I have a 15 year old Ikea couch, lets see if I can get 15 more out of it. I just bought new cushion foam & this cover makes my couch look new. I like the backing fabric, it has a nap and so it grabs the cushions & stops them from moving. I will probably order another when I can decide what color.

I order cover for my 3 seat Kivik sofa and received it 2 weeks later but the covers where small I wrote them asking for replacement because my husband and I really liked the quality of the leader covers and had quick response asking for pictures I send them and they where agreed to send me replacement which was on 14.11.19 and still waiting for it to be delivered. Chuck, whom I was communicating was very helpful I was quite surprised I wasn’t expecting too much from them but was wrong. I hope this time to be the correct size and to be delivered on time. I will be giving them full stars if everything is Ok with the replacement.

Got covers for the seat cushions of the couch to protect from dog claws scratching the leather. Happy that fabric swatches were available to choose between colors and materials to match the other cushions we didn't cover. Glad to have personal comunication with a representative who helped make sure my custom dimensions were exact, and helped correct an ordering error I made.

Ordering the samples was ok took forever to show up in the US - OK fine (like 3 4 weeks) used their weird order sheet ordered paid never heard back 3 weeks later got an email form an Omar (who according to google is in the philippines and a online assistant for the company) asking how my measurements were gong ?? What the What ?? emailed him back with the email with the order asked what the status was of order NOTHING Sent 2 help desk tickets to Comfort Works for clarification NOTHING who runs a business like this --- I have the email trail this is not some dope trying to bad mouth the business I mean damn - I just wanted a slip cover and at over $600 I can just go buy a new coach ffs

I ordered Manstad Back Pillow Covers - Tweed grey to replace my old IKEA covers. Worked out perfect!!! Arrived in a month to the US great quality and great packaging.

The quality is very good but my two couch cushions have zippers sewn on the wrong side and I am being blamed for my measurements and having to pay for the replacements as well as waiting months for these covers that I ordered in December. I will never use your company again.

I am happy with the sofa cover itself but not really happy about service... I was charged extra 24GBP "import charge" and I would appreciate if this information was more visible for customers when at the final point of purchase.

We bought two chairs from IKEA for our house in France. We saw from the IKEA catalogue that loose covers were available, but when we asked IKEA in London, they said that they did not do them. So we ordered them direct, they arrived very promptly and are an excellent fit. We are very pleased with them, and with the service that we received.

I ordered 2 sets of covers for my Ikea sofas and from the beginning Comfort Works were very efficient and helpful. The covers arrived quickly and beautifully packaged but unfortunately the cushion covers were too big. It was not a problem though and they were quickly made again to the measurements I sent and again arrived beautifully packaged at no extra cost even refunding me the duty I was charged by the courier. The quality of the covers is excellent and customer service extremely fast helpful and friendly.

I have a Pottery Barn Basic sofa that's about 20 years old. Time and pets had taken their toll on the loft of my cushions, so I wasn't expecting perfection with a replacement cover. However, I was extremely pleased with the fit and quality of the slipcover from Comfort Works. I was expecting the covers to be pretty wrinkled when I received them from being folded for shipment, but they were nearly perfectly pressed. They went on easily and even included the velcro piece that helped fit the sides under the rolled arms. The fabric exceeded my expectations for quality and the stitching is perfect. I had to make a switch from my original Pottery Barn velvet to the Comfort Works Everyday Tweed fabric and even though I ordered a swatch, I was pleasantly surprised that the fabric was not thin and cheap feeling. The minute I took it out of the package I thought, "oh this is nice." I had some communication with the company while my order was in process and I am very pleased with the level of responsiveness I received from them. The slipcover is shipped from China and only took two days to get to me in the US once it was shipped. The shipper also followed my directions for where to leave the package. For what I received, the price is well worth it. Pottery Barn charges 3 times as much and I can no longer get a color to match my decor from them. Comfort Works had a nice selection of fabrics and colors. I would recommend a slipcover from Comfort Works for anyone with a Pottery Barn Basic sofa.

I’ve been looking for someone to make slip covers for our couch for over 3 years. When I came across Comfort Works I was hesitant - working with a company overseas seemed impossible to orchestrate accurately...yet I hadn’t found any other options so figured it worth a try. I received my package last week and still catch myself gazing at their handiwork. I’m planning to have them make covers for my chair and ottoman next...beyond satisfied!

I received an excellent, durable cover for my Karlstad love seat and chaise. I am very happy with the final results and will definitely use Comfort Works again. Yes, it took a bit of time with a lot of back and forth, but this was a happy outcome, as I would have ended up with the wrong covers due to user error. I needed a new slipcover for my 20 year old Pottery Barn “PB Basic” sofa and did not want to pay for a slipcover from PB that would cost me the same as I paid for the sofa back then. I received my slipcover today. It it fabulous and fits perfectly. The quality is great and the fabric is soft and cozy and a beautiful teal. I love it and highly recommend.

Received my replacement yesterday and they now fitting well and the quality of the leather is amazing.
