DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I ordered 4 bath mats which were described as 1000mm x 600mm. There was no mention at all in the size description that this size can differ meaningfully from these measurements. When I received the items, all of them are different lengths and none of them are 1000mm long - they ranged from 1040-1060 in length. They do not fit in the spaces that I required them to and when I sent this to the customer service department, they merely told me in a nonchalant way that there can be a 5% discrepancy in size. They totally ignored the fact that I cannot use these items at all due to this issue and that all the money I spent on this order was essentially wasted, they made no effort to help or fix the issue at all and were just dismissive. I then replied saying that I thought their reply was quite ridiculous (as it had not tried to help resolve my issue at all but just had dismissed the fact they had delivered something different to what I had ordered) and their reply was "Thank you for your reply. We sincerely lament the fact that you consider our response ridiculous". So rather than sensing a customer's frustration, they chose to use extreme sarcasm. Never in my life have I encountered an attitude like this with a post sales issue and I hope never to again. I will NEVER EVER use this company again.

Ahhh OK! So it all makes sense now. I wanted to order a new picnic rug and cushions - saw some gorgeous ones on this website. Purchased and paid via PayPal. Email then received from PayPal saying the transaction was under review (?) - odd as I use PayPal all of the time and never had this before. PayPal then cancelled my payment. I tried again... exactly the same “ PayPal is required to review certain transactions in order to minimise risk for us or our customers. The payment you sent is currently being reviewed and we will complete this process within 72 hours. This review involves this transaction only and does not affect the use of your PayPal account”. Latest update from PayPal is that both payment are cancelled - I figured at this point PayPal knew more than I did so I headed over to google for some reviews on this company... bingo! Thank you PayPal for protecting me! ??

I had the best experience with this company, their customer service is superb, their prices are unbeatable and i live in a 5th floor walk up and the delivery guys delivered my sofa and mattress up to the 5th floor free of charge bec shipping over a certain amount is free. Not only that, but i had asked to remove my previous sofa and put it on the curb and they did it, considering that the old clunky sofa had to be broken into pieces in order to be carried out. They really went above and beyond, i dont know of a single other company that would do this and not even try to charge you an arm and a leg for it!!! I'm sooo happy that I chose this company and will definitely buy from them in the future, they got themselves a loyal customer now! :)

Good day I would give the Emily bed AND Furniture NYC 10 stars based on my experience and the results of getting a truly outstanding looking bedroom set. The Emily king size bedroom set. I am an avid internet shopper on all sorts of stuff mostly electronics and computers but this is my first foray in buying furniture sight unseen. Risky business as one can never really tell what the quality will be until it is in front of you. Well the Emily bedroom set EXCEEDED my expectations. A quality built bedroom set with an outstanding look and feel. Do not get put off by the paper veneer description. This is a solidly built bed with nightstands and dresser. The dresser alone was over 220 lbs with a fantastic looking cherry finish. No way can you tell it is a veneer. FurnitureStoreNYC sales and support staff were above and beyond throughout the sales\delivery process. I was helped by a gentlemen who knew this bedroom set well and answered all my questions in detail. I had special delivery needs that he not only was willing to work with BUT actually delivered upon as requested and on time. After the sale I received a confirmation email and a call to advise me that the set was ready for delivery and that they would hold it as requested and deliver on the date I wanted. I received a call the day before to confirm delivery time. A call from the driver ½ hour before delivery and the 2 gentlemen who delivered and setup the entire set were great. Obviously they knew what they were doing and were well worth the ridiculously low price for the setup fee. By far the cheapest gold glove delivery fee I have ever seen and well worth it IMHO. I cannot say enough positives about the experience from beginning to end. Thank all of you at The Furniture Store NYC C.H. from Port Washington NY

