler looked old and worn. We complained to Furniture Village who arranged for inspections to be carried out, one by Ecomaster and the other by Homeserve; both reported that there was “no manufacturing fault” and that the problem was due to “natural settlement”. They simply ignored the actual appearance of the seat! In our view this “natural settlement” was not acceptable so we arranged for two independent inspections which confirmed that the cushion interiors were inadequate and had thus failed, i.e. that it was in fact a manufacturing fault. As Furniture Village proved to be of no help, we are now pursuing this issue with Ercol themselves but in the meantime, we would not recommend that anyone buys a Snuggler

The worst company I have ever dealt with. They send battered furniture, provide abysmal service and consider customers unreasonable! I waited 4 weeks to get my tall boy delivered, it arrived with huge cracks. I contacted customer services and they said they would replace it but it would take up to 4 weeks to get a new one and wanted to leave me with a hazard around small children. After getting nowhere with the poor service I made a complaint to the CEO - to which nobody higher than the same customer service rep responded! Nobody higher took any responsibility and they blatantly don’t care. The customer service rep ‘accidentally’ sent an email which was meant to be internal and the tone and language of what was said was abysmal. She tried recalling this email but it just so happens I opened it as it came through! It was then meant to be delivered today (8 weeks after ordering) after numerous emails and phone calls. I had to chase them after waiting around to be told that the warehouse systems had gone down and quote on quote ‘nobody would have contacted you if you hadn’t contacted us’ - no accountability! If you do purchase anything from this company, they are part of The Furniture Ombudsman which is now the route I’m having to go down. The stuff that these guys sell are also sold in other reputable wholesalers through the country. Read the small print, find the manufacturer and go on their website to find other stockists.

Don’t bother with this shower! Ordered a double bed end of July for when my dad comes out of hospital ( planned op next week), excuse after excuse and now order is cancelled because they were totally uninterested. Thanks Cousins now my dad hasn’t got a bed for when he gets home from his heart surgery, you bunch of cretins. Hope you feel smugly proud of yourselves.

I ordered a Angel high gloss 3 door wardrobe and bedside cabinet. Delivery was delayed due to vehicle issues but no matter the furniture arrived 3 days later. On assembling the wardrobe I noticed I had two right hand side panels instead of a left and right hand. I also noticed one of the high gloss doors was damaged either whilst in storage or in transit. I’ve contacted Stuart at Archers three times in the last week to get a delivery date for the replacement parts but as of writing this review I do not have a date. The furniture is of good quality it’s just the follow customer service that is letting this purchase down- and this is very frustrating.

You cancelled 1st delivery Driver on 2nd delivery completely ignored delivery times/instructions and was rude when he called me at 7am! You only delivered the mattress at 2nd attempt - no base of bed. Had to wait 4 more days to get base and then no headboard and I still haven't received headboard! Awful Customer service

We chose to buy a large winged chair, after selecting the required material we were told that delivery would not be until the end of January 2018. As we needed the chair before Christmas , the lady who was dealing with us bent over backwards to help us , she has managed to have it deliverd to us now before Christmas, we definitely recommend Arthur Llewellyn Jenkins and thank Kath "the sales lady"for all her effort.. Said I couldn't purchase over 3 years ( Despite advertising this) For the member of staff in question it was clearly too much of an effort to give details. I will say the other member of staff was a lot more pleasant, pity we drew the short straw and got grumpy!!!! Won't be using this store again.

Was told by a member of Barnstaple staff that the items I wanted were in stock in Wales , delivery could be made in 3 or in maximum of 4 weeks , this I agreed to , paid a deposit and left the shop , after two weeks checking with shop re delivery was told "Items not in stock in a container somewhere at sea" The clearly lied , also on their invoice it does say which I never noticed delivery in 4-6 weeks , plus a 20% cancellation charge comes into force after 24 hours , they have clearly lied and have broken a verbal contract and are refusing a refund , The matter will be placed in the hands of my Solicitor , NEVER USE THIS COMPANY !

Had a bed come damaged. After numerous email trying to sort, they agreed to send new part, which could take 3 weeks, as per there terms of sale. Now over 40 days have passed, the customer service couldnt care anyless and are apsolutaly discusting, wont offer anymore help but are happy for me to try claim for the bed through credit card insurance or a bank chargeback. Should these fail for any reason i will go through a small claims court.

