About as fake as it can be. A company named Warwick Estates has 4.5 stars. It has only one star and 5-star reviews. It is obvious when you read the reviews that the 1 stars are genuine and the 5 stars are fake and generated to offset the terrible but truthful reviews. What can be done about a supposedly consumer-helpful organisation that is bent?

Thay asked me my opinnion about the service of a company when i rented a car. I expressed my satisfaction with a good genuine comment and they have withdrawn my comment and telling me that their software have detected my comment is not genuine. So they acuse me I am a fraud but after several emails they still don´t give me a clear explanation even on i have given them clear explanation and proof that my opinion is genuine. I don´t care about this company anymore.

Not a trust worthy review platform at all. I put in a bad review of a holiday company which was really bad. I noticed there were a lot of other bad reviews. Then the holiday company asked Trust Pilot to remove them as they were not with guidelines. They then started to post up fake 5 star reviews which were eveidently fake. These were flagged by myself and a lot of other people but Trust Pilot kept these up and took down the negative ones again. This means that potential customers for this travel company will not be getting a balance review of this company and may well book on the 5 star reviews which are not real. A very poor company and cannot be trusted to post real reviews and let the customer decide, not the travel company. Absolutely appalling. Please do not go by these reviews. This platform seems not biased and leaves all reviews. Thank you

Totally agree with the comment about Warwick Estates Property Management and their reviews on Trust Pilot. Don't trust anything Nick Rich at Warwick Estates says. He tells blatant lies, he's untrustworthy, and the company he works for profits by cheating leaseholders in an unregulated sector. As for Trust Pilot, they make money from companies subscribing to their service so want to keep their customers happy which may be from allowing fake 5 star reviews being posted.

I am so happy I bought my new stroller the Zeta Sail from baby travel. First of all the delivery was so quick I received my order in less than 2 days. Secondly it arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend the baby travel as I had 0 problems with my order and I am extremely happy with the zeta Sail pram it is by far the best lightweight stroller I’ve ever used. The pram it’s self Is very good value for money but looks so expensive. It has a tablet pocket, sun shade, extendable hood and the material is lovely and thick.

Do not buy from this company unless you are willing to accept extremely poor customer service. They will not refund or replace damage items and enjoy fobbing you off. I brought a travel cot only 3 months ago, it broke and all I can get them to do is keep asking me to watch you tube videos on how to assemble it. It is broken there is nothing to learn.

Had a delivery from dewi and Mark today,they were both very friendly and helpful towards me.weather was very icy conditions but they both helpful and brought my wardrobes in my house for me no problem.thank you both very much.1 happy customer.

I ordered a safe 3 in 1 travel system for the iminent arrival of my grandchild everything went fine, I paid on my visa credit card. I was sent an email saying they would notify me when item is despatched by baby travel uk....
My order was cancelled a week later. After ringing customer services I was told the only way to get my order sent, was if I pay through paypal, despite there being no problems with my card. I would be very careful dealing with this company. As this is the first time in 20 years I have been told that, if I want an order sent out, I will have to change my payment method....

In answer to your reply what a crock! I've had the card for nearly 2 years I have excelent credit score I ordered the item in my name, to my address, using my card that is registered to my address, so please do not make things up to justify your actions. I have contacted my bank the payment been authorised and has been payed to baby travel uk.
There is no problems and never has been any problems with my card.

3rd reply to baby travels 3rd edit There was no fraud appart from the lies you continue to post and the more you keep editing this the more replies I will add .after reading through your reviews you have a large amount of complaints maybe you should start prioritising customers and give a better service rather than alienating them and continuing to print lies.

They said warranty and everything but in real life is not because,
I order item I resive item in 3 days wen I open buggy it was faulty,
I send them pictures and they said no problems send back,
They don’t said anything abut we send you new on,
Wen they resive item after I asked them how long gonna be take to resive another then they said we check first this if not sort out this we send another it like fool?
Who gonna buy faulty item?
Wen asked for refund they said we send you you resive in 3,5 days ,
And of the day I open cash on PayPal and PayPal give me refund so please be aware to like this seller

Good products and after a few hiccups with changing one seat unit, we are happy now.

Our pram was great for about 7 months , then we could not collapse it , so we contacted baby travel , and I got no reply , so I decided we would use this one for school and get a cheap stroller for the car . Then the break kept coming on when pushing the pram , and the worse thing was the zip broke from the main hood whilst my wife was pushing our 13 month old and he fell straight through and nearly went onto the floor , this was very scary for him whilst asleep. My wife emailed many travel , and they blamed us for the not being able to collapse ... and said the pram looked fine , except the picture clearly shows the zip is broken and the pram is now completely unusable . We are still waiting for replies from them, but my wife at the moment has to carry out baby 4 miles a day whilst taking our daughter to school as we cannot afford a decent pram , as the stroller is just no good for long distance .grrrrrrrr don't buy from these people as they have crap customer services, and no compassion ...

Ordered a high chair for a really good price from this company and received it 2 days later with no problems whatsoever.
I was kept updated throughout from placing the order until it arrived.
The high chair is excellent so I’m very happy!

I have not used it yet however the pram system has arrived completely in love with it so easy to put together, easy to push can't wait to put my little one In it comes with everythin that is needed and will certainly be ordering again if needed in future fast delivery, all packaged accordingly,

For the price i would of thought you would get a arain cover plus within 3 to 4 day orserin price gone down at least 100 plus had to pay xtra for bag thinkin of sendin it bk as seen it for cheaper

I purchased the isafe sail stroller from them back in July I emailed them about the wheel being dodgey but they never responded so then I messaged them on Facebook they told me to email them again which I did but still didn't get a response so I messaged them again on Facebook but still haven't had a reply I've been unable to use the stroller and I've had to purchase another 1
