They are a scam - do not order. I’ve ordered a £360 bed frame 2 months ago and have not received it. Now
I’ve heard nothing.

If you’ve had the same thing seek action from your bank, consult your solicitor or take them to small claims.

AVOID AVOID AVOID
I am writing this review 10 weeks after receiving a damaged cotbed for my newborn daughter.
The cotbed arrived completely damaged and the mattress was never delivered. all photo evidence was provided to MrHousey of the damaged cotbed. I requested new parts be sent out Along with the mattress and the damaged parts to be collected. ‘your delivery will be dispatched this week’ is what I was told on every email and phone-call. We waited and waited. I called and called, emailed and emailed and was told the same thing every time. Lies. After over 100 emails and 20 or so phone calls this has still not been resolved. We couldn’t wait any longer and put the damaged cotbed up together 2 weeks ago (8 weeks after logging the initial damage). We had spent £500 on it and couldn’t afford to get a new cotbed from elsewhere. I spoke with the manager and he advised he would give me a partial refund as compensation for the damage and a full refund for the mattress that was never delivered as part of the order. Guess what......this again hasn’t materialised. This company are hugely dishonest and not to be trusted at all. Everyday they give empty promises and now they are not answering the phone or responding to emails.
I have been on tears on the phone to them and they just fob you off with empty promises. I have paid over £500 for a cotbed that is damaged and a mattress that was never sent. It’s such a shame the service is SO BAD because they furniture is beautiful.
I have disputed this with the bank and gone to trading standards.
Also please note they operate under serval trading names - DO NOT BE FOOLED

Order number #100023929 for 2x cot/bed/sofas plus 2x mattresses placed and paid for on August 4th 2019 with a faster delivery date if 5-10 days after numerous emails and phone calls and lies from this company ( they even blamed BSJ the company that delivers for them who I called and only then did I get a delivery if only 1 cot and no mattresses on September 23 I waited phoned emailed only to be told next week , next week , “for sure “ absolute lies by October 18th I still had not received a refund for the mattresses nor had received the outstanding cot so on advice from trade and standards I sent an email of time is of the essence cancellation. Mr Housey agreed to refund in 2-3 days but as the hadn’t refunded the mattresses from September I had no faith in there empty promises . The matter is now with my card company as a disputed transaction and I had to purchase another cot/bed from another company called Baby Snooze who are fantastic.

We ordered an item of furniture in August 2019 with a delivery time of 2-3 weeks. After weeks of excuses we were told it had nearly arrived, then offered a discount to hold on a bit longer. A few more months, more excuses, all very polished sounding and reasonable but in retrospect just copy paste. Eventually they admitted they were never going to supply the item but then claimed due to “bank issues” they couldn’t process a refund either. Another 6 weeks of back and forth, we got our credit card provider involved, and finally they managed to claw back our money.

Terrible experience from start to finish. We basically just loaned them £500 for three months - it’s not clear they actually have any stock, or anything other than a website, a credit card swiper and an email account. Definitely order on your credit card so your bank will help you claim a refund. But better yet, ignore the bots, trust the real reviews, and avoid like the plague. This business should be shut down.

UPDATE ... Having been offered an alternative cot 4 weeks ago which was promised to be shipped with 5 days we still never recieved our cot. After more weeks of ignored emails we finally recieved a full refund back. We ordered a cot from a reputable supplier and it is on it's way. The furniture may look stunning from this site but please do not put yourself through the stress of ordering from this company********

I am in the same boat as a lot of people who have ordered from Mrhousey. Cotbed and shelves ordered months ago and zero response regarding delivery. They took payment immediately and got an email saying delivery would be 2-3 weeks and they would contact me to arrange. I have heard absolutely nothing despite several emails. Their telephone number is unavailable and I am desperate now. I cant afford to buy another cot unless I get the refund for this. It's a shocking way to treat people especially when so may people ordering are pregnant and waiting for cots. This is causing such unnecessary anxiety.

The pieces we chose (cot bed and changing unit) I’d originally seen on other websites for about £800, but MrHousey were selling discounted at £500.

I was sceptical of the price but am very happy with the purchases, the quality is great and will last for years. I was told delivery would be 3-4 weeks which it was.

Hit and miss with the email responses on delivery updates, but my initial queries before purchase were answered the same afternoon on a Sunday so was happy to proceed with the purchase.

Overall very happy with the products and have recommended to friends.

The worst service I have ever recieved... full order took nearly 3 months to arrive when it did come there were scratches on two of the items and one item had parts missing the mattress was also the wrong size. I was promised the cost of assembling the products and refund on mattress neither of these have happened. Not answering calls or email going through legal as they operate under the name lasca ltd they registered on company house for anyone wanting to complain. DO NOT ORDER

100023630- Order placed since July, Its December (5months), they have not delivered and won’t refund my money. Every time I ask about my order, they say next week and I hear nothing until I chase again... unless you have money to throw away, you can try them. Also they keep reporting my reviews so it gets taken down.