Ordered London bus bed for little boy and a couple of mattresses. Came damaged. The replacement part send out the next week also damaged. Part received for a 3rd time - damaged. Customer services a nightmare telling me to contact supplier. Phone call after to phone call between supplier and the Children’s bed shop. My little boy had to sleep on one of the mattresses for 3 weeks on the floor until a refund was issued. To add they wouldn’t even as compensation let me keep one of mattresses I was forced to open to give me 4 year old a bed to kip on..! Don’t disappoint your children with this substandard company. They tried to blame he supplied Julian Bowen who make the bed. Ultimately it was the bed shops responsibility. They didn’t have any issues taking the money, that part of the deal was fine..! Bought a caple wine cooler only 3years ago and it has lost its ability to cool due to a manufacturing fault when pipes were not correctly joined and Caple are not interested at all. My advice is never buy a Caple product as you are lucky if they last at all due to reading other customers experiences.Poor quality products and poor company attitude to their customers who they clearly do not value!!

The builders put a Caple dishwasher in our new house. It died on Christmas Eve (handy with a house full of people) it was exactly 3 years old. It has been replaced by a Bosch, it is quieter, and has more programmes. I wouldn't touch Caple again.

Ordered 30 Nov, received 30 Dec. Ordered the Coaster Wall Unit which is advertised on HFM website as "Solid Wood and Wood Veneer". This is not true, 98% of the product is MDF and paper veneer. The only solid wood is the wooden dowels included in the hardware bags. I am very unhappy however, It's my fault for not doing more investigation on my part and I'll live with my mistake. Shipping also took longer than advertised.

Ordered a range of bedroom furniture and a mattress. We were assured that all goods would be delivered within 3-4 weeks. Four weeks passed, we heard nothing - so visited the Derby Store. We were advised that they couldn't locate a delivery date on our purchase which was unusual but they couldn't resolve the matter in store as the warehouse was closed (this was Friday about 3 o'clock). We were advised that they would contact the warehouse Monday morning and call us to update. We received no phone call back. I then contacted the Central line on the Tuesday. The Customer Service team advised that the furniture was in stock but the mattress hadn't arrived yet. They said they would call the Supplier and request that the mattress would be put on there next delivery. The customer service contact said she would then call me back to confirm the delivery date. Thursday we received no phone call back. Thursday I rang the extension number I was provided, a colleague picked up the call and advised that she couldn't resolve the matter and that I would need to wait until her colleague was back in the office. I asked for her to call me. Friday lunch time, I received a call advising that they wouldn't be able to get the mattress for at least another two weeks. They asked if they should deliver the other items, which would have been irrelevant as we had ordered a bed to go alongside the mattress. I then asked if they could arrange for another similar mattress to replace that one, so we didn't need to wait another two weeks. The point of contact said she would find out what was in stock and see what she could do. Monday received a voicemail that they didn't have another other mattress' in stock. So I spoke to the advisor on Tuesday. They offered no compensation and simply advised the earliest they could deliver would be at least 14 days. I asked to cancel the mattress and for a delivery of the good this week. They said that the vans were full and they would even without the mattress only be able to deliver in 14 days. Very disappointed. The goods have still not arrived. Would not recommend or use again. Would not recommend pay in full before you have a guarantied delivery date.

Extremely poor customer service. After multiple emails trying to find out where item is which was ordered 10/1/22 order number UKA220110201505, it was finally delivered 17th of February with an essential part missing to attach the light to the ceiling. After phoning homary and explaining the situation they requested pictures via email which were sent to confirm yes there was a vital element missing to the light- you could see clearly in the box where the screws and part should have been but was empty. It's 24th off march and after multiple emails asking where the part is and when is it going to be sent, its still not been dispatched and I don't even hear back from the emails anymore. Very dissatisfied, I was going to order furniture from the site but after this experience where out of 3 lights 1 defective and the extremely long wait to receive and poor customer service, will not be shopping there again. Avoid!

It seems most of the products are shipped by third party sellers. Ordered a floating TV stand and upon checking the package, it was way lighter than it should have been at only 10 lbs. Which was the first red flag. Upon opening it there was an old piece of wood and no signs of the TV stand. They said they will ship out a replacement item but it will take 2 months or so. After waiting more than 2 months, and when asked about the status of the replacement, I was told that I was refunded for the item so they won’t be shipping the replacement. I’ve wasted close to 3 months waiting just to hear this at the last minute. After searching around the web for reviews of this company, it seems that they employ a lot of bad practices and in some cases borderline scammy. They buy fake reviews, and their customer support is really slow and horrible. The products they advertise are generally not what you receive. Unless you’re willing to waste time and risk not getting your product, don’t give them your business.

