Excellent from start to finish and delivered in 4 weeks instead of 6.

Friendly, helpful and I believe the sofa arrived within a day or two of expected delivery date.

Nice company at first sign, helpful staff, but we are disappointed with the quality of our sofa as it is much firmer to sit on in comparison with the one we tried in the showroom and seating part is continuously sliding off. Also, the finish of sofa, for the money we paid we would rate as poor.

I would definitely by from them again, although there were complications in the delivery since two companies were potentially involved which caused some confusion prior to delivery. However, all is well that ends well and I am very happy with the product.

I loved the whole journey from swatch delivery, choosing my bed and then awaiting delivery - all of which were seamless and I was let up to date all the way through - did I mention my Isabella Turquoise Super King Bed is AMAZING

I was very impressed with their website to start with but first noticed them in the colour supplement of the Times. I was wanting a velvet sofa. I visited them in their warehouse down in Surrey and found their salesgirls very very pleasant not pushy. I had a look at fabrics and they followed that up with samples beautifully packaged which helped me to decide which material to go for. I then went down to place an order and was informed there were a few weeks to wait for completion.
I duly paid a deposit as one can and decided to pay it off in instalments. It all went so well and delivery was superb but right at the end there was a hitch over the wrong legs for the sofa and found myself in a bit of a disagreement with them.
But apart from that I would highly recommend them.

This was my third purchase from LYH, having previously bought a blanket box a long time ago and then the Henrietta bed a couple of years ago, both items were extremely well made and of a high quality, fabrics are gorgeous.

The sofa and chair arrived very well wrapped and were carefully unpacked by the delivery team.

However, the delivery time scheduled for the products was later than originally promised and then an issue with the cost of delivery for a Saturday, but it was all sorted out quickly by LYH to my satisfaction.

Upon unwrapping there was a small mark on the bottom of the chair and sofa which I contacted LYH immediately, they responded promptly and sorted it straight away.

6 months on the fabric (stain resistant velvet) has worn well dropped a few things on it and I wipe off quickly it has not stained at all and it is a very light colour (dove grey) there is only my husband and I so not a lot of traffic, but it is keeping its shape and no pressure marks as yet.

We have visited LYH showroom/barn quite a few times, I found it really helpful to see a lot of the different products and variations plus fabrics etc. Staff always polite and helpful.

Based on my experiences I would not hesitate to recommend LYH and their products.

This was our first order with LYH and we will certainly look to order further pieces in the future.
The quality of the furniture was excellent and the delivery during the 32 degree heat of the day was beyond our expectations. Just a slight delay in the order arriving meant 4 rather 5 stars. Would have no hesitation in ordering more.

I had been looking for a sofa to suit a specific space for more than a year. A couple of failed attempts but then I found LYH... The service was outstanding from the moment I first called them. They got me in to their wonderful showroom and already had a very clear idea of what they thought would work for my space... ultimately they were able to modify one of their designs to create exactly what I needed. Great helpful guy although busy when we were there but he made the effort to speak to us rather than ignore which most companies do.....he was very good.
