Extremely poor service, no-one seemed to know what was going on with the order and instead of it taking 6 weeks (which is what we told when we bought it), it took nearly 11 weeks............by anyone's standards this is extremely poor.
We won't be shopping with you again.

We purchased a leather 2 seat and 3 seat sofa and it arrived within the expected time frame. However, we were advised the 2 seater came apart as we ordered recliners to get it in our house but when it came it was not in two pieces and we had to get out a glazier to remove a window to get it inside!
The delivery drivers were very patient waiting for the glaziers to arrive and we thank them for their understanding. This could have been avoided with more correct information when we purchased..

Delivery was first thing in the morning which was brilliant. People that delivered the bed were very helpful and chatty :) will buy again in future

Pleasant very helpfull staff as I have experienced over the years since the 1980s. Your delivery men are likewise very pleasant to deal,with. No doubt I will be back again. Well done.

Haskins service was good, but we are disappointed with the 10year warranty on the La-z- Boy Vienna power recliners, as reading into the terms and conditions after the first year you have to pay a £50 call out charge if you need to contact them!!! This certainly doesn't seem to be a 10 year warrany, if you have to pay whenever you have a fault. Please advise if we have read this wrong.

We were given a timescale of 4 weeks delivery, but our mattress was delivered not even 2 weeks after purchase! We are in LOVE with our mattress and the serviced provided at Haskins was brilliant.

We have bought a lot over the last few yrs from Haskins and have always been totally satisfied with the excellent service and quality of the goods
In particular we would like to highlight the wonderful service help and support we have always got from Hazel not just for beds but for all other purchases ( and Sue)

After an initial disappointment that the beds would not arrive on the stated date of 5 March when they did come the delivery men arrived promptly, were very efficient and friendly. We are very pleased with the beds.

We bought a bed & mattress from them 20 years ago, bought a new mattress 10 years ago & now have just bought another new bed & mattress. Think this says we like the service, do what they say when they say they will, thank you.

Unfortunately we had to wait over 4 weeks later than expected for our sofabed. Haskins explained it was a courier issue but I was very disappointed that we had to continually chase the order Haskinds did not keep us informed even though they knew we needed the bed for visitors. It was only in the last week before delivery they kept us in touch at my insistence. We want to support local businesses but were very disappointed with the customer service this time.

Buying experience good delivery on time but installation faulty

the knob and backing plate on mirror doors was missing

Julie told of this and promised replacement so far nothing has happened

I understand the delay in getting replacement from Germany but time is

going by an update would be useful

Unfortunately, Haskins had problems with the Supplier, which were beyond their control, and results in me selecting 3 stars , when it should have been 5.
I will still consider future purchases from Haskins,

I bought a Parkner Knoll recliner recently. It was delivered satisfactorily in good time. However, I was very disappointed with the quality of the chair which was not up to the standard expected. As its required legally I contacted the store the day after delivery. My conversation with the manager was less than sympathetic - like it was my problem with no offer of recourse other than an assessment from Parkner Knoll. My subsequent email to the Manager at Shepton requesting a refund was ignored - I await a response after 2 weeks.

A so called independent assessor came today to "assess" the chair despite my request for a refund on the grounds the chair was unstable and not fit for purpose.

I have been a customer of this store for some years and had good quality service and goods up to now. I expected more from Haskins as legally they have the responsibility to either put things right or replace, refund on items not up to standard. I am now stuck with a chair I cannot use and will not have a suitable chair for Christmas. The store also has what I paid for the chair - nearly £900.

I continue to await for a satisfactory resolution....

I have rated you badly because I did not have a purchase or delivery on the 1st November. On the 31st I ordered new sitting room furniture for which I am still awaiting delivery. My bedroom furniture was ordered a long time ago and likewise was delivered to me a long time ago. The delivery men were excellent