On VIP night I was quoted $3600 for 2 rooms and the hallway. This went up by $1000 when the guy came out to measure. After I complained about the colour of the beading I was told if I wanted it to match I should have asked and was told it could be fixed for another $550. There was never any mention of beading prior to installation and I refuse to pay anymore money. I went to Harvey Norman as it's an Australian company and I expected quality service and installation. Extremely disappointed.

I think the most important decision you can make before undertaking a project like building a granny flat is to choose the right builder. Luckily for my wife and I, we chose Smart Choice Granny Flats. At every stage they were professional, punctual, polite, knowledgeable and my favourite thing of all - they were transparent in there pricing. I knew exactly what I was paying for because every item and upgrade was itemised prior to us handing over our hard earned cash. This meant that I was able to balance the build against my budget, and at know stage was I left with a nasty shock to the hip pocket. For those who are curious, strictly looking at the building cost. We built a 60sqm, brick, Colorbond roofing, covered patio, fairly high spec’d granny flat with many upgrades for a total cost of $128072.72. This flat has now been rented with zero vacancies for the last 18 months at $450.00 a week. I would sincerely like to thank Smart Choice Granny flats, stellar performance ladies and gents:)

I told [Name Removed] several times I was going to sell the property The quality of work was very low standard . Bad wood-work bad plaster /gyprock work and very bad painting .I paid him out with small deduction to end contract and contracted ($15000) another team to redo some of the the work, the remainder I did myself.NOT HAPPY.

We ordered the Neve Blanket box with a two week delivery time, no communication from the company informing us that it was out of stock so after 4 weeks we finally took delivery and this followed 3 phone calls from us. When we unboxed it we found damage in several places, the build quality was very poor so we asked for a collection and refund which we are still waiting for again after several phone calls and 6 unanswered emails. This really is not the way to do business so we are hoping that our money is returned soon as we need to purchase a replacement and we do not have other funds. We have now received our refund Thanks to their Manager Marino getting involved, perhaps this person should deal personally with any future customer complaints. The end result at least shows that the company do adhere to the advertised refund policy.

I purchased a blanket box 2 1/2 months ago now. I received a box with a completely different lid from the photograph shown. I immediately rang them who said not to worry they will get it sorted. I have spoken to just about everybody in their organisation from Liam, Sam, Moreno, Liv, Lilly etc.! who has literally fobbed me off with telling me “it’s been ordered” to “just waiting for a ticket to be raised” to “ somebody will call you back” and nothing!!! I will never ever buy anything from them again. Totally unprofessional !!. Beware if you buy anything from them and it’s wrong, you are stuffed !! DO NOT BUY FROM JUST OTTAMANS !!

AVOID AVOID AVOID I am writing this review 10 weeks after receiving a damaged cotbed for my newborn daughter. The cotbed arrived completely damaged and the mattress was never delivered. all photo evidence was provided to MrHousey of the damaged cotbed. I requested new parts be sent out Along with the mattress and the damaged parts to be collected. ‘your delivery will be dispatched this week’ is what I was told on every email and phone-call. We waited and waited. I called and called, emailed and emailed and was told the same thing every time. Lies. After over 100 emails and 20 or so phone calls this has still not been resolved. We couldn’t wait any longer and put the damaged cotbed up together 2 weeks ago (8 weeks after logging the initial damage). We had spent £500 on it and couldn’t afford to get a new cotbed from elsewhere. I spoke with the manager and he advised he would give me a partial refund as compensation for the damage and a full refund for the mattress that was never delivered as part of the order. Guess what......this again hasn’t materialised. This company are hugely dishonest and not to be trusted at all. Everyday they give empty promises and now they are not answering the phone or responding to emails. I have been on tears on the phone to them and they just fob you off with empty promises. I have paid over £500 for a cotbed that is damaged and a mattress that was never sent. It’s such a shame the service is SO BAD because they furniture is beautiful. I have disputed this with the bank and gone to trading standards. Also please note they operate under serval trading names - DO NOT BE FOOLED Order number #100024067

I drove over 1 and a 1/2 hours with my brother to visit the shop in the Peak District. It was well worth it. The staff were very friendly, approachable, and helpful. I was not rushed or pressured in anyway. I bought a beautiful 2 1:2 seater chesterfield style sofa in grey rascal velvet. It is beautifully crafted, soft fabric, very comfortable. Authentic furniture provided a high standard of service and quality pieces of furniture. The delivery staff took great care and were also very professional. I would buy from them again and highly recommend.

