I received the product with all parts and they said it would take 4-5 day for delivery and it did and I will recommend mocka with their products

I had to contact customer service as we ended up having faulty products (I have purchase mire than once from Mocka and never had problems sometimes things can be faulty unfortunately this was the case with ours) Customer service was very super fast and helpful we sorted what was the best option for us and after a few emails it was all sorted. Very happy customers and happy with service.

I recently purchased the Avalon table. The order arrived faster than expected, delivery cost was reasonable and the table looks beautiful in my home. Would definitely recommend Mocka.

I couldn't be happier with my online shopping experience with Mocka and I'm very happy with the Mocka Olsen coffee table. The images, descriptions and dimensions were accurate and the assembly instructions were easy to follow; I was able to assemble it on my own without any problems and it looks fantastic and is exactly what I wanted. The ordering and payment process was quick and easy, communication was terrific throughout and shipping was quite fast considering all the limitations around covid. The flat pack arrived in great condition and the contents well packaged and protected. So glad I came across Mocka and have no hesitation recommending Mocka to others. A pleasure to deal with and will do so again.

There was a 13 working day delay between telling me my order was being shipped and arriving. I first contacted the freight company who said they hadn't received all parts. I then contacted Mocka and a day later responded that item was being shipped. Once arrived, I requested to know what the cause of the delay was and was advised they weren't sure but would investigate with their courier.

Delivery was super quick, ordered a bed and mattress on Saturday and they arrived Tuesday. Communication was great and tracking was provided.

It took over 3 weeks for my draws to arrive,
And after arranging a time and day with the courier company they also never arrived on that day after i spent the whole day at home waiting
Only for them to arrive the day after in the late afternoon it was a very disappointing experience!

Returns options are very limited, I would like the option to return without the packaging but still in new condition within the first 30 days.

I wish I could have given five stars, because their service in fulfilling and dispatching my order was excellent. The only problem was that there were two panels missing from the package. As we unpacked, we checked all pieces against the list of inclusions, only to find two pieces missing. I must add that as soon as they had been advised of the anomaly, Mocka staff were diligent in responding and had dispatched the missing pieces within 24 hours of advice from me. Thank you!

The Addi Entertainment Unit comes in two boxes, one of which was lost by the courier. Mocka customer service were really helpful keeping me updated on the search to find it, and then sending out a replacement box when it was deemed lost (they also offered a refund in the case that I had changed my mind). Really appreciate the communication.

I am very impressed with the little Hudson table & Chairs I purchased there sturdy, light weight look good and great material Easy to put together 5 STARS

The Backpack -Rocket design I purchased for my son it’s great material easy to clean & fits a lot in it it’s strong enough I’m happy !! 5 STARS

The lunch box - Rocket design fit easy into the backpack and keeps food cool 5 STARS

The drink bottle - Rocket design to match lunch box and bag I purchased so I brought 2 as I was hoping they would be well made and not leak
Very disappointed they leak so trying to keep upright all the time isn’t something that works with kids backpacks life etc would of been great if it didn’t leak good picture design and plastic just top leaks 2 STARS

RECEVED 2 OF THE SAME SIDE FOR THE DRAW WHICH MEANT THE HOLES WERE DRILLED IN THE WRONG PLACE SO COULDN'T PUT DRAW TOGETHER.