Where to start? We ordered our bed on the 20th of June and picked a delivery date (which wasn’t the earliest available at the time) of the 27th of JULY. All seemed well, our bed had 2 parts stating ‘ready to be picked’ (see pics). And the last item, the ‘side rails’ stated that they were ‘in production’. The problems started about a week ago. I received a random email saying that our delivery date had changed. But I hadn’t requested or asked for it to be. So I went on the website and changed it back to the 27th. A couple days went past and I get the same email. Stating a different delivery date. So I changed it once again. Fine. Again about 3 days ago we received another email, saying that it’s been changed once again. This time I was unable to change the delivery date back to the 27th. I had specifically booked this date as I was off work. I am a key worker so cannot get time off with the click of a finger, like some people. So I emailed customer service and was told the earliest I will receive my bed will be the 2nd of August. So I tried to change it to that on the website. But the website will not accept it and is now stating 7th (see pics). Frustrating. After back and forward emails, I am being told that a bed I ordered (MID JUNE), won’t arrive till MID AUGUST?! Due to COVID-19. I’m sorry but what a ridiculous excuse. I understand things are taking longer than usual but this is beyond a joke now. I also have just checked and now, the items that were ‘ready to be picked’ state that they are ‘in production’?! What is that all about? (See pics) We picked the date too because we are moving into a new property and do not have a bed to sleep in now! I feel betrayed, let down. I had heard good things about this company but will never use them again if this can’t be resolved and they sort their stuff out and deliver my bed by the planned date of 27th July. I have also just put the exact bed details into the system on their website and are now being told on there, that the earliest the bed can be delivered is the 3rd Aug?! So I have to wait for mine till the 7th, but someone ordering now can have it earlier? (See pics) WHAT IS GOING ON? Arista living you are making, what is already an extremely stressful time, 10x worse that I can ever imagine it getting!! DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM HERE RIGHT NOW. You’ll be told false promises.

I bought expensive faucets and a tub faucet from Decorplanet.com to the tune of $2500 in advance of a bathroom renovation project. They did not bother to contact me to let me know that the faucets had been discontinued. By the time I realized that I hadn't received the items and called them, I had very few choices of other faucets that were available and that I could get in time. I'd spent tens of hours picking the first choice. I had to make repeated calls and worked with 3 customer service agents before I found one who actually helped me find new ones. Then they fired that helpful person. In the meantime, I bought a number of matching and very expensive robe hooks and towel rings. They were all very late in arriving, there were very confusing communications about their shipping, and some were never even sent--again until I called AGAIN and asked where they were. Everything was so delayed that by the time I could install them, I realized that most of the hooks and rings didn't work. When I tried to return them, I got NO response for weeks. I had to make repeated calls to get an RMA number, which I finally got. Then, they refused to waive the 15% restocking fee. Incredible. I would NOT recommend them.

Horrible customer service that is putting in a lot of effort in proving you are wrong than to solve a problem! Their system has placed a duplicate order, only one confirmation was ever sent out, but they charged me $750 shipping fee to send it back to sender and called me several times to yell at me that it's my fault. The item I did order arrived 10 days late, communication is terrible. They'll go beyond and above their duties to convince the customer they are wrong, customer service people are rude and arrogant. Previous reviews just prove that they constantly mess up orders and then blame the customer for it.

We built with content 4 years ago and was happy with our house the way everything went but recently we had a problem that needed to be fixed. We contacted content and they sent people out to have a look at the issue and agreed they needed to fix it and they even fixed anything that was damaged from the issue without any questions. We can't recommend content enough as they do go above and beyond to make sure they stand by there word on after market service.

Les was a wonderful sales consultant, during the beginning stages of deciding whether or not to go ahead with the quote, Les made it his life's mission to let us know what to expect going forward if we were to sign, it really lifted the burden of not knowing, he was very upfront with everything and worked with us to envision our dream home, and would offer compromises if things were perceived as out of budget, we even got down to the detail of where things would be positioned, all before even signing anything. Scott the tender consultant, really went the extra mile with us, or at least it felt that way, with him we really got down to the nitty gritty details, tile height, lighting allowances, provisions and so on. Thanks to his extensive knowledge we were able to lock down a lot of the requirements, and where there were things he didn't know, he would find out and let us know as soon as he could. Promises made were kept, discussions made earlier in the process were remembered and he would honour those outcomes, really goes to show the personalised experience. Post signing of the quote and after signing of Tender, Jaymie is a star at stakeholder management, she would keep us up to date with the progress of our tender, our appointments and would always be very prompt with her email replies. Being kept up to date and informed is probably the most important part of this whole experience, I love it when CSRs are pro-active and reach out to the client. Overall, I really do think that Wisdom homes was the right builder to go with, without Les i wouldn't have even started this process, without Scott my dream home wouldn't be on paper right now, and without Jaymie i would be in the dark. Thanks everyone for contributing to my future home!

