Bought the LG 3875 washer and dryer pair from Buyer's Edge online. Super great price with sales tax savings, so I also bought the 5 yr. warranty for piece of mind. Love the machines, LG is a great brand.

I ordered a Samsung refrigerator from Buyers Edge. I was a little skeptical that an appliance that large, shipped from the East Coast to the West Coast, could arrive intact, but it did. It was packaged incredibly well.
"Magic Man" Tommy, my rep, was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. His willingness to go above and beyond was evidenced as he lead me through the transaction, kept me posted on the shipping dates, and followed up on the delivery. He showed genuine concern for my happiness with the whole delivery process. I will recommend Buyer's Edge and Tommy to all my friends, so that they can have the same positive experience buying online that I have had.

we purchased 4 samsung appliances (3.6K) from BE in late oct 2010. upon unboxing the units we noticed the dishwasher was severely damaged (bent frame). we contacted BE several times (sales person, customer service, claims dept. etc.) for a replacement unit via email and phone. they picked up the damaged dishwater and 2 months later have not received the replacement. they refuse to reply in any way, shape, or form. we are currently filing a claim with Amex and have contact samsung USA to complain. from other sim ilar reviews on this site it appears this is a common practice for this company. filed a complaint with the BBB and they have an "F" rating due to long history of unsolved complaints. do not purchase anything from this unscrupulous company.

My experience with Buyer’s Edge was a disaster. After reading some reviews on line, I decided to order my washer from Buyer’s Edge. When I placed the ordered, I told the sale’s person my old washer broke, and I have a 7 month old baby, so I need to know how soon I would be able to receive my washer. I was told they had it in stock, so it would be shipped out right away. He told me they had a promotion going on, if I purchased 3 years extended service plan for $99, I would get the threshold hold delivery free, which means the washer would be delivered to my home in 3-5 days. I agreed to purchase the plan, and that was 9/29/10, in the morning. I was anxious waiting for my washer to arrive, but a week later, I still had not heard anything. I called and was told it would be another week before I got my washer because they were off a couple days due to Jewish holiday. I told the customer service person I would like to cancel my order because I could not wait another week. I was told I could not cancel my order because the washer just got picked up from the warehouse. I told her I would like to cancel the 3 year extended service plan, and she said the service plan was not refundable. When the shipping company finally called me, they told me my washer was scheduled to deliver 10/14, 12 business days after I ordered it!! My husband tried to call them back to cancel the order as well, and got the same answer, even though they advertise 30 days satisfaction guarantee and you can cancel any order by speaking with a customer service representative!! I ended up going to neighbors’ house to get some laundry done before we left to the beach. The washer finally arrived when we were at the beach. The washer was working fine so far, but the whole experience of getting it was not pleasant at all!!
To my surprise, I got a call from Buyers Edge Soon after I posted my review. Tommy called and apologized for what happened. He said their goal was to make their customer happy, and since nothing could be done to the past, he offered me extended product warranty to amend for my unpleasant experience with the company. He also said in the future if I need to order anything else from them, I could call him directly. I don’t know if I would order anything from the company in the future, but I do appreciate Tommy took the time to read my review and cared enough to call me back to amend for my experience. When I failed to obtain the correct invoice from Buyers Edge for my rebate, I contacted Tommy and he handled that for me as well. He has been great in working with me, I just wish my experience had started this way, and it would have make thing a lot easier. I might consider giving Buyers Edge another try in the future by contacting Tommy directly.

I was a little apprehensive about ordering my new 60" Plasma from this company as there were some recent negative reviews. The price was unbeatable so I decided to take my chances. I could not be happier.

The ordering process was simple. I received a phone call the next day from Victor confirming the order. While he did offer me some services like installation and extended warranties he was not pushy when I declined. I live very close to the companies warehouse so they offered me 5% off if I went with COD. I decided to go with it since it saved me $75.

I was called my the warehouse later that day and confirmed deliver for the following week. The same lady from the warehouse called again the day before the scheduled delivery day and supplied me with a 4 hour time window. The next phone call I received was from the delivery person saying he was 10 minutes away. The delivery person very professional and brought the TV into my home. He allowed me to open the box and inspect the physical condition of the TV which was perfect.