We came across BBT by accident and once we got in touch with Mark, the whole experience went really well. Mark advised us really well on colours and finishes. He and Damian installed a fold down bed for us in a small room and we were very happy with the result. Nothing was too much trouble and the installation went without a hitch. Not a trust worthy review platform at all. I put in a bad review of a holiday company which was really bad. I noticed there were a lot of other bad reviews. Then the holiday company asked Trust Pilot to remove them as they were not with guidelines. They then started to post up fake 5 star reviews which were eveidently fake. These were flagged by myself and a lot of other people but Trust Pilot kept these up and took down the negative ones again. This means that potential customers for this travel company will not be getting a balance review of this company and may well book on the 5 star reviews which are not real. A very poor company and cannot be trusted to post real reviews and let the customer decide, not the travel company. Absolutely appalling. Please do not go by these reviews. This platform seems not biased and leaves all reviews. Thank you

Was not emailed to advise of a delivery date and time when I was promised , parcel arrived when I was at work , so had to contact delivery guy myself and arrange another time , simple email 24 hours in advanced would have been better

Unfortunately our furniture arrived damaged, not through transportation but items were damaged inside box, I have given 5 stars as the customer service was excellent and a refund was given within a few days

Extremely poor service, no-one seemed to know what was going on with the order and instead of it taking 6 weeks (which is what we told when we bought it), it took nearly 11 weeks............by anyone's standards this is extremely poor. We won't be shopping with you again.

We purchased a leather 2 seat and 3 seat sofa and it arrived within the expected time frame. However, we were advised the 2 seater came apart as we ordered recliners to get it in our house but when it came it was not in two pieces and we had to get out a glazier to remove a window to get it inside! The delivery drivers were very patient waiting for the glaziers to arrive and we thank them for their understanding. This could have been avoided with more correct information when we purchased..

I first found Revival Beds by searching on internet. Their Website was easy to navigate with plenty of information to make an informed decision. When I requested a quote I got a swift answer and brochure. Once I placed an order, I received communication from Revival beds all the way through to delivery. They delivered exactly when they said they would, were very efficient and helpful.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I ordered 4 bath mats which were described as 1000mm x 600mm. There was no mention at all in the size description that this size can differ meaningfully from these measurements. When I received the items, all of them are different lengths and none of them are 1000mm long - they ranged from 1040-1060 in length. They do not fit in the spaces that I required them to and when I sent this to the customer service department, they merely told me in a nonchalant way that there can be a 5% discrepancy in size. They totally ignored the fact that I cannot use these items at all due to this issue and that all the money I spent on this order was essentially wasted, they made no effort to help or fix the issue at all and were just dismissive. I then replied saying that I thought their reply was quite ridiculous (as it had not tried to help resolve my issue at all but just had dismissed the fact they had delivered something different to what I had ordered) and their reply was "Thank you for your reply. We sincerely lament the fact that you consider our response ridiculous". So rather than sensing a customer's frustration, they chose to use extreme sarcasm. Never in my life have I encountered an attitude like this with a post sales issue and I hope never to again. I will NEVER EVER use this company again.

Ahhh OK! So it all makes sense now. I wanted to order a new picnic rug and cushions - saw some gorgeous ones on this website. Purchased and paid via PayPal. Email then received from PayPal saying the transaction was under review (?) - odd as I use PayPal all of the time and never had this before. PayPal then cancelled my payment. I tried again... exactly the same “ PayPal is required to review certain transactions in order to minimise risk for us or our customers. The payment you sent is currently being reviewed and we will complete this process within 72 hours. This review involves this transaction only and does not affect the use of your PayPal account”. Latest update from PayPal is that both payment are cancelled - I figured at this point PayPal knew more than I did so I headed over to google for some reviews on this company... bingo! Thank you PayPal for protecting me! ??