We went yesterday to the main office to attend the tender presentation; and were met by Tender Presenter Scott Muncaster, who was very professional, understood our financial situation, requirements and provided us with many honest advises during the tender that saved us money and made us happier by the end of the day. By the end of the tender, he modified the tender doccos and designs to reflect all the changes we requested on the fly, so we didn't hesitate or think much after his extensive efforts to go through everything from scratch until the last nail in the house, and we happily accepted the tender. also, worth mentioning that Phil, Scott's manager also assisted us with reducing the total cost and Scott offered to meet us after hours to assist us with signing the contract to get things going faster.

After quizzing construction manager I was impressed with his knowledge of the site and the industry. His stage completion estimates were regularly confirmed. Administrative officer was pleasant and reasonable to deal with when bank failed to comply with due dates. A very rewarding experience. We built a home approx 5 years ago, loved the house, loved the look and loved the quality. I am in the process of building my second home although not with Highview Homes (I wish it was). The sales people are great, the office staff are very experienced, did not have a problem with any communication or service provided. We did have a small problem with a leaking roof, but a tiler was there ASAP to have the problem rectified. Overall a Great builder would highly recommend. Excellent Quality and customer service.

I felt I just had to respond to review by Jenny C on Dec22nd 2016. and then provide our own experiences. Firstly, why a review now for a house that was built 20 years ago? Did the faults not become obvious before this? Just asking. Most homes built by anyone only have a 7- 10 year window for structural defects. Our experience from the very start was extremely good. Our home was completed in August 2015 The salesperson Gary was exceptional. He was not pushy at all and gave us time to look quietly on our own at the display home as many times as we wished. He was always available for any questions we had and was always prompt with his communications. We were advised from the beginning that we could alter plans and any costs that may be involved. Due to circumstances that could not be foreseen by Highview, we had different building supervisors throughout the build. However, at all times they were available for us and any concerns we had. The build was completed on time and built to a very high standard. Any minor issues were attended to promptly. Even as recently as this week I had some questions to which they responded to quickly. My only constructive comment would be that, if possible, the tiles consultation/purchase be available locally with other franchisees of the same company. The current provider is always extremely busy. It would be great to spread the load and also decrease travel time for the purchaser. In conclusion, many neighbours and strangers alike have passed by our home (While I was in the garden) and have made positive comments about our home. Thanks Highview for our beautiful home. We installed what I consider a very expensive kitchen 3 years ago. It was my pride and joy but that was soon to change. We started to notice cracking in the finish in varying parts of the kitchens - doors and drawers. It has now been an ongoing saga since December, 2015. According to the General Manager they have now supplied us with replacement doors and drawers of equal quality (ours was an imported German kitchen, the replacements are from ????). They have wiped their hands of anything more even though we were told this kitchen had a 10 year warranty. I would never recommend Taste Living to anyone. The only thing that matters to Taste is take the money, service is non existent.

I have phoned them three times and on the last two occasions been told its been cleared for picking and I should receive them within five to seven days, so that will be nine weeks since I put the order in. I would like customers to be warned of this company and the personnel in customers services.

Nice aesthetics, but terribly disappointing quality. The bed I ordered broke upon professional assembly. Just snapped down the side, was left with a huge crack that they took months to resolve. Spoke to a friend of my sisters and she had a similar experience with a Loaf bed, and this morning a colleague at work has literally just told me the same thing has happened to them. They're not cheap so I would save your money and go for better quality

Don’t waste your money! The Quality is inferior, and the After care with Customer Services is zero! They won’t help you at all with a faulty product, I didn’t ask for my money back, just a replacement or a repair, but they aren’t interested. VERY POOR. If I could save one person from not buying from Loaf I hope I have.

I have to give Better Living workers who built my new sun room that cost 65K all five stars. We had a skirmish or two early on after waiting three months for the room to be started. Once the work was underway, we informed the boss that this room had to be completed by a certain date. And it was. Their workers were out there building this new sun room in every kind of weather. Bitter cold? Yes. Out there working in drenching rain? Yup. They put up a tent over their machinery. They worked their backsides off to get this sun room finished on time. Is Better Living pricey with their sun rooms? Yes. But what you get when the work is done will literally take your breath away!