I will gladly give them my business again. It was an easy pain free shopping experience.

DO NOT BUY THROUGH THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION, ESPECIALLY IF YOU WANT YOUR PRODUCT TO BE DELIVERED WITHIN THE NEXT 6 WEEKS!! THEY LIE.
You will save yourself a world of frustration by going elsewhere.

I ordered a small refrigerator through Buyer's Edge (BE) on 1/10 to replace my broken one. The refrigerator arrived DOA (broken wire on back). I called BE customer service and first thing, I was told they can only exchange it, so I gave the CSR my info and was told I'd be contacted by the delivery company to schedule pickup in 1-2 days. I waited 3-4 days for the call and finally I called them to schedule, only they never received the order to pick it up. I called BE and they apologized and said they'd make arrangements and call me back in an hour...nothing. After multiple phone calls and promises, I finally got the broken unit picked up...and I waited. On 2/17, more than a month after giving them $400 of my hard earned money, I called BE again and they apologized, but claimed they never heard from the delivery company that the unit had been picked up. She confirmed pick up and claimed she placed the order for the replacement unit and promised me that it would ship the next day (Fri.) or the following Mon. Tuesday arrived and I had no shipping confirmation, so I called BE again and the CSR assured me the order had been placed and is being processed - 'just hold for a minute and I'll get you a tracking number.' I was on hold for a few minutes before the CSR returned with my tracking number, so I went straight to the delivery company's website to track the package and it looked like the order had been placed that same day. I called the delivery company to try to schedule my delivery, but the CSR said that they hadn't received the confirmation that the unit was available in the warehouse. I asked if there was any way to expedite that since the order was placed last Thursday, and she responded that “it looks like they are entering the order right now.” It is now, 2/22 and I still have no refrigerator, but they promise that it will ship soon…yeah, right.

I will never purchase anything from Buyer’s Edge, ever again, and if you’re smart, neither will you.

I would NOT recommend Buyer's Edge. I ordered an island mount vent hood because they had the best deal on it. I ordered on 3/15, and by 3/21 I hadn't even gotten so much as a confirmation email from them. My order status on their website said "Manager Review". I tried to call several times during their business hours, but the customer service (selection 2) and billing (selection 3) lines kept telling me they were closed. When I chose sales (selection 1), I waited on hold for 15 minutes, 10 minutes, and 8 minutes before giving up each time. I finally reached someone when I called the main number and pressed 0. When I got to speak to someone, he told me Buyer's Edge doesn't ship to my address (they only ship locally -- it does not say that on their website!!!), and I should have received an email notification. I had NO email - checked my spam folder and nothing there either! What a joke!

I ordered a washer and dryer 1 week ago and never received a confirmation email. After logging into my account, I saw that the order was under "manager's review" for a week. Now I get an email that they're "in the middle of changing trucking companies," and there is a shipping delay of 4-5 weeks.

I've called this company 3 days in a row during regular business hours, and their message keeps saying their "office is currently closed." I've tried to email them via their website's email form, and the emails are not going through.

I'm going to do whatever I can to cancel my order, but save yourself the trouble and don't order from here. Now I'm faced with the fact that these con-artists and scammers have my credit card information. I hope there's a special place in hell for people who take advantage of others like this.

This company apparently spends more time writing false 5-star reviews to counteract all the true 1-star reviews than in actually providing a useful service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM BUYERSEDGE!!!! You have been warned.

I ordered a Samsung 58" TV and the website indicated the TV is in stock, I received a call and was asked why I didn't get a warranty and I ordered the warranty and was told the TC would ship right out, now it seems based on a call today that hoped to get it out today or tomorrow and today is basically over for shipping, I would not order any additional items or use this vendor again and I am thinking about canceling my order an will if it is not shipped today, I paid the manna expedite trucking and it is at most a 2 day ups ground delivery as I order from this region all the time and the delivery is 3-5 days at most, I will update if they actually ship the TV.

