Extremely poor customer service.

After multiple emails trying to find out where item is which was ordered 10/1/22 order number UKA220110201505, it was finally delivered 17th of February with an essential part missing to attach the light to the ceiling. After phoning homary and explaining the situation they requested pictures via email which were sent to confirm yes there was a vital element missing to the light- you could see clearly in the box where the screws and part should have been but was empty. It's 24th off march and after multiple emails asking where the part is and when is it going to be sent, its still not been dispatched and I don't even hear back from the emails anymore. Very dissatisfied, I was going to order furniture from the site but after this experience where out of 3 lights 1 defective and the extremely long wait to receive and poor customer service, will not be shopping there again. Avoid!

It seems most of the products are shipped by third party sellers. Ordered a floating TV stand and upon checking the package, it was way lighter than it should have been at only 10 lbs. Which was the first red flag. Upon opening it there was an old piece of wood and no signs of the TV stand. They said they will ship out a replacement item but it will take 2 months or so. After waiting more than 2 months, and when asked about the status of the replacement, I was told that I was refunded for the item so they won’t be shipping the replacement. I’ve wasted close to 3 months waiting just to hear this at the last minute.

After searching around the web for reviews of this company, it seems that they employ a lot of bad practices and in some cases borderline scammy. They buy fake reviews, and their customer support is really slow and horrible. The products they advertise are generally not what you receive. Unless you’re willing to waste time and risk not getting your product, don’t give them your business.

Where to begin? I ordered a tv stand with an estimated delivery of 2 weeks. Only to be notified that it could be 3 months. 3 weeks go by and it arrives in port damaged. They never notified me of this until I asked where it was another week later. So already short on patience I decide to cancel the order. After 10 emails back and forth they tell me okay we will issue the refund to your card within a couple buisness days. Another week later still no refund. So I contact the bank and they said they denied homary because they weren't refunding me but trying to charge me a second time. So after more emails and multiple threats of a lawsuit they finally decide okay we will refund you through pay pal. Guess what after another week they finally processed the refund through PayPal. But now I'm left paying the fee through pay pal and waiting the extra 21 day holding period for my cash. So in summary I paid them 20 some odd dollars to give me the worst customer service and biggest pain in my butt in my life to hold onto $537 of my cash and charge me for it!

If you want to get your vanity months later than it was promised, you should order from Homary. Absolutely ridiculous shipping times and customer service is terrible. I was promised a 3-12 day delivery window and relied on this timing to schedule my contractor to come and build out my bathroom. It's been a month and a half, and still don't have the vanity. Every time I contact Homary, they keep pushing back the delivery timeline. They've pushed it back 5 times with one single order! My contractor is very annoyed because he is waiting for the vanity to finish the job. I'm sure you guys know how hard it is to get your contractor to come out in the first place.

UPDATE: When I FINALLY got my vanity I ordered (over a month and a half), the vanity was shattered. SERIOUSLY? It came in 3 pieces and the only box that was not reinforced was of course the piece that shattered. They offered to send me a replacement (again I would have to wait 2 months). So basically if I wanted to keep my order from Homary, I would have to wait 4 months??????? Their customer service is poor at best. Some agents try. The manager calls at very odd hours (probably since they are based out of China). It was a HASSLE to return their crappy product to get a refund. After 3 months of dealing with this company, I FINALLY got a refund.

After I posted a negative review on TRUSTPILOT, Homary contacted me several times asking me to take down this negative review, and even offering me cash compensation. Normally, if the company did a good job at rectifying their issues, I would change my review. Although their products look nice online, they just don't deliver. Do yourself a favor, and order from a company that will actually come through.

OVERALL: Homary's products may look nice, but if you ever want to see your product in a reasonable time or not broken, then no point in ordering from them. Just a hassle overall. I regret the day I decided to place that initial order.

Never got a refund for a broken bookshelf. It’s been four months without resolution. Very disappointed to waste so much time and money on this issue!

I bought a shoe cabinet that should fit in my foyer according to the website but when I received the item after 3 months, it look like a knock off version of what the pictures in the website. And the size is off too. You would imagine it should be well made with the cost of $1,000 but you will be surprised. I try to return it but the costumer service just simply deny their false advertising and provide no solution. I guess they expect the costumer to eat the loss and take it as a lesson to never shop with them again.

Absolutely love my tap! When I tell people how much I paid, I have to prove it on the website, because they don't believe me. Tap was exactly as described, Installed myself, easy to purchase and fantastic price. I will be back to purchase again for sure.

I bought side cabinet, display tower shelves, 4 side tables, and 8 dining chairs and all look very nice and as the picture in the website. The delivery took about 3 months with some items but the wait is worth it.
They have very good customer service, prompt and responsive.

Awful company. The products seem good quality but I have had endless problems with customer service. Shipping times are extreme as everything comes direct from China. It’s taken 3 months for my items to be delivered and I’ve now been told that they didn’t have all of the parts in the colour I ordered so they’ve just sent part of it in a different colour so it doesn’t match! Absolutely awful and still trying to resolve with them but they just keep saying that they will get back to me by email and then never responding. Awful, please stay away. Prices seem reasonable but if you have any issues you have no support. Stick to locally based companies with proper customer service - It’s worth the money.

I absolutely love my faucet. Just installed.The product is very sturdy and came within a couple of days. I plan to order another type of faucets in a week or so. My brother in law loved the faucet so much, that he purchased the same one as I did.

I bought an item for $42. When it was being shipped, DHL (the courier they hired) said that I have to pay $21 for "customs". I decided that I want to return and get a refund. But their return policy is that I have to pay to ship the item back to China. And that they won't refund the money that their courier charged me. So basically, I have to spend a considerable amount of money to get a refund of $42. All this after I already spent $62. Not worth dealing with this shady company in China. Their website looks legit but there are a lot of fine print you have to carefully read.

I purchased the Pena Rustic Vintage 12 light Chandelier and it was shipped within a reasonable time and arrived in perfect condition. Assembly of the light was labor intensive but worth the effort. Hanging the fixture was straightforward. If you have previous experience installing light fixtures, you shouldn't have any trouble. The chandelier is gorgeous and exactly what I wanted for the space!

I ordered the Pena Rustic 5 light Chandelier. It’s absolutely beautiful! Most lights that were this style were extremely high in price. I feel like the chandelier was great quality for the value. My husband and I installed it in a little under an hour. Shipping and Customer service were all excellent. I’m very happy with this light fixture!

Im not sure where all these good reviews came from and i read those reviews and purchased my dining table and waited 12 weeks instead of 5 to 8 weeks only to get a cheap dining table. The material its horribale the gold legs of dining table its painted in gold uneven. Stay away people its coming from china and its bad quality nothing like in pictures. Be aware

Made an order back in January and now month later they didn’t proceed with my order ! Because of corona virus I was told they closing manufacture until the situation stabilized! I didn’t received my refund yet ! They are not notifying customers about the corona virus situation from the beginning!

I have purchased two pieces of sofa! It looks EXACTLY as pictured and is absolutely stunning. The velvet is so soft to the touch, and it feels sturdy and high quality. This low price and high quality would be better if I could give six stars.