In this last purchase I made, it took 6 days to confirm the payment. I almost bought the same products again, because I thought I didn't finish the transaction. Luckly, the product (in the color I wanted) got out of stock, so I didn't try again. But that was the only bad experience I had with the site so far. Stated delivery 2-3 hverdage, after 8 days still waiting and NO word from Designfund. After contacting them was told chairs were on 'restordre' !. Why can they not let customers know when there is a problem with delivery times ?. As a result I will not buy from Designfund again. Pity.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THROUGH GROUPON OR LIVING SOCIAL ETC AS DESPITE PROMISING A 5 DAY DELIVERY - I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE DELIVERY OF MY BED THAT WAS DUE ON THE 12TH DECEMBER (I ORDERED IT AT THE BEGINNING OF DECEMBER) AND DESPITE VARIOUS EMAILS TO THE COMPANY ALL IM GETTING IS LIE UPON LIE THAT ITS NOT THEIR FAULT BUT THE DELIVERY COMPANY AND THEY BASICALLY WILL NOT STEP IN AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE!! MY SON HAS NOW BEEN SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR SINCE THE 12TH DECEMBER AS WE GAVE HIS BED AWAY WHEN WE WERE ADVISED THAT THE BED WOULD BE DELIVERED THE SAME DAY AND THEREFORE I AM MORE THAN ANGRY!!!

I bought a parasol off wowcher I was emailed by them on Tuesday19th May to say I would receive delivery on Thursday 21st May... I rang... I emailed and I called again on the phone for 15 minutes each time then asked to leave a message I have done twice. No call back no email appalling service I assume they will blame the coronavirus ! Steer clear of this business I wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot ????

I had to contact customer service as we ended up having faulty products (I have purchase mire than once from Mocka and never had problems sometimes things can be faulty unfortunately this was the case with ours) Customer service was very super fast and helpful we sorted what was the best option for us and after a few emails it was all sorted. Very happy customers and happy with service.

I have had such a positive experience from Slidesrobes (Birmingham - I didn't realise they were nationwide, everyone was local). The staff are friendly and communicate well with each other and with the customer; the prices are affordable; the wardrobes are great quality and have clever storage solutions. I would really recommend going to their showroom in Brierley Hill to get an idea for their style. You should also request a home visit to measure the space and give you a quote - I didn't think I would have been able to afford my walk-in wardobe (and the quotes from other companies were way out of my price range) but Slidesrobes blew me away with their value for money. I now have my wardrobe installed, looking better than I thought it could. I would recommend Sliderobes every day of the week! Shout out to Tony and Sue who did such a great job!

I was really pleased with the knowledge, skills and professionalism of the fitter. His experience and expertise showed through his work. I was less impressed with the company telling him to make the doors fit when they sent the wrong size. But thanks to the good fitter we had he challenged this and said they had to be remade to the correct size.

