Delivery was surprisingly quick, 4-5 days as I remember.
Which at the moment due to covid I was expecting to wait much longer. So I was very happy.

I ordered bunk beds for my grandchildren it was extremely easy and had the beds in a couple of days. The beds are of a very high quality. I would definitely order from you again.

I wanted something different to an Easter Egg. Found Cuckooland's web site whilst browsing. Everything I viewed was great for a young child. selected and paid for my item without issue. Fast delivery and product well made, as described and played with continuously. It was a chicken for my granddaughters play kitchen.

Efficient despatch, looks great product however challenge will be installing without any basic guide lines and I’m no joiner. That’s why it’s not 5star. When I phoned and asked I was just advised that none available.

The quality of the "Vox 4 You 4 Poster King Bed" was higher than I was expecting and we were very happy with the quality and cost. The bed is really solid now that it is assembled and looks great. The delivery process was a bit painful and took far longer than advertised.

I purchased the Lotus BBQ Grill, pizza stone, teppanyaki plate and grill hood as part of my son’s 30th birthday gift. Although there was a delay in the colour I had originally chosen, both Mya and Alice kept me informed on the status of my order and managed to dispatch it just in time. They went above and beyond to ship it out via express delivery (no extra charge). Extremely pleased with the company and they way they handled my query. I would most definitely recommend them without any hesitation.

The grill came next day very happy with it but it was meant to come with free charcoal and lighter gel so I phoned and spoke to a nice lady Who apologised and said she would send some next day one week later sell nothing

I placed my order Thursday and thought it was a great service to arrive Monday! Morning delivery. Brilliant. However.. once all carried upstairs and started to read instructions realised the pieces of wood did not remotely match what I had.
After calling several times on the Monday they managed to organise another delivery for Tuesday and a collection of the wrong bed on Thursday.
The bed however is beautiful and the lady on the phone tried to help as much as possible.

Excellent customer service - my first choice colour wasn’t in stock so I got a phone call straight away from a lovely helpful lady (can’t remember her name) with wait/different colour options. Then delivery was earlier than expected. Very speedy delivery during uncertain times. Thank you!

Initial problem with only 1 box out of 2 delivered but customer services were excellent and sorted the problem the following week.

When ordered on 15 March 2020 I was told delivery would be 7-10 days. However, I was later told that period was when the manufacturer received the order. I was then told it would 7-10 days after receiving the item from the manufacturers. In the end I recieved items 7 weeks after ordering.
I realise the lockdown caused manufacturing/delivery problems and delays but apart from a couple of generic emails assuring me delivery would be made I only got actual information by contacting you. Not really good enough. The table and chairs are perfect for my needs however.
