Good knowledgeable salesman did not use delivery option as I could get the chair pick up promised the chair would be wrapped in plastic by salesman this however was not the case and nothing was given to cover the chair did ask for plastic

Fitter turned up to lay floor I had removed skirting boards and emptied room of furniture but fitter informed me that I was also meant to remove existing floor covering. The guy that had come round to measure and quote for flooring made no mention of this and even requested that the skirtings were removed to enable original floor to be lifted. I was never quoted for removing and disposal of the original flooring ( which by the way took an hour to remove eventually) on what was a two day fitting job for amtico flooring
Charged an extra hundred pounds on the day-for laying a £2000 floor just petty, have sent an email with my complaint but they failed to acknowledge it to date Spent close to £5000 pounds with them in the past 6 months and treated like an imbecile over the phone, guy I talked to was rude to the point that I must admit I lost my cool. Kept pointing out the invoice did not quote for uplifting which I had taken to mean disposal of. Make sure you read all the disclaimers and small print. I for one will never use them again. There are cheaper local quality alternatives for flooring and with better customer service. Please note there was nothing the matter with the man who laid the floor and the finished job was excellent. What grated was being held to ransom on the day to pay an extra hundred pounds for some thing that I thought was included in the original quote.

We bought a new mattress from mark he was very patient and took his time explaining advantages of all different kinds you can get in the end we picked the right one so big thanks to mark for his time and patience.Plus meant to say he is very professional at his job.Happy client.

The salesman was very helpful and also the two carpet fitters. They did an excellent job and everyone was very friendly.
