I don’t write reviews but today I feel compelled to do so. I bought a television from Buyers Edge and it was a painless, even enjoyable, experience. I did my homework on both the TV and on Buyer's Edge. After reading all the favorable comments, I decided to give Buyers Edge my business and made the call to Tommy Stevens aka "The Magic Man." All I can say is GIVE THE MAN A RAISE! Tommy was an awesome representative of Buyers Edge and impressed me with his non-pushy attitude, his knowledge of the product, his willingness and patience to listen to my concerns and to answer all my questions, and his ability to deal. I appreciated being treated in a respectful manner and as a valued customer. Tommy gave me the "5 Star Treatment." I did find out that The Magic Man is a Pats fan. Being a magnanimous Steelers Fan, I didn't let that get in the way of the deal! You are A-ONE Tommy! Thanks for all your help. Atta Boy, Tommy!

I strongly recommend to avoid Buyer's Edge. I ordered an Internet radio to them on April 12. It's May 12 now and the radio has not arrived.

I contacted them by email on April 19, they answered on April 27 that I should call them on a number. I called immediately, and they explained that the order would be shipped the following day. I called them today during their business hours, and their hotline autoresponds "we are now closed".

We decided to purchase our 46 inch TV from Buyer's Edge because of all the positive reviews that we read, and we are not sorry. We ordered it from Mr.Stevens, AKA Tommy, AKA The Magic Man. He was curtious, friendly, and informative. He took our order and matched the price from Amazon.com. Mr, Stevens told us that the TV would arrive in 10 business days and it arrived in 5 business days. What a pleasant surprise. Just in time for the holidays and in perfect condition. We would not hesitate to order from Buyer's Edge again.

I have a pleasant experienced online with Buyer's Edge. I placed an order of grill Weber S-670, 2011 model with a discounted price tag. It was delivered to my deck and in excellent condition. I would definitely recommend "Buyer's Edge" to all.

This was our first experience with Buyer's Edge and Manna delivery. Anthony from sales wss very helpful and everything went well as planned. I received e-mails on the status of our order, e-mails and phone calls on our delivery. The GE range arrived on time and in great shape.

Bought a pair of Samsung 3D glasses at a very competitive price from there and was very happy with the entire transaction.

After I checked out I saw that I was not emailed a receipt but logged back in to print an invoice but noticed that the final price was different than before checking out becuase of tax (apparently I live in NJ and becuase they operate from NJ - NJ residents get charged tax) and called and spoke with agent Jessie who was very polite, professional and eagerly made the correction. It's this level of service that will definitely make me come back and shop Buyers Edge in the future. I also received notice of when the item shipped and shipping was also very fast and I recieved my item within 6 days. Great experience!

I Bought the LG washer on Sunday, I received an email Tuesday asking to schedule the delivery. Threshold delivery is standard with Manna, but I was nice to the guy and he helped me all the way back to my laundry room. I gave him $10 afterwards. Everything Tony said would happen, did happen. The washer is great, no problems. It was a very pleasant experience. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention the $75 rebate on top of the already low price. That just made the whole deal sweeter. I'll be back for more.

Update 12/02/10 - Recieved the fridge yesterday. It was the exact item in brand new condition. The packaging was great - no damage. The delivery man was very nice and we shared some deer hunting stories during delivery and product inspection. He wheeled the fridge right into my garage and even helped remove the packaging material for delivery inspection. Tommy emailed and called today to make sure every went smoothly. A+++ transaction!!!!

11/18/10 - Just talked to TOMMY STEVENS AKA TOMMY GUNN from BuyersEdge about ordering a refrigerator. He called to give me the details of the shipment and shipment options. Also offered a factory 4 year extended piece of mind package (warranty) beyond the factory 1 year warranty for a nice price . It was a pleasure talking to him and doing business with him. Looking forward to recieving the fridge! Definitely recommend BuyersEdge so far!!

I would and have recommended Buyer's Edge for purchasing both large and small items. The customer service are very helpfull when any problems arise. Because of this I check their web site first before I make any major purchases.
