I used Oxi fresh for the first time yesterday I could not be more pleased. Charlie was efficient and through. All the carpets including stairway, landings, closets look great, feel great and smell Fresh. He also cleaned large chair cushions which look brand new. This has been a vacation home and seasonal rental so had a lot of use. Oxi Fresh is environmentally friendly. Uses little water and dries Quickly! Great for allergies,.

Mac came into a new home i am renting and cleaned up whatever was left in the carpet for who knows how long.... He was jonest and straightforward about his product and its capabilities. He really did a fantastic job. Thank you so much Mac!!

Great experience. Scheduling was easy, verified my appointment, sent me a picture of the technician that would be doing my job, verified the morning of my appointment, had an earlier opening that worked better for my scheduled, showed up when they said they would. Zach was very professional and polite. He also was the person they sent a picture of- not all companies do this - and he did an excellent job. My carpet looks brand new. Am so glad I chose this company and would recommend to anyone looking for a great company that provides top-notch customer service. Thanks Zach and the Oxi-fresh team.

Awesome service! Extremely knowledgeable and didn't press any up sell, told us what we needed to have done, and did exactly what he said. Todd was very professional to us and our dogs, he actually took time to play with the dogs and get them to like him

Victor arrived on time and did a spectacular job. I just moved in the bedroom carpets were very dirty with a few stains. My carpets looked brand new, unbelievable I was showing my friends and they couldn't believe the difference. He cleaned my sofa that was in a cellar for years, prior to me moving it. The couch looks perfect, I was so happy that Victor came to my house during these uncertain times. He should get a bonus for going into clients homes during the Coronavirus outbreak. I was surprised to see that you were still open and servicing clients. Once again thanks and stay safe. Clare

OxiFresh expertly cleaned our couch and rug in a high-traffic family area. The attention to detail to get out spots I hadn't even noticed was excellent. They showed up on time and explained the process they'd use in helpful detail. Service was quick and professional. Cost was reasonable, especially compared to the time and effort if I tried to do it myself. There's no replacement for a professional touch! I plan to use them again for other carpets and furniture in our home.

Tabatha was our service technician and she was absolutely fabulous. A few words to describe her work are meticulous, attentive, with extremely high standards. She cleaned all three levels of our home which included tile & grout, carpet and hardwood. To say they look great this morning would be an understatement. OxiFresh is by far the best experience we have ever had and Tabatha will be back for sure. She is the BEST!

We just moved into a wonderful house, during the first evening we started smelling a terrible dog urine smell. Smelled in most of room. I called Oxi Fresh, Mr Alonso & son came out a couple days later. Suggested treatments for the carpet, to our surprise they were able to remove the terrible smell along with urine stains in our rec room. We are so happy & appreciative, thought we were going to need to replace the carpet pad in several areas. We would highly recommend them so professional, excellent work & knowledgeable. Thank you so much.

Our service person was prompt and ready to work when he arrived and completed what we thought was an almost impossible job cleaning stains from the carpet and deodorizing. We were very happy with the service we received and will definitely use them again.

Aaron was great. I walked him around showing him all the pet stains and he explained what he was going to do. He suggested that we may want to get odor removal and I took him up on it. The result was awesome the carpets look new and smell amazing. I will use them again.

Customer service was a 10 to start off The effort he put in to cleaning my daughter's carpet was phenomenal and the other rooms were great and it dries quickly...very great service all around will definitely be calling them again...

Aaron arrived on time and was appropriately dressed for social distancing during the pandemic. He addressed my concerns beforehand and did a superior job on my carpets. This is the second time I have used this service and I couldn't be more pleased. Note: I also wore a mask while he was here.

I was absolutely blown away with Oxi Fresh! I had some stains in my carpet that I've tried to tackle multiple times. I rented a steam cleaner from Walmart, didn't touch it. Stanley steamer came out and did their thing, stain came back the next day. Oxi Fresh is pretty new in the area so I figured I give them a shot before I decide to just replace the carpet in the room. Oh! My! God! I wish they could've came out before and saved me all the time and money I've invested on other companies. The tech that came out (can't remember his name) was very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and made sure I was satisfied before he left. He was on time to the appointment (can't say the same for other companies). And their pricing is great! A couple days later I received a phone call from the Area Manager as a follow up to make sure I was happy. For some reason I was actually really impressed by that. So, if you need your carpets professionally cleaned, CALL OXI FRESH!! You will NOT regret it!

This was my second experience with OxiFresh. I booked my appointment via their website, found it to be very quick and easy to do. We were fortunate to have the same technician this visit as the last and he is great! Arrived early to the appointment and did a great job. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I received their flyer in the mail advertising two rooms cleaned for $68! I was hooked there. I made the appointment on a Saturday and made my appointment for Monday! The gentleman called me when he was 15 minutes from my house- which was actually 15 minutes earlier than expected- which was great. He did a great job on my carpets! Looks and smells so fresh. Will definitely try them again

I contacted OxiFresh to clean a living room area rug. Scheduling was easy and the technician called ahead as promised. Overall, happy with the professionalism and the approach to the work. I am very satisfied with the final result on the rug.

Mac was on time and did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. He even spent extra time on the "high traffic areas" and they came out great. He was very professional and I am extremely happy with the end result. I will be calling Mac again in the future when I need further cleaning services and have recommended him to all my friends!!
