We bought our sofa from furniture village about 9 months ago, I can honestly say that this is the most expensive sofa we have ever bought, unfortunately it is also the most uncomfortable one too. The cushions are inadequately filled and collapse as soon as they’re sat on and the feather back cushions are a nightmare that always look untidy. This sofa is definitely not worth the price we paid and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED After careful consideration ie: visiting Collins and Hayes showroom in Nottingham, sending for their brochure and several swabs of material, we decided to order two Heath sofas from Russell Dean in Mytholmroyd. After eight weeks the sofas were delivered on the 18th April 2019. Approximately eight weeks after delivery my wife noticed that the smaller sofa which stood near a window had discoloured badly. We contacted Russell Dean and Collins and Hayes and were told it had discoloured due to direct sunlight (April and May were fairly dull months), and if placed near a window we should have tilted the blinds, drawn the curtains or covered the sofa with a throw in sunny weather. We were not informed of any of these things when ordering the sofas otherwise we would not have purchased them and the Collins and Hayes brochure displays several of their sofas standing in front of large windows with no curtains or blinds and not a throw in sight. So take the advice of a couple of very unhappy pensioners, if you intend purchasing Collins and Hayes sofas from Russell Dean or any other retailer to stand near a window and you don’t want to live in the dark or cover your sofa every time the sun shines, think carefully before buying. Ordered a couch and some house accessories. Delivery was 8 to 10 business days. Final delivery nearly a month. Cancelled and requested a refund. Has to do it separately per product.. Worst experience. Never would have imagined a chic shop like this would be so shitty. Will never buy here again.

I bought 2 long vinyl runners for a wooden floor in a kitchen. Only 1 arrived, the other never turned up. The lady on the phone began speaking to me in french and then when she started speaking english said she couldn't help me. Filled in online forms twice and still no response. Out of pocket. Dreadful website and after sales service.

My money was taken since AUGUST 5, 2014! That is almost two months and I have been given the run around by Tom the salesmen who was wonderful, and quick to take my over $10,000.00. I have been promised a refund of $300.00 so far for my troubles by Shanna which I am yet to see, Rock was so rude to me and toldy hus and that "he can't imagine what he is living because an unhappy wife is an unhappy life". This company steals your money for weeks and the amount of phone calls which are ignored and voice mails are never returned and emails that they pretend were never received are not worth the money you save to use this compnay. My time is worth more than that! Also, they use the tactic of throwing the manufacturer of the furniture under the bus and the delivery company under the bus to the point that I have called these people myself. They say they don't have any control bc the manufacturer delivers straight from their warehouse and they can't control any of this. If that is the case, they should NOT sell any of those items and they shouldn't steal people's money for months before things are even shipped. Really sickening and the positive ratings on here have to be bogus.

I ordered the Jackson Lawson Sectional on April 22 and asked several questions to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I am not a picky person so it was a pretty easy sale and I was so excited about getting a new couch. Man, what a nightmare it turned out to be! I was promised a 10-15 day delivery from the beginning. However, knowing that furniture can take a long time to ship, I asked the sales representative how long the shipping would "really" take. He informed me it would be 4-6 weeks and I appreciated the honesty. So far so good. When I called in at 4 weeks, I was assured my couch would be arriving soon. By this time I was 8 months and some change pregnant and I had no couch to sit on because we got new floors installed in our home and needed to get rid of our old couch. I called in again at 6 weeks and I was told the couch would not even leave the shipping facility for another 6 weeks! I started to panic because my baby would be here long before then and I needed a place to sit! I spoke to 3 reps (no one was willing to connect me to a manager no matter how hard I tried) and I got nowhere on why my couch had not shipped. I was assured a call back within the week. By the next week, I had received no call. This went on for another week (me calling over and over to get answers and receiving no calls back) so finally I decided I would ask for a refund. When I tried to cancel the rep tried to talk me out of it by offering me the "white glove service" (where they place the couch in any room you desire) and no other refund! But I had already purchased the white glove service so they were offering me nothing for taking an extra 7 weeks to deliver my couch, which I paid $2640 for!! This was simply unacceptable so finally I cancelled my order. Low and behold, I went to Badcock Furniture the next day and ordered the same couch for $500 less, got delivery for $59, and they placed it in the room I wanted for no extra charge. Also, I ordered my couch on a Thursday and it was in my house by the following Monday! Unfortunately, 2 weeks after cancelling my order, I still have not received my refund from sofas and sectionals but I am calling every few days to check on it. I was just told today that the "processing department" has a lot of orders to refund so it may take a while... I bet you have a lot of refunds... your customer service and service in general is horrific! Do the smart thing and save yourself some frustration... DO NOT buy from this company! The customer service is SO BAD! Reps told me over and over they would call me back and not ONE of them ever did!