I saw ad for comforter set on sale so I went to seller's ste. I put the item in the cart but the site then shut down. I wasn't able to complete the checkout. Tried periodically for a couple of hours and it was still down so I decided to do a google search for another retailer who carried this for about the same price. I found it on Amazon by the same seller. It showed the item had 10+ in stock. I purchased one set. Price I paid on Amazon wasn't as cheap as it was directly from their site but it was still a good buy. The charge went through and showed pending on my card and I received a confirmation from Amazon of the order. Hour or 2 later, I received a cancellation from Amazon. The reason provided was "technical difficulties". I've been an Amazon Prime member and I've never seen this before. I assumed at first that the retailer was out of stock. I emailed Designer Living through the contact seller link on Amazon. I then called them as well. I then called them as well. They stated they were NOT at fault for the cancellation.It was Amazon's fault. I then called Amazon and all they could say is that it was cancelled due to "technical difficulty" as listed. I didn't know what this meant and I wasn't at all sure that it was Amazon's fault since their site was in fact down, and it appeared they were kinda a mess. I also saw that the order did go through and had charged my card for the authorization & was confirmed by email so either way, I chalked it up to me not getting the order. Still...Not end of story.. Hours later, I then received an email in response to my earlier inquiry sent to Designer Living after order was cancelled. It said that the item I ordered was NOT out of stock and they didn't know why order was cancelled. I thought since I read the email almost right after it was sent, I would go online and place another reorder. Hopefully, first order was cancelled due to a glitch and this one would go through based on what they had just stated in the email. I immediately went back onto Amazon and placed a reorder for a single set. It showed 3 remaining in stock. Same thing happened, I received an authorization hold on my credit card and an email confirmation from Amazon. About 1.5 hours later, I received another Amazon email cancellation. This time the cause was listed as "item out of stock". I went back online and it was still showing 3 in stock. I was completely irritated. Now not only did they waste all my time placing and following up on orders, they also wasted more money that would be held up for about a 7 day hold that I wouldn't have access to until it was released. It's the end of the month so this was unnecessarily holding my funds for the initial order and then subsequent order after they said it was still in stock but it wasn't! I was pretty made then so I called the company again to see why I had received different and incorrect information. I spoke to a CSR and was told that they were experiencing issues with their website for many hours and they had been attempting to adjust their quantity of this item. She stated that this item was out of stock for many hours, even prior to the time of my 1st order. Inexcusable because even if they were unable to adjust quantity on their own website, they should have been able to do so easily directly on Amazon since their site had nothing to do with it. Amazon was up and running and the quantity is adjusted directly through that site, with a few minutes & easy clicks. I've sold on Amazon before so I'm aware it's not difficult to adjust inventory. They were aware that they didn't have any remaining in stock and yet, I received an email stating that they did and that the initial order wasn't cancelled from their end. Neither of those things was true and apparently, they don't share information either. It appears that they do have good sale prices but be aware that situations like this apparently happen pretty often I've read plenty of negative reviews dealing with issues such as stock availability, order cancellations and misinformation provided. You may want to consider shopping somewhere else if it's an important gift or something you want to make sure you get. You might pass up on another sale item to order from them and then end up getting cancelled and not getting it. Also, if you place an expensive order then you could end up having your funds authorized and held for 7-10 days depending on your bank before they release the funds back into your balance for availability. That is important if you are looking to get a certain item on sale and only have a limited amount of money till say next payday. Then you might end up with a cancelled order but the funds still held till the authorization falls off. In that case, you might not be able to reorder from someone else till those funds are available again. I think this company is really messy and it's not worth it for me to try and order a 3rd time. I won't be shopping with them again through their direct store, Amazon, Ebay, or a garage sale. lol

Please don’t ever use this company we have never received the refund on a water featur e that we purchased from them. The item was sent to us cracked from top to bottom so could not be used we sent it back and have not received anything in return although they assured us we would receive a credit. The company should not be in business now. They refuse to answer any correspondence. Ord er no 16176 Mrs Barrett. Disgusted

Rude customer service and when my product arrived it was incomplete, asked for refund, they charged me to send it back then didn't send me my money back and weeks later I am having to go though the bank to get it back as the company are ignoring my emails and calls. I advise anyone and everyone to avoid this company, they are bad news.

I ordered Kiku bedside tables from Atkin & Thyme. The quality of the product doesn't have the bespoke or designer feel to it as the finished product doesn't look polished. The bottom of the drawers are a thick cardboard, which makes it look cheap. Whilst rest of the drawer is wood so not sure why the designer didn't make the entire drawer wood based. Because of this, it has IKEA look to the product. I am a bit disappointed. This was my first purchase with them and don't think I will be buying there again as I expected higher quality products.

Bad Communication, arrogant customer service! Dont Buy Chevron Dining table… Chevron Dining table, Not to buy! We only had dinner twice and have marks all over the table. You can easily drop anything to the table as it is a dining table. Even water left marks on it. There were no warning on the descriptions once we bought the table and there were no information/warning when we received the table. I wrote about it to the company but unfortunately the respond wasn't satisfying yet not helpful. We started to use table runners to prevent any type of problems but as you can imagine you can still drop a little things on the table as it is a dining table even though we are 2 of us, not have children as well. We are giving extra care by using the table, they are more marks on the table at the moment. After begging to ask to the company how to prevent any type of marks on the table, they were far from helping yet they were insisting that is our fault. It is not worth to pay that much money for a dining table if you won't enjoy with your dinner. They are not doing anything to support.
