I love my new unit, and will definitely be getting another one hopefully within the next two months.This is a great company, as the quality of the unit is excellent. The service, and delivery were also superb, with lovely, and pleasant delivery men.

Brilliant service ordered a desk and arrived within 7 days.. perfect just what I needed as described on the website.

Never heard of Furniture factor before so took a gamble but it paid off, I was kept in the loop with my order all the way until final delivery which was great, Deliver guys were very efficient and pleasant, packaging was better than most i have had before even to the extent that i thought some of the packing was part of my wardrobe as they had packed some areas with wood which is great as i have had other suppliers were it was just standard flimsy packaging, All went together well and looks great so i would say very good value and would certainly use this company again, Only one frustration instructions said 2 hours which i think would be a big ask of anybody unless he or she builds them daily.

Ordered two 'Mervin' glazed cabinets on 17 April. They're particle board self-assembly furniture, but were still circa £360 a pair, so were not in the cheapest quality bracket. Website claimed UK mainland 2-5 day delivery timing, but delivery actually took 13 days. When they arrived on a huge HGV the two longest boxes (there were two boxes per cabinet) were vertically arranged on the pallet. The uppermost sections had astonishingly not been secured, and they had been whipping back and forth on the truck. Most internal components were all snapped in two, or otherwise broken, and the cardboard outer was split. A double pallet should have been used, and the boxes should have travelled flat, but I guess doing otherwise saved money. Photographs were taken and the retailer advised. The damaged parts were painstakingly ID'd, making replacement as simple as possible for the retailer. It was also noted that LED lighting for the cabinets was mentioned on the website, but were not present in the delivery. Replacement parts arrived on 14 May, but what was received was incomplete. I had to get back onto the retailer again, and eventually a further delivery of spares came on 01 June, which is the same day I am writing this review. It's taken six weeks and three deliveries for me to have everything necessary to assemble the furniture. No deliveries were advised to me in advance expect the third one. In retrospect, whilst the retailer was helpful after the damage was found, I would not have ordered had I realised what I was getting myself into. It caused me a lot of needless hassle, and had I sent out goods so carelessly I would have been ashamed of myself. Matter of fact account.

Unit arrived 4 weeks later than stated and arrived damaged