Less than two weeks from visiting the store our new sofa was delivered! We had seen Natuzzi sofas in some of the well known furniture stores but didn't want to pay the prices they were advertising! Did a bit of research and came across Furnimax. We were apprehensive about buying over the internet so as Accrington was only an hour and half away we decided to make a visit. They were so helpful and patient whilst we chose our sofas, helping with measuring etc. We did not feel pressurised into buying on the day and were in fact spoilt for choice! We also bought a fabulous rug there too! The delivery men were very helpful - there was a mix up with the rug as the wrong one was being delivered but they were very patient whilst we were sorting out the misunderstanding regarding the rug and Furnimax did everything possible to make sure we received the right rug. It arrived the following day by courier so when I came home from work that evening it was in place and finished off my lounge perfectly. It was a pleasure dealing with Furnimax would recommend all our friends and family who are thinking of buying new sofas to visit . It was well worth the trip to Accrington!

No delivery took place so far....despite payment in March and numerous requests for feedback. Mr Muzzi nor the company responded to the multiple requests. I would surely not recommend them...

I ordered 6 chairs, they asked me for a prepayment, now I know why. Out of 6 chairs 4 waggle so hard, that we can't use them. The chairs in general are of poor quality. I've sent 5 e-mails and never received an answer when I called they asked me to send more photos, I sent photos and a video and again no answer. They refused to pay back the money and take their chairs back. I will never order again from this website.

Abysmal experience with a side order of cynical customer-blaming tactics. Ordered a sofa from this branch and five months later the delivery arrived—it was the wrong orientation, the opposite of what we had ordered. The delivery guys—who were very nice—said that they couldn’t take it away, that ‘customer care’ would call. Predictably, they did not, so we followed up and thus ensued a week of hell, dealing with toxic, customer-blaming, off-the-script, computer-says-no helpline and in-store people. This was not an impulse buy; we measured the showroom model carefully and ascertained that the size and orientation was a fit for our lounge. Yet—repeatedly—we were accused of having ordered the wrong version and of ‘not checking the docket’ before leaving—apparently the onus is on the customer to decipher the alphanumeric code that represents your purchase at the POS and flag any errors that the staff have made (for example, entering a couch with the opposite orientation to the one you asked for.) Eventually we settled for the showroom model, which is the correct orientation (we had asked 5 months previous if they could sell us this, but it was ‘not allowed’.) Perplexingly, the staff remembered every detail of our original visit, except for the bit where we asked for the floor model—a request that validated our position that the wrong orientation had been entered. Anyway, here we are sitting on our used couch we waited 5 months for and paid full price for, no apologies, no discount…just bitter memories of dealing with a shoddy, unprincipled company.

I ordered this sofa 3 weeks ago.. I was told using the online chat that if I ordered this sofa today that it would be delivered the following Tuesday. I was in need of a sofa quickly so I double checked and they explained they have checked and there was a driver in my area on that day so would be delivered then. I waited till the following Tuesday and i had no contact from them what so ever except the confirmation of purchase. I rang them every day and each time they said they would get someone to ring me back and that never happened. They tell you what you want to hear on the phone. Another week passed and was told several different things. I rang up yesterday which was 3 weeks after original delivery and they've now moved it back till next week again. I'm 99% sure this is just a delaying tactic and they have no intention of fulfilling this date either. I have had no phone calls or emails to resolve this. I requested a refund yesterday and now have to wait a week for this. AVOID

I have already reviewed this company, but wanted to give an update. When I reviewed them on Trustpilot, they tried to claim that the review was not about them, and then, that I was not a customer. After supplying proof, they eventually succeeded in having the review removed because the purchase was more than 12 months old. Do NOT trust lovesofas OR Trustpilot.

I have a 15 year old Ikea couch, lets see if I can get 15 more out of it. I just bought new cushion foam & this cover makes my couch look new. I like the backing fabric, it has a nap and so it grabs the cushions & stops them from moving. I will probably order another when I can decide what color.

I order cover for my 3 seat Kivik sofa and received it 2 weeks later but the covers where small I wrote them asking for replacement because my husband and I really liked the quality of the leader covers and had quick response asking for pictures I send them and they where agreed to send me replacement which was on 14.11.19 and still waiting for it to be delivered. Chuck, whom I was communicating was very helpful I was quite surprised I wasn’t expecting too much from them but was wrong. I hope this time to be the correct size and to be delivered on time. I will be giving them full stars if everything is Ok with the replacement.