11th Dec, after my review, got contacted and here’s why they can’t refund me: *************Dear Mr xxxx

I am sorry to let you down on this. Could you please raise a dispute with your CC issuer. We are no longer with Old payment provider and not able to process with the payment directly to the card you paid. As soon as we receive a dispute for credit not processed we will accept liability for this transaction.

As this order is over 120days old my bank cannot raise a dispute and i think this is what they try to achieve with ignoring and being evasive so that time passes. On this one, they have fail cos they must refund my money as im prepared to take it to any length...

9th of January- I received an email asking for my account details for a refund, provided details the next day. Up till date and after 2 x emails chasing refund, no response and no refund.

17th Feb - still chasing these online fraudsters for my money. Its been 7 months and they just won’t refund my money for goods not delivered.. what else is theft ?

Ordered on 10/8/19 and despite multiple delays and promises product is now on the way , my 3 year olds daughters bed has never shown . Hurts me more they would do this to pregnant people and children , my daughter was so excited for her house bed .

Worst customer service and company ever used , please save your money . We’ve lost ours .

I ordered a cotbed with mattress and toy box from Mr Housey in August 2019. The furniture arrived and is really lovely but the mattress and box never reached me. I’ve been in touch with regards to the refund but all I’ve received to date are promises. I now have to order bespoke size mattress for the cotbed. I would not recommend this company purely because of its unacceptable service. You do not need the stress.

Purchased a 3 in 1 cot and we are delighted with the item.
Lovely sturdy cot which has received lots of compliments.
We have a small nursery so this is perfect for anyone short on space and in need of compact storage for babys things.

Bad logistics, lies, bad service. STAY AWAY. I ordered two pieces of furniture on November 5, 2019, for an amount of £ 800. To date, March 9, 2020, I have not received the furniture nor the refund requested.
Every week a lie: "I will give you the delivery date next week", "because of the holidays, we postpone after Christmas", "In the country where we stock up there is a National holiday".
Arriving in February, he told me that the furniture had arrived and that he would arrange the shipment and inform me of the date. Obviously this did not happen. He didn't even reply to emails. I lost patience, asking for money back. No response for weeks. Disappeared.
Then he replies and tells me that he will proceed with the refund which takes 1/3 working days. No reason for non-delivery. Shocked. Anyway, from February 26 to today, 3 working days have passed, right? I haven't seen any money and he doesn't answer. Patients still a week. If it persists, I will mobilize to report them.

I had a bad experience with Mrhousey in last 12 months. I have ordered furniture for my baby. It arrived late and one was broken (what I received what not fit for the purpose). I exchanged multiple emails and the customer service is negligible. I have been promised compensation and a replacement of a broken part. It has never happened.
I would like to share my experience, so other people who use Trustpilot can be provided with better insight into how this company interact with their customers.
Keeping the promise is a primary standard in customer service.

I ordered my son a cot bed early September and guess what?? it hasn’t arrived! Email after email assuring me ‘it will be next week’ then to be told the shipment is delayed. I gave up waiting (after 9 weeks) as my son needed a new bed. They said I can cancel my order and a refund given between 2-3 days. Guess what? Still NO refund 8 weeks later.
Iv been emailing daily and the occasional response is ‘I will get back to you by the end of the day’ or ‘it should be with you shortly’ or the latest ‘I will chase accounts for you’
I’m massively disappointed and still £360 out of pocket, which is ridiculous to think in this day an age a company that didn't deliver goods I orders give me refund within an appropriate amount of time!
I hold little hope of this refund materialising (as it’s been 2 months now) which makes me incredibly sad to think they just took my money and me not having anything to show for it.
I have repeatedly tried to contact the company for them to fufill my request for a refund but I have not received any replies so far.. very odd.
Like previous reviews on here I would avoid ordering from them at all cost unless you can pay by CC or PayPal where you have some sort of protection.

Loved the furniture once it arrived however it took around 6 months, and around 50 emails back and forth, to finally get all the items I paid for. Probably the worst customer service I have ever received as well. Would not recommend.

I recieved my cot two weeks late, the 3 in 1 cot bed is amazing, very solid, not easy to assemble takes alot of time but end result is worth it. I didnt recieve my mattress as there was an issue at the warehouse, so was offered a refund.
Generally i would advise to place an order two months before you actually need it to avoid stress nearer to your due date.

I bought on Mr Housey a baby cot worth just over £200 back in July 2019, 2 months before my wife was due. Mr Housey debited my account of the full amount within 24h but never delivered the product until way passed my wife giving birth. I exchanged many emails with Mr Housey’s staff and called then countless times. I kept my cool for months. I probably should not have. They kept giving me excuses but after a while offered the cancellation of my order with refund. They actually never attempted to give me a refund (at the time, other excuses with their accounting department still processing the payment back to me). They since do not respond to any of my emails (even through their website) or my calls (getting hold of them has always been a challenge from the start). 9 months later, I am still out of pocket! To me that company seems to be a scam and I struggle to understand how they can still be in business. If you still want to buy from them, be my guest but don’t end up in the same situation as me. If you are not delivered the product, get your bank to reverse the payment within 60 days and that will get Mr Housey to engage with you. I tried to reverse the payment but too late. Something tells me that Mr Housey counted on that...
