I could not find a store locally that carried the Reverie brand. I had tried one at Mattress Firm but it was a base model. Bed Planet had the model I wanted. We spoke on the phone to the sales rep, got it ordered and a week later it was here. The Reverie brand is the quietest adjustable base and most comfortable base I have ever tried. We shopped for 2 months every weekend but the Reverie was the best. The price was awesome everything was exactly as promised!!! If we buy more beds, we will buy from Bed Planet only!!! Hi Tanner, Just wanted to let you know that the Malouf bases were delivered yesterday. My wife and I got them in the house and set them up. Everything appears to be working fine. The bases fit perfectly into our bed frame. You'd never know that we replaced our box springs. The only issue we noticed when we were lifting them off a wooden pallet is that they used a broken pallet. The bottom box was actually sitting on exposed nails that went right into the box. My wife and I had our fingers crossed that the exposed nails didn't damage the adjustable bed. Once we got it in the house assembled the legs and turned it over, everything looked ok. Luckily the piece of foam that was in the box proceed the base from damage. II'm thinking that the Distribution Center in Ohio didn't use an appropriate wooden pallet or the pallet was broken during transit. I just wanted to bring it to your attention. Everything else worked out great. I'd like to than you and your colleagues for all your help in purchasing the Malouf S755. Be safe! Bob

I received my email with the policy attached. Thank you for your help and I love my new chair my husband is using an it is really helping him with a,shoulder and hand problem. So glad I found this!,never knew anything like this existed. I was paying $120.00 a month for massages. I will pay for this chair in little over a year. I was even able to use my Flex spending money put aside for massage to pay for it. Great invention!

My only problem was with the shipping. Most shipping now-days updates when merchandise ships & is easy to track if not updates on all stops. After being left in the dark on package delivery date, 2 weeks is all i had to go by & a very sketchy app that maybe tracked. i found out my package was to be delivered the next day so a week early yay! But sounded to me it requires a signature, i had to ask 8f it did strange & it did, surprise. i couldn't get the time off work in such short notice. Shipping said they will drop off but i was made to reply to an email stating if package or contents is damaged they were not at fault. Not very cool experience not to mention for & large heavy item etc.

After making my purchase, going on 3 weeks now, I have inquired, through the chat system set up on Bed Planet`s website, about the progress on my purchase, three(3) times. The first time I was asked to leave my email, of which I did. The second time I was instructed to do the same by the answering chat person, and I have yet to get an update on my purchase. It`s bee 5 days since last inquiry. At least get back to me. Even if there`s no progress. Very poor customer service. At this stage of our existence, the money we spend isn`t taken lightly and our time is worth more than any can muster to imagine. POOR, POOR, POOR!!!!

I bought a set of two Twin XL (split King) Leggett and Plate S-Cape+ recently. Very happy with the purchase, 10 year-warranty was available if necessary. I took off one star since I wish there can be more seamless delivery status tracking. Once the order was submitted, It took 5 days to ship out of the warehouse. Once out of the whse, I lost track of it. I had to call the trucking company and inquire the status myself. Once communication was established, the next call was on the day delivery was performed. The guys were about 1-2 hours late, however they are friendly. They helped install the adjustable bed to the headboard using a part that I supplied, not originally came with the delivery. They also cleaned up and removed the packaging from my home. Overall I recommend this purchase to others.

Saw a CR review, ordered the mattress by phone and 7 days later 2 polite, strong men delivered it and removed the old on. Perfect.

Had a heck of a time getting mattress took weeks, NC warehouse lost it. Really like our mattress.

I looked all over NJ trying to find this consumer reports top rated mattress and found it online at Bedplanet since it's made here in NJ I was hesitant to order it online. I called Bedplanet and talked to them and they said yes it would be shipped within NJ. The price was exactly right I got the free box spring and a discount so I ordered the cover for the mattress also. The delivery was perfect I was very pleased with this company and definitely recommend buying a mattress from them. This made mattress shopping very easy love the brand and comfort.

Better price and BedPlanet delivered my mattress 1 day sooner than could local stores. Was real easy to place order and have no regrets with this company!

Mattress was delivered in one week on the day they promised, albeit a little later. Price was the lowest around on eBay. Delivered in bags and protected (no tears). Great service! Highly recommend. I would buy again from Bedplanet.com.

We have an Ashley Porter Storage Platform bed and there are really only two adjustable bases that will work with it. I ordered the Sunrise for two reasons, one my bed is the one in the instruction manual so it was really made for it and two, the other type uses many slats instead of a flat base which would void the warranty on our mattress. I purchased here because they had the best price around. My only advice would be to take the savings and spend it on white glove delivery if you bedroom is not on the first floor. The base is HEAVY and in the case of Queen size, it's the same size as a queen mattress.

After applied all coupons, bedplanet.com is the cheapest mattresses seller on the Internet that I could able to found. They will save you at latest $300 compare with bricks and mortar store.

Have had the bed for 2 days. So far, my husband and I really like it. We seem to have less aches and pains in the morning.

We were promised to receive our king size mattress within two weeks and it arrived exactly on time. This is after ordering the same mattress from another large on-line retailer, waiting a month with no word, and finally having to give up and get a refund. I highly recommend Bedplanet!

I like to shop local but I saved 25% (after rebate) buying from BedPlanet.com. That was too good of deal to pass up! Shipping was reasonably quick and delivery was a breeze.

I had this mattress in different sizes and unable to find in a king. Bed Planet had what I needed at a price much less than I paid previous. Shipping was 2 weeks as expected, the freight company was a little backed up so I just went there and picked up. So glad I made this purchase

Before I ordered from bedplanet.com, I went to a local department store to test out some mattresses and was very impressed with the Sealy hybrid model. Bedplanet.com beat their price by a few hundred dollars and delivered it to me and set it up for no charge. The customer service reps are very friendly and the mattress was delivered to me in 9 days.