I ordered a TV on a Saturday for a LG LED TV that came with free shipping. Got a call on Monday that offered expedited shipping for an additional $25 which I accepted. They messed up my billing so I had 2 pending charges on my credit card.

I called every single day from Monday-Thurs to be told that it'd ship within the next 24 hours. Come Friday, the CSR tells me that the batch of TVs they had in the warehouse was broken and that they'd offer to do 2nd day shipping when the new batch came in. I canceled.

The CSR rep, Lauren, was very polite but what's the point when the business is being so unprofessional. Never again...

They advertised the GE washer I bought as having 2 rebates $50. and $75. plainly on the product listing which their salesperson confirmed when I ordered by phone. My $75. rebate has been denied, as I'm now told, because it was only available if a matching dryer was purchased. Now, Buyer's Edge is telling me it's my fault for not investigating the "terms" of the rebate, on another page. BOO, on Buyer's Edge.

Just ordered a Maytag washer yesterday on line. Should be delivered in 1 to 3 weeks according to site. Tried to log onto site tonight to check order with no luck. I'll try to call tomorrow to see if I can get any info. I'll keep updating as my experience with them unfolds. Can't wait to see if this is going to be a good review or not.

I bought a new dishwasher for my home from Buyer's Edge and I am so thrilled how painless and easy the whole experience was with these guys. I talked to Tommy Gunn, aka the Magic Man, and he set me up with everything I needed, which included inside home delivery, at the cheapest price anywhere. I thought paying so little would come with it's flaws, but I was wrong! I can't wait to replace the rest of my appliances!

I purchased an LG Gas Range and saved several hundred dollars from Buyers Edge over Sears and Best Buy. I was hesitant to purchase an item this expensive over the internet but after reading the reviews from other clients I felt more comfortable. I received my order in 3 weeks and the gas range was delivered in new condition with the original manufacturer packaging. I'm very pleased with the support I received from Buyers Edge and would purchase from them again.

While at first I was skeptical about buying a large appliance online (I bought a dishwasher), the people at Buyer's Edge walked me through the process and came through with exactly what they promised. The merchandise was delivered on time and the follow-up was appropriate. Most importantly, the price was great and I'm not thinking about clean dishes any more! I would definitely shop here again.

I was highly pleased with my recent purchase of an oven-range from Buyer’s Edge. Placing the order was easy, the price was excellent, follow-up on the phone was painless, and the oven was shipped pretty much immediately. It arrived on time, very well packaged, and works great! I am thinking of purchasing a dishwasher next year and would not hesitate one bit to place another order with Buyer’s Edge!

I ordered a high-end Bosch dishwasher from BuyersEdge after having to cancel an order at another online retailer since they were backordered and continually promised to have one shipped to me "next week". BuyersEdge was competitively priced (I think ended up being even cheaper since there was then a rebate avaailable), called me to confirm the order (and try to upsell me on the delivery service and additional items - a minor annoyance but not too bad), then shipped the dishwasher within days. A *much* better experience with BuyersEdge.

As a result, after having the the same experience while trying to order a Samsung TV, I will be paying a few dollars more to BuyersEdge since I trust that they will actually fill the order in a timely and professional manner. Hopefully this order will work out as well as the last one did.

It took about 3 days before the order was shipped.
After that the order was at my house 2 days later.
The delivering person was very courteous and efficient. The dishwasher works like charm and was very well packed. Would buy from this vendor again, great price, service and delivery.

I ordered a dryer from Buyers Edge after being unable to find the model I wanted in any local stores. I was a little hesitant to order an appliance online, but I have been totally satisfied with the experience. The price was great, delivery was right on time(even a half hour early! ) and the contact I had with both customer service and the shipping company was friendly and helpful, and I had no problems. The dryer arrived in perfect condition, and overall I am very happy with Buyers Edge. The shipping was a little slow, it took about 3 weeks to get here, but that was partly because I had to schedule delivery for a week and a half out to have someone home to accept delivery. I would definitely buy from them again.
